Another interesting thing when it comes to the GWF character cards themselves... Has anyone noticed that only two characters are still using cards that are not entirely devoted to their artwork? Meaning that they have their names scrolling along the bottom... Hmmmm... Maybe it would be cool to get updates for that simple fact alone... Or maybe one could retire and the other get an update... Something like that... Just curious without pulling out the cards, who were these two characters?

I would like to see a house cleaning for the Ani-men as well. I can see Panther Warrior coming back with an edgier attitude and look after his injury and leading a new, younger and more viscous team.

Nosfera could disappear at any point, and I'd not be surprised if Payback's run comes to an end soon.
Swarm has been around since 2114, so I would not be surprised if Tom plans on phasing him out sooner or later but one final update could be interesting.

As we approach 2131, I was in the shower and this thought hit me; Cobly is in a hostile take over of the GWF, but how would we define him succeeding in this take over? The easiest way to declare would be he bought the GWF company, but none of the investors would sell their shares unless the comapny was tanking. So if Cobly had wrestlers in possession of all the titles would that be consider a win in a hostile take over?
So if you were to have Cobly win in his hostile take over how would you define it? Just something to think about as I am currently.

Sounds basically like 2112.

They would not sell them unless they were tanking....OR had no other choice. Like they needed something from Colby, something it seems only he can deliver and his price is control of the fed. Say a force that seems from outside of the universe and would seem to signal the DEATH of the universe. Oh what a BLACK day that would be.

We just did that with Black Death, and before that w Maramus/Godsend etc... the real challenge for Tom in 2131 and beyond will be to keep the pro wrestling aspect alive and well in the GWF while testing the limits of his comic book writing. He's mastered both at different times in GWF history, but never has a story arc deserved both like the Future Shock story does.

I do not think the whole story has been told. I mean we do not know who was really behind it. What if they are just regrouping, thus the Three wishing to stay in our universe. Or what if Black Death from another universe where they were successful comes here. Maybe the reason Colby was able to come to our time/universe is the barrier was weaken by Black Death. Even if nothing happens with it and Future Shock I still think we have not seen the last of Black Death.

I'm all for the story of the Three to keep going but the BD angle trying to take over the universe was wrapped up in 2129.
