I always make Championship Tournament Finals No Disqualifications matches, or I add a stipulation to the match. I find it works out really well, that way you know you had a decisive winner in the match.

As for me I have the "two roll rule" for disqualifications so this way if the DQ is rolled twice it means the guy really got out of hand earning the DQ. The only time I don't roll a second time is if the first roll is snake eyes which is an automatic disqualification. I find doing it this way cleans things up and there are more chances of having a clean finish.

I'll admit that I've fudged a roll or two here and there, if it has made for a better match.
I don't do it often, as I like to let the dice results speak for themselves, but... sometimes you just have to, I think.
As for the Fatigue token, I add it afterwards.

I use the "Two Roll Rule" all the time for Disqualifications, and I also use the Snake eyes for instant finishes. I give the "Championship Advantage" to any pinfall attempt on the Champion that doesn't involve a finisher. To this day I still believe that a Finisher should be a finisher. Mind you Snake Eyes will always trump anything that happens with my rule adjustments. I am also debating on a "Box Car" rule. Basically if I roll Box Cars on a pin attempt role I am debating on NOT adding a token as I could see the defending wrestler powering out of the pinfall before the referee even gets into position to make the count.
