So, seeing as how we have CZW Set 3 officially announced I'm wondering who we might be getting this go around.
Personally I'd love to see a certain unscarred CZW alum. I don't know if the powers that be at CZW keep contact with their retired alumni so I have no clue if this is even possible.
Of the main roster currently listed on their website Pepper Parks is the only name that is really jumping out at me. Latin Dragon would be cool, if for no other reason than he would be another masked wrestler to add to my cruiserweight division (I literally know nothing about him). Joe Gacy would complete the Switchblade Conspiracy. I've never been a real big fan of Azrieal but he's a pretty big name in the past number of years of indy wrestling. Who am I missing? Who should I be checking out on YouTube that is really exciting and will be a great addition to our amazing game?

In addition to Gacy & Parks, I'm guessing Juicy Product as well as Devon Moore & Lucky 13 to complete NOI. If it's another 8 card pack, I think Sozio has a good chance of being included, too. Nevaeh would have been my other guess if she wasn't in the last SHIMMER pack.

Devon Moore - Probably the best guy on the roster that they haven't made yet. He's had every championship, has worked with everyone. He can do any style: deathmatch, high-flying, technical. A really underrated guy.
Lucky 13 - A suicidal high-flyer and occasional deathmatch performer. He does things people should not do. He gets up from bumps that you don't think he will.
Juicy Product - David Starr & JT Dunn. Current CZW tag champs. Dunn is a really talented guy. Starr is CZW/DJ Hyde's golden boy but he doesn't do much for me. Good team. I would prefer the Beaver Boys though.
Chris Dickinson - At first I didn't like this guy because he came across as just another jacked-up/MMA-type guy but recently he's shown more. He can be a a-hole heel as well as do some comedy stuff.
Beaver Boys - Fun tag team with some great combos. Alex Reynolds & David (Shard) Silver. Fans love these former tag champs.
Joe Gacy - Versatile guy that can work any style with anyone but doesn't seem to connect with the crowd. CZW has tried a lot of pushes for him but they just don't take.
Pepper Parks - He and Cherry Bomb are a poor man's Mike Bennett & Maria with a little Simon Dean mixed in. He's okay I guess but doesn't stand out to me.
Sozio - Plays a mob boss kind of character. May not make for a strong card but his goons, The Front, usually handle his heavy lifting.
Azriel was mentioned and he could be a possibility. Latin Dragon isn't always around so I wouldn't expect to see him.
As far as Nick Mondo... I wouldn't say he's out of the question. He made an appearance at the last Cage of Death show so who knows?

Mondo would be fun. I'm not versed enough in CZW to want anyone in particular but am looking forward to the set.

Is Rory Mondo no longer in CZW? As far as I know, he retired after the Cage of Death event that Nick Mondo appeared at. I believe he is now involved as a trainer for CZW. |
