Brief history (as I'm only a few cards deep into my fed). Kevin Steen is my ROH Champ and The Briscoes are my tag champs. Up next is my 2 night tournament to determine the 1st ROH TV Champion! ..Ring of Honor announces a 2 night tournament to crown the 1st TV Champ..
KING OF THE SCREEN ..All 1st round matches will be drawn at random
by ROH senior official Kevin Kelly live at the show..
Tournament will feature:
EL GENERICO - HOMICIDE
"No Fear" MIKE MONDO - JAY LETHAL
MATT TAVEN - "Zombie Princess" JIMMY JACOBS
TOMMASO CIAMPA - BOBBY FISH
ACH - KYLE O'REILLY
"Fallen Angel" CHRISTOPHER DANIELS - RHETT TITUS

..The tournament to crown the 1st ever ROH TV Champ..
KING OF THE SCREEN
...The crowd is chanting "R-O-H!" "R-O-H!" "R-O-H!" as Kevin Kelly makes his way to the ring. All 16 men in the tournament for the TV title are in the ring. Kelly is joined by Commissioner Nigel McGuiness with a bingo ball tumbler cage in tow. He announces that all the names of the competitors are inside and Kevin Kelly will draw the names just before each match so everyone needs to be ready to fight at any time!
Kevin Kelly draws the 1st name - EL GENERICO! The generic luchador gets a huge ovation! The 2nd name picked - JAY LETHAL! The rest of the wrestlers head to the back as the 1st match gets underway...--- EL GENERICO takes it right to JAY LETHAL as the energy of the crowd is through the roof! Generico sends Lethal to the outisde and executes an amazing suicide dive! Lethal is unable to beat the count and EL GENERICO wins by Countout!! ---The next 2 names drawn are JIMMY JACOBS and QT MARSHALL! QT isn't able to have RD Evans at his side as all these matches are 1-on-1 with no managers/valets. Marshall is dominated by the "Zombie Princess" and falls victim to RAILROAD SPIKE. Jacobs is able to conceal it after Marshall had collided with official Todd Sinclair. The crowd boos loudly. --- BJ WHITMER comes out next and his opponent tonight is MATT TAVEN. Taven scores a surprising quick win after ARM TRAP HEADLOCK DRIVER! ---Kevin Kelly draws RHETT TITUS' name next followed by BOBBY FISH! Great back and forth action in this match. Bobby Fish can't put Titus away and he starts to get frustrated. He takes the action to the outside and slams Rhett's head into the ringpost and the ref calls for the bell. TITUS wins by DQ! ---Up next it's HOMICIDE vs. MIKE MONDO. Crowd clearly behind Homicide as they chant "1-8-7, 1-8-7, 1-8-7" but Mondo spoils the crowd's fever as he channels The Undertaker and puts Homicide down for the 3 count with a Tombstone Piledriver. ---Kelly draws the names TOMMASO CIAMPA and ACH next. This one is over quick! Ciampa only needs 3 moves and gets the win with PROJECT CIAMPA! --- CHRISTOPHER DANIELS is the next name drawn followed by KYLE O'REILLY. The biggest upset of the night in this one after Daniels dominates the action, he taunts the crowd and as he attempts BME, O'Reilly lifts his knees into Daniels and pins him and gets the 1-2-3!! ---The final 2 competitors come out and we see KAZARIAN vs. MIKE BENNETT. Kaz shows that technical skill is better than big muscles as he makes quick work of the big man getting win via FADE TO BLACK. The tournament concludes on the next card starting with the following matches:

MATT TAVEN vs. RHETT TITUS
MIKE MONDO vs. TOMMASO CIAMPA
KYLE O'REILLY vs. KAZARIAN |

Great card, OTHER WISE.
Looking forward to the finals, pick O'Reilly to take it home.

 KING OF THE SCREEN..Final night of the tournament to crown the 1st TV Champ..--- EL GENERICO gets a DQ win over JIMMY JACOBS when JJ tries to use his Railroad Spike but this time he is caught by the ref! OLE! ---Up next it's MATT TAVEN vs. RHETT TITUS. This one catches everyone off guard when only 1 minute into the match, Taven hits Titus with ARM TRAP HEADLOCK DRIVER and gets the duke! Taven will face Generico in the Semifinals!! --- MIKE MONDO battles TOMMASO CIAMPA next. "The Sicilian Psycopath" dominates this match and puts 5 tokens on Mondo but loses a battle outside the ring and Mondo gains control and hits Ciampa with NO FEAR DDT and gets the win! ---The last match of the quarterfinals is KAZARIAN vs. KYLE O'REILLY. This is a very even match and Kaz hits a Shining Wizard and gets the 1, 2, 3! The semis are set as Mondo will face Kazarian! **SEMIFINALS**---EL GENERICO outclasses MATT TAVEN and puts him down for 3 with a Corkscrew Moonsault. ---MIKE MONDO and KAZARIAN have a 5 star classic where both guys get many near falls. Mondo catches Kazarian with NO FEAR DDT and punches his ticket to the finals to face El Generico! ==15 MINUTE INTERMISSION==...Senior referee, Todd Sinclair comes out to a chorus of boos. He is unfazed by this and he is carrying with him the ROH TV Championship Title. He holds it up over his head and turns to all sides of the ring for the entire crowd to see...**FINALS**EL GENERICO vs. "No Fear" MIKE MONDO---Mondo looks to end it early as he puts 2 quick tokens on EG and even hits his DDT finisher but the Generic Luchador survives and battles back. The ending of the match brings everyone in the crowd to their feet as Generico executes the Yakuza Kick then hits an amazing +5 BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!! The crowd counts along: "1-2-3!" The winner and 1st ROH TV CHAMPION

Congrats to El Generico, a fitting 1st TV Champ. I was pulling for Mondo since he was my first champ. Can't wait for the rematch.
PS: that art never gets old. 100 stars.
