Can you attempt the alternate finisher after Elgin has accumulated 3 tokens of after his opponent has???

Well, yeah it is but there's a reason for it. I worded it that way because Elgin only really brings that move out in a desperation type situation, when he really needs to put an opponent away because he's close to going out himself.

I kinda figured it was something along those lines. That's actually a pretty cool dynamic. Wasn't there a similar one on Jimmy Jacobs' LOTF card way back when? Think his PIN went down once he accumulated 3 tokens, right?
