I remember a while ago (about 3-4 years ago) Tom came out with a superhero card game. As a matter of fact I remember making a Vegeta and Goku bootleg for them and posting here on the boards. Anyone remember/know what I'm talking about? I do not see a place/forum for them here on these boards. Maybe the game was forgotten about/abandoned from lack of interest? It would be nice to make a thread for the game for future reference, if it hasn't already been made/deleted.
I'm almost done with a DC vs Marvel set and want to fine tune some things before I release it. I was wondering if I should just keep the cards wrestling (and make a wacky comic fed) or change the cards into the Champion rules (which I can no longer order on the official site, it looks, and there is no information/links here on the message board.).
Any help would be appreciated.

I remember this! I bought it and thought it was pretty cool. Don't have the downloads for it though and don't remember how to play, but yeah - it was cool.

Never even realized this Champions game existed until today... Too bad it was not developed further... Looks like a cool concept...
On another note, a DC vs. MARVEL set sounds like it would be wicked fun...

It sure was/is! =) Would you rather try a "Wrestling" version of the characters or would you like to try the "Superhero" game version? Which you think might be more fun/appealing? I think it might be fun trying a wrestling version of the characters, but obviously they would be significantly down-powered. |

Personally, I think I'd be more interested in playing the characters in a 'wrestling' scenario... Although it might result in them being less powerful, it would be very interesting to see how different characters fare against each other when placed in a strictly regulated environment... That being said, I have no experience with the 'Heroes' game whatsoever... Either way could be a blast... |

I remember reading in a Marvel Whos Who about a SUPERS WRESTLING LEAGUE where the muted the combatants powered to make it even and all that. Also in nearly Show from Dark Angel to Angel has had and MMA themed show.
