Most intriguing part of the handbook, IMO:
Colby surveys it and speaks.
"What the hell was that?"
"What the hell was what?" asks Crossfire.
There is no answer as Colby considers the information.
"I'm not quite sure. It looks like there's something out there."

Could be nothing. Could be something cool. Very intriguing.
My thing isn’t who is coming next… but who has already came…
So… after seeing what’s going on in 2130, I know who the Aethran Overmaster is. Before I present my findings however, I would like to mount some evidence.
1) Vengeance has arrived here from his alternate world where he was imprisoned following a failed attempt on Massacre’s life. He has come here seeking retribution…
2) The thing that struck out to me the most about the set is why would AoM care so much about Vengeance’s betrayal? Who cares what happened in the past… and in an alternate reality? Aethran Overmaster has made it a point to fight the traitor calling himself Minister of War for his betrayal and murder of Massacre. Why would that matter? Why would AoM care about an old weak regime’ and its leader? If you remember, shortly after Massacre was killed and his killer was revealed to be Vengeance, Brute still followed him because he was the strongest Aethran fighter at the time.
3) How could someone from within the Aethran ranks come to power (off the radar) and topple Spike and Devastator’s rule so quickly and soundly? My guess is that this individual revealed himself to them… and they didn’t want to turn over their power… so Aethran Overmaster had to put them in line.
4) Why would Vengeance name his finisher what it is? To taunt Massacre?
Ladies and gentlemen… the Aethran Overmaster is… MASSACRE!
Everything points that way…
(Only exception being is that AoM is way taller than Massacre… but that doesn’t mean that he couldn’t be taller in the alternate universe… or that in the alternate universe Massacre was named Brute, and vice versa…)
