Earlier this morning, while playing the final match of a tag team tournament to crown champions, I "overlooked" a DQ on the outside interference chart and continued as though it never happened. Have I totally compromised the integrity of the game or has anyone else done the same?
And on a related note, do my fellow promoters add a fatigue token before or after rolling on either the pin save or outside interference chart, since rolling on either chart constitutes a pin attempt?
This is what happens when u get up too early on a Sunday!

Add a token after. I think everyone has ignored a pin or dq roll somewhere in their lives.

Ok, thanks...I don't mind a DQ on most occasions, but it's a big problem in a tournament final.
Sometimes a fluke pin can open up a world of possibilities.
Been playing for years and always added the pin AFTER, but recently re-read the instructions on the charts and began to doubt myself.

If referess are allowed to miss pins/DQ's, then you are as well.

I know I've missed some things here and there; it happens. Also, I add fatigue after the attempt.
