Alberto El Patron makes his ROH debut on January 3rd in Nashville. He has also been announced to appear in Dearborn on January 30th, Dayton on January 31st, and here in Las Vegas on March 1st for ROH's 13th Anniversary PPV! I'm there. |

Apparently ROH is coming to the Twin Cities here in April. I might have to get out to an ROH show again. The last wrestling show I went to was when ROH was at the Saint Paul Armory and Bryan Danielson fought Nigel McGuinness. That should tell you how long ago that was.

Maaaan! I hope he makes it into an ROH set. Imagine that would rake in some sales for sure and quite possibly some new players as well!

Seriously though, I think the success AJ Styles has had in 2014 has proved that you don't need to be on Raw or Impact to remain relevant and marketable in the WRESTLING industry, which is great news for the indy scene and even better news for US. Who could have predicted a year ago that AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian would all see cards released in 2014? I agree, AJ has broken the mold in many ways. Although I don't think you need to appear on IMPACT to be relevant--in fact, I think a wrestler of ADR's status is probably better off not going to TNA. |
