So who are the top five wrestlers you want to see brought in from the parallel universe in 2131? 1. Spike 2. Thunder 3. Anarchy 4. Holocaust 5. Ursa Major (but in this universe he was a megastar) So, too soon for me to jump on this and pick 5, but I LOV your #5!

Since the set came out I have been reading the boards and my imagination has been going crazy. I think I would like to see a ship that has nothing to do with either universe but a whole new parallel universe. A universe where things went horribly wrong. Were the Gladiators were conquered by an unknown race, where Andromeda was destroyed and earth is ravaged by war. The ship contains ten wrestlers that are led by Solaris and just trying to find a place to live. I could see a Matador of M83 that never knew Chaos, an evil Lord Nexus. Thrash and Thunder survivors of Aethra who are weakened and aging Bounty Hunter and like five wrestlers we have never heard of that have survived. Remember that Star Trek the next generation episode where all the parallel Enterprises all showed up in space? The one Enterprise that didn't want to go back was the one the Borg had destroyed everything. Something like that. Just thinking is all.

I received my set Saturday which was a very unexpected surprise considering I read the lineup of cards Swarm gave us Friday night/Saturday morning. I will admit at first I didn't like the idea but after reading the handbook, I think it's a pretty sweet set and a pretty sweet idea.
My favorite art is for Vengeance.
I do have a few criticisms though not that they are major issue:
- Why did Tom have to tease us with the Matador and Dark Justice? Two of my favorites.
- Really sad to see Alpha Female gone. I would have loved to see her, Vengeance, and Havoc mess with the Gladiators a while longer. And why was it easy for Aethra to capture her but not Havoc?
- Maybe it's just me but I was hoping to see Swarm and Payback retire. They've been around too long.

I got mine in yesterday and all I can say is HOLY CRAP! I have zero complaints about this set and after reading the handbook I had more ideas going through my head then I've had since the CPC Invasion era. Once again Tom is DA MAN!!!!!!!!!!

Kinda sad that a guy around for 15 years is thought to have been around too long nowadays. I guess the days of guys having 20+ year careers in the GWF is on the downside.

I don't see the quarenteen lasting long. So many choices to come now that the gate has been opened. Gathering of the Gladiators Past, Present and Future?

Mayhem's last card was a Special Edition in 2104.
Mayhem was in the fed in 2109 on the Gladiators team.

Thanks that's what I thought but wasn't sure. I would love to see an alternate version of him!

I'm in the UK and this set will probably take a month to reach me, but I'm so looking forward to reading the book and studying the cards.
