I haven't started a Shimmer fed yet but was wondering for those who have, How have women like Mia Yim, Kimber Lee, Sara Del Ray, and Daizee Haze fared? I just wanted to see how they stacked up since they were originally geared more for inter gender matches in their respective fed.

Great question.
Kimber Lee was very effective--she and Cherry Bomb (The Kimber Bombs) captured my inaugural Women's World Tag Team Titles and held them through several defenses, even against the Canadian Ninjas.
Sara Del Rey really struggled for me, until I realized that she was designed as a card to fight men, so I reverse-engineered her "ladies" card using the conversion rules in the Shimmer books. This improved her Power Rating, PIN, Cage Rating and Ring Rating. She's now a top contender for my Women's World Title.
I've only used Mia Yim as a valet, and I don't use Haze since she is retired, so I can't speak to those two. However, I expect adjusting Haze using the Shimmer rules would probably make her a decent contender.

I use them all as is, expect I change Kimber Lee's Gulak move to an illegal double team - 3 dq

I use them all as is as well in my SHIMMER fed. I also use all of the Legends women as well. Currently Jazz is my SHIMMER Champion and my tag champs are the Glamour Girls. I'm currently running a Chick Fight Tournament to see who gets a title shot.
