Hey everyone!
A question, When does the GWF officialy recognize the women's title? I have up to 2102 and theirs no mention of a title yet.
So when did you promoters bring in the belt? I'm deciding on 2098 (when thiers an even four). Any feed back would be great. ;D

I always do this...and some day i am going to correlate the Promoters to the GWF years...but i haven't...yet.
the first official women's ranking showed up in promoter #22...
I am sure someone out there can tell us when that was GWF year-wise...

not sure officially, I started using it when it was only Cassandra and Ms. Liberty though.

It was around the time Anaxis and Super Nova came in to the GWF. For some reason, Anaxis had a stranglehold on that title....she'd lose it for a bit but would always regain it.

My first women's champ was Hunger in October 2001, but I'm sure there was a sanctioned women's belt in the Promoter before that. My guess would be, based on Promoter #22 being given as the first entry of it, that the real year would've been end of 1995/start of 1996, which would probably make the GWF year around 2103 or 2104. Some of this is guesswork, so don't take this to be definitive until you hear from a more credible source than me.  |
