Well I am pretty sure that Ultimate Warrior would be a no. Although I am a fanboy of his, his business ethics from past show him not a team player.
But if we could have these people it would be fantastic

Now there are some people on there I would love to see in Legends:
-Scotty Riggs (Possible American Males Tag Team)
-Marty Janetty would be sweet
-Tully Blanchard, enough said
A few more on there. Isn't JJ signed? If he is and Tully is there it might be pitch worthy to Tully.

JJ is indeed signed. If Tom were to get Tully, I think we'd see JJ's card come out in the same set.

I'd punch a baby to get Bernard (if the card were based on him in Japan, not him in WWE. He'd be a pretty useless big dude jobber if that was the case), Haku, Jackie Gayda (just leave it at that really), and Missy Hyatt in LOW.

I would love Haku.
With the Legends all ready in the game that are appearing at the New Jersey Roast of Iron Sheik; one would hope that more legends would sign just based off of that. Of course, that is in a perfect world and we all know that this is far from perfect.

Al Snow - I think Al Snow would be a good signing, he has done alot in his career but his ECW career would be a must for his card stats.
Jerry Lynn - I would like to see him really sign, he would add to the cruiserweights and he was a top notch wrestler.
Shane Douglas - Here is another guy I would love to see in the game as I did with Gorgeous George, Shane Douglas in his prime would be killer!
Bill DeMott - I've always like Hugh Morris, but to have Bill DeMott would be cool, he could be a good mid-carder in the mid-card ranks...
