At the end of EVOLVE 38 tonight, it was announced there would be a title unification match during Mania weekend between EVOLVE Champion Drew Galloway and DGUSA Open The Freedom Gate Champion Johnny Gargano. Who do you think wins this match?

I'm going with Johnny Gargano winning the unification match, but either way it's interesting that they are unifying the two belts and I wonder will they change the United Gate belts to the EVOLVE Tag Team belts...

I'd rather Gargano but I think it will be Galloway. I expect more changes to come.

Went with Gargano. Not sure how his TNA gig will affect Galloway going forward with EVOLVE...

I think I saw somewhere that Dragongate USA is basically going away. I found this from the DGUSA wikipedia page via a link to a PWTorch page from Dec. 22, 2014... -- WWNLive is putting Dragon Gate USA on hiatus until they are able to secure more stars from Japan for the U.S. shows.
It is not dead, but we are going to emphasize EVOLVE and the WWN Supershow concept now," WWNLive announced Monday. "We hope to have DGUSA back one day. Our relationship with Dragon Gate remains strong."I would say if they are going to only have the EVOLVE Belt (if not pulling a WWE where the Champ carries both belts) they are headed toward DGUSA being done, but either way EVOLVE and the WWN Supershow looks like their focus for now... |
