33 Night three started with Harlem and Lancelot Bravado being introduced individually. As the winners of the first two night’s FRAY! matches, the Bravados were scheduled to face each another in singles competition. The brothers were reluctant to tie up and the crowd egged them on. Lancelot asked for the microphone and told the crowd that they would settle this the way Grandma always told them to resolve disputes. Handing the mic back to Lenny Leonard, Lance turned back to his brother and there was a stare down. The crowd was getting excited and then the Bravados went two-out-of-three at Rock, Paper, Scissors. Harlem won and Lance snapped his fingers and said he would get him next time. The crowd began to boo and the Bravados seemed puzzled by it. Chuck Taylor marched out from the back and took the mic from Lenny. “Uh, uh. Nope. Not happening. I don’t get beat by you two idiots to have it go down like this. One of you is wrestling me right now!”Lance and Harlem looked at each other and couldn't decide who it would be. They then got set to go another round of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Chucky T was fed up and got into the ring and threw Harlem out and told the ref to ring the bell. Lancelot Bravado def. Chuck TaylorLance was sharper this night and Taylor did not get in much offense. Bravado took the win with a Deadlift German Suplex that would make Grandma proud. Chuck left, licking his wounds, as the brothers congratulated each other. Anthony Nese w/Su Yung def. Shane StricklandThe PAB ended Strickland’s hot streak this weekend as Nese came out on top in this spot fest. There was a handful of 450 Splashes between the two but it was a Nese tombstone piledriver that brought it home. Gabe's Book It Cam: Gabe: I’m here with the Premiere Athlete Brand. Nice win Tony. What’s going on with you guys?Anthony: Shane Strickland has been making waves around here but that wave just hit the breaks.Su: I am filing an official complaint with the EVOLVE office. Chris Hero only gets a fine after giving Trent a concussion last night? Trent won’t be able to wrestle tonight and neither should Chris Hero! Trent: Chris is just bitter that I am what he was ten years ago: the innovative ‘it’ wrestler on the independent scene. Only in better shape.Caleb: Chris Hero, tonight I’m going to show you that the PAB doesn't forget. And we look out for our own.Drew Gulak def. Harlem Bravado w/Lancelot BravadoBoth men had a turn at taking a beating before it turned into a back-and-forth war of attrition. As Gulak locked on the University Stretch, Lance tried interfering on his brother’s behalf but Drew elbow smashed him off the ring apron. With the University Stretch applied again, Harlem tapped out. After the match, the unhappy Bravados looked to corner Gulak but Chuck Taylor came out and stood by his former partner-turned-enemy. The Bravados retreated and Drew and Chuck eyed each other uncomfortably before Chuck slipped through the ropes and headed to the back leaving Gulak wondering what was up. Chris Hero def. Caleb Konley w/Su YungThe fans showed their displeasure with Hero after last night’s unsportsmanlike display. Konley out-hustled Hero with some mat wrestling but Chris got on track and hammered on his smaller opponent. Konley tried his finishers on Hero but Chris stayed in the game and used an innovative roll-up dive from the top rope to pin Caleb. Anthony Nese came to the ring and the PAB confronted Hero. The fists started flying as Hero was cornered two-on-one until Shane Strickland came to his rescue. The crowd was split on which group to support. Hero shook Strickland’s hand, thanking him for the save. Ricochet def. Biff BusickBusick was awarded this non-title match with the Open The Freedom Gate Champion after winning his best-of-three series with Drew Gulak. Ricochet made the mistake of trying to go toe-to-toe with the brawler and found himself in trouble fast. Busick mauled the champion and it was all Ricochet could do to avoid a count out after being body slammed into the first few rows of chairs. Ricochet used his incredible agility to get back into the match. After a Rickrack, Ricochet sticks a 630 Splash for the victory. NO ROPE MATCH (*) Johnny Gargano def. Rich SwannThis long-standing rivalry came to a close tonight in a traditional Dragon Gate feud-ender: the No Rope Match. With the ropes removed from the ring, the competitors had to change their strategies; Swann in particular. Swann put the pressure on early with two Chicken Fried Drivers. Johnny kicked out of the first one easily but the second had the fans chanting ‘That was three!’ Gargano came back and hurled Swann to the floor where he applied the Gargano Escape. Johnny cranked his finisher until Swann passed out. He left his beaten enemy on the floor as he got back in the ring and told the fans that he was the best thing going in EVOLVE. *To keep it simple, I just considered any instances of into the turnbuckle and into the ropes as out of the ring. No DQ and no count out.EVOLVE RANKINGSChampion - AR Fox - Johnny Gargano (3-0)
- Trent Barreta (2-0)
- Anthony Nese (2-0)

I loved the rock, paper & scissors by the Bravados, but too bad Taylor lost. I love the No Ropes Match and it's great to see Johnny Gargano win it and goes to 3-0...

Drew: "Yeah, well, I uh... I'll talk to you later, Chuck." Chuck: "Yeah. Yeah, later."The two fidget a bit then go their separate ways. Roderick Strong def. Chris HeroStrong was relentless right out of the gate with Hero. A vicious array of backbreakers and submissions had Hero on the verge of defeat. 36 Lenny Leonard was in the ring and explained the Brass Ring Challenge: “On occasion, here in EVOLVE, we like to shake things up. Beginning tonight, we are instituting the first of what we hope will become an EVOLVE tradition. We give two unrated wrestlers or teams a chance to grab the Brass Ring. Unlike in other promotions, grabbing this Brass Ring will mean something and actually give wrestlers a chance to step into the spotlight. The winner of a Brass Ring Challenge gets an immediate shot at a title on our next show. Now for the introductions of our first two Brass Ring Challengers!” BRASS RING CHALLENGEGran Akuma def. Biff BusickThis was a hard-hitting, close contest. Both men urgently fought for the chance at a championship match. Just as Busick looked to be closing in on the victory, Akuma made a sudden comeback and got the win with a Rubik’s Cube. Anthony Nese w/Su Yung def. Rich SwannSwann and Nese continued their rivalry, coming into this match with one win apiece. Swann was all over the place with his acrobatic offense but Nese came back with an array of power moves, finishing his opponent with a Reverse Piledriver. Tim Donst def. RicochetRicochet started with a flurry, goading Donst the entire time. He missed a 630 Senton, opening the door for Donst to brutalize him. Tim missed a charge into the corner and crashed to the floor. Ricochet smashed Donst with a chair, getting himself out of this match via disqualification. Gabe's Book It Cam: Gabe: “We’re here at intermission with the winner of the first Brass Ring Challenge, Gran Akuma. You were with us when EVOLVE started. What’s it like to finally be getting a title shot after all this time?”Akuma: “I’ve been overlooked for long enough. AR Fox, you’re going to learn just how dangerous an opponent I can be. That EVOLVE Championship will be mine.”EVOLVE 35 REMATCHChris Hero def. Roderick StrongHero and Strong laid it all on the line, pulling no punches. There were many false-finishes that kept the fans on there feet. Hero took it home with a Hangman’s Elbow. Johnny Gargano def. Caleb Konley w/Su YungLooking to give The Premiere Athlete Brand their second win of the night, Konley put the pressure on early, catching Gargano in a couple of pinning predicaments. It was over in a flash when Johnny caught Caleb with a Lawn Dart Spear and locked on the Gargano Escape. Harlem & Lancelot Bravado def. AR Fox & Uhaa NationThe current EVOLVE and Open The Freedom Gate champions took on the former Open The United Gate champions. The Bravados worked over Fox for a lengthy stretch of the match. The EVOLVE Champion finally made the tag, bringing Uhaa into the mix. Nation struggled to get his offense going and the Bravados resumed control of the match with Fox having to make the save for his partner. Lancelot did not relent and used a Deadlift German Suplex to get his team over. The Bravados came out looking like a well-oiled machine while the singles champions sputtered.

I really like your debut of the "Brass Ring Challenge" and seeing Gran Akuma winning it is really cool, plus him aiming for Fox could be a huge move and I hope he wins. I wanted to see Roderick Strong win the rematch, but that sounded like a solid fight and Hero winning means a rubber match...

Crimson Cross - I wanted to introduce a way to shake things up and since the term Brass Ring has been thrown around lately in industry talk, the name fell right into my lap. 37 FOUR-WAY FREESTYLEJohnny Gargano vs. Rich Swann vs. Shane Strickland vs. Chuck TaylorThis match turned out to be a big return to EVOLVE for Strickland. He showcased his aerial skills against Swann. While Gargano and Taylor fought at ringside, Shane pinned Rich after a moonsault dive. Roderick Strong def. Tim DonstWhat promised to be a slug-fest was anything but. Strong trounced Donst, finishing a run of thirteen moves with a Sick Kick. Anthony Nese & Caleb Konley w/Su Yung def. Lancelot & Harlem BravadoThe Premiere Athlete Brand looked to claim contendership for the Open The United Gate Championship from the Bravados. While the Bravados got in some good double teaming, Nese and Konley took turns dismantling Harlem. After a handful of pin attempts by the PAB, it was Nese who scored the fall with a Reverse Piledriver. Gabe's Book It Cam: AR Fox is warming up. Gabe: “Fox, you’re defending the EVOLVE Championship tonight against our first Brass Ring Challenge winner, Gran Akuma. Give me your thoughts.”Fox: “I think it’s cool that guys are being given the opportunity to step up but there’s no way Akuma is beating me tonight.”Chris Hero def. RicochetHero’s technical skill kept Ricochet grounded at first. Ricochet exploded on offense but missed a 630 Senton, putting Hero back in control. A Rolling Elbow Smash quickly put Ricochet away after that. Uhaa Nation def. Biff BusickBusick took on the Open The Freedom Gate Champion in this non-title bout. Uhaa steamrolled Biff, easily defeating him with an Ultra Combination. EVOLVE CHAMPIONSHIPAR Fox(c) def. Gran AkumaThe competitors shook hands and it looked like it was going to be over fast. Fox blocked a clothesline by Akuma and stunned the challenger with a roundhouse kick. This set up a Krunch but Akuma kicked out and Fox had a shocked look on his face. Fox deposited Akuma to the floor and came down on him with Lo Mein Rain. Akuma was nearly counted out of the ring. The champion placed his opponent on the top rope and executed Lo Mein Pain for the three count. Fox won in dominant fashion against the Brass Ring Challenger. EVOLVE RANKINGSChampion - AR Fox - Chris Hero (2-0)
- Uhaa Nation (1-0)
- Roderick Strong(1-1)
- Anthony Nese (1-0)
- Gran Akuma (1-1)
- Johnny Gargano (1-1)
- Shane Strickland (1-0)
- Tim Donst (1-1)
- Caleb Konley (0-1)
- Rich Swann (0-2)

Your stuff is exceptionally fun to read... Great action with just the right amount of detail.
I just also mention that I truly appreciate how you start off by giving the reader the result of the match, followed by details of the bout itself. Your show segments flow quite seamlessly from one to the next.
