In the 2130 handbook, it says Coven Black does still have his BD playing Card, but no longer possess his BD powers. Since he no longer has his powers, does this mean he can no longer on a 5 or 6 use BITE OF THE VAMPIRE (+1) and if not, what is his finisher now or does he even still have one?
