How do you document your feds?

Hey all!  I'm finally getting my feet off the ground and starting my CotG fed!  I see many of you post your fed stories and card results in the forum here.  I plan on doing that soon but also want to have a little place of my own on the web.  I see some people have websites and blogs.  My question is where do you recommend someone go to start a site?  Preferably free.  

Also, I did see on someone's site these cool pictures of each wrestler.  Are these free?  If so where can I get them?!
