I went with indy guys. Mainly because there are probably quite a few out there that may not fit easily into future sets. Also, I'm more likely to use them right away.
And for the record, I was completely satisfied with this year's releases. I will definitely re-up my sub.

I selected unreleased independent wrestlers, but given a second vote, I would also have selected alternate personalities for indy wrestlers. I only use the indy sets, not the B&W LOW (with a small handful of exceptions), and don't play CotG, so the deal only makes sense to me if I get indy guys. That said, even with the cards I'm not using, I feel like I got my money's worth this year, and will definitely resubscribe. I sort of questioned how much I would like Promoter Prime when it first started but I'm fully behind it after year one. We got some great monthly releases. There's definitely some cards that I won't use much but there's enough that I will use to make it more than worth my $29.

I think a mix of all of it. I mainly do Indy and CotG. Having singed Talent that has not released yet would be huge but I see Promoter Prime more as the place to get side stuff. We are getting a truly great deal for the price and at the same time it needs to appeal to folks who collect the game, regardless of which game.
So for me, bring on a few new names, some alternate personas, some Jobbers or uber rookies form the GWF and maybe some talent that just hasn't fit inwell with release schedules and themes.
One of my favorite sets from last year was the CotG 6 card pack that rounded things out. I was really hoping for it this year.

I'm guessing most of the unreleased talent they're talking about is the lower level guys who would only get at most one or two spots in a set.

I went with unreleased indy guys
I'm sure there's good indy guys signed who don't fit into a ROH, Chikara, Evolve, CWF Hollywood or CZW. This would be a good way to release more of those guys.

I voted for alt. version of LOW because the can be just as fun, if not funner, to play as the main versions.

definitely Indy wrestlers.
there are some absolutely great Indy wrestlers (male and female) who are signed but without cards
Like others here, I definitely prefer the unreleased wrestlers to the alternate/updated Indy cards (but sometimes those are really necessary too such as when the RockNES Monsters reformed as a tag team in CWFH after feuding with each other in CWFH for a year during the time their first cards were released.)
