but I just started playing ROH and I have noticed that Truth Martini has a Distractor Rating of 5 AND a Distractor Rating of 8 and I was wondering which one is the correct one or if there is a situation where the other one is also used.

Should just have a DISTRACTOR RATING - 8 at bottom of card.

You must have a misprinted card or something because the Truth Martini ROH manager card I have says his Distractor rating is 8. I would let Tom know about it, if I were you. |

It's on COTGOnline. At the top it says Distractor Rating 5. Then in the middle it says Distractor Rating 8. Then when you click on the Charts icon it again says 5.
