Killer Queen always did well for me too. Multiple time Galaxian Champion as well as co-holder of the tag team championships as well. The only reason he's not been Interplanetary Champion is he's not bothered to challenge for it.

Steel Freak!!!!!!!!!!!! He never got out of most peoples midcards but he was dominate for me and my son Matthew (who controlled him). Three GWF title runs and 1 was over a year real time and I constantly put him against the best compition but he would always some how pull it out. He was so fun in the Butcher house. Hell yea Steele Freak Ruled!! I Exalt thee.

Badger. The guy is just plain awesome and people tend to forget that. Says the guy with the Badger avatar. My pick would be Lord Nexus. He didn't do anything for me in my 2087 fed except win. Having higher-end stats for the time like he did along with the double finishers always made him a threat to beat anyone. He was my third most successful wrestler, right behind Thantos and Star Warrior.

I'm not ashamed of my Badger love.
Yeah, Nexus was awesome.
Mad Jester is another one who always seems to come out on top in my feds.

Iron Mane.
After that I'd say US Patriot after the update.
In tag action....Pillars Of Power!

Nobody's said this guy yet (I don't think), but Darkos had a couple great runs as heavyweight champ for me against a lot of tough opponents, Chaos included. Lord Nexus only had one heavyweight run for me, but it was in the top 5 as far as length/number of defenses of about 120+ heavyweight champions to date. The Ninja Assassins are absolutely the most underrated tag team. They had a three-year (real-time!) run as tag champs for me, then just vacated the belts when the GWF moved to Centra and retired, having nothing left to prove. So they were never beaten for the belts. That run was something to behold.
For current people, I'd say Tricks is underrated. He's pulled off some upsets for me. So has Anivar.

Vyper stands probably as the greatest wrestler to never capture the top title in my GWF, but do just about everything else.
Monad had a stretch where he got crazy dominant in mine too, despite his obvious shortcomings. He has the distinction of being the first wrestler in my GWF to hold the top title and the 'specials match' title at the same time....and had a phenomenal feud with Raven then.

Badger. The guy is just plain awesome and people tend to forget that. Incredible Badger was great and in my fed both of the two different tag teams he was on (Animal Pack with Battering Ram and Beasts of Burden with Iron Mane) won tag team championships. Although I now have Animal Pack together as a tag team in my personal GWF Hall of Fame, I originally inducted Incredible Badger just as a single individual because of the success he had on two different tag teams.

Brute - did surprisingly well in singles competition Dragonmaster - first few years he was top-notch, started losing in 2095 or so Vyper - after his first upgrade he was always tough Dark Justice - dominated hardcore matches and had chances at the main belt
