4 usually Deimos Perrenial, Battle Wars (all specialty matches against feuding opponents), Impossible Tournmanet, and Team Supreme though that's been on hiatus the last few years replaced by Galaxy Wars.

I used to run my Fed like you see the WWE runs there with one big PPV a month or so, but now I just do one tv show and house shows when need. I treat these shows like big events instead.

In my GWF, I run a total of 50 shows per game year... 8 supershows (1 to kick off the year, 1 to close out the year and 6 more throughout) and 42 standard shows... Currently, my supershows are:
1. SET IT OFF - A six day event featuring my version of an Impossible Tournament.
2. GALACTIC CLASH - Held at the Deimos Intergalactic Arena. The winner of Set It Off, gets a shot at the Galaxian Championship.
3. INDESTRUCTIBLE - A Triple Threat Gauntlet of sorts. 20 wrestlers try to win the Golden Ticket (which is simply my equivalent to Money in the Bank).
4. MADE OF SCARS - All titles are defended and some rivalries are settled.
5. APOCALYPSE NOW - Team based theme. Last year it was a massive Battlezone Challenge. This year it was something I dubbed the Team Spectacle.
6. UNIVERSAL HARDCORE - Nothing but the most brutal of specialty matches. Most of the titles are defended on this card as well.
7. mobSCENE - Each contest (I think there are 4 or 5 in total) is an absolute free-for-all that I call a mobSCENE rumble. Very unpredictable!
8. RECKONING DAY - The last show of the year! Hopefully, it lives up to the hype!

my original was 3 shows per week, a super tv show bi weekly and a ppv once a month save for January & December which each had 2 ppvs. since my reboot its a tv show per week and a house show and a planned ppv every 4 months.
my big ones were Lord of the Ring which started out as a lethal lottery to draw partners. the winning teams advance into a battle royal and the last two men then wrestle in a best of seven. the winner is named Lord of the Ring and gets a shot at the heavyweight title at the end of the year ppv Celebration. I plan on keeping LOTR for the restart. other ppvs will be sorted once the roster is bigger.

Not sure if you would include PPV's in this but here goes. I run 4 feds and here are my special cards.
UUWF (my top and oldest fed)
March - War of the Worlds June - Battle Among the Stars (my WM) September - Fall Brawl (includes a Feast of Famine Match ie Feast of Fire) December - Last Days
I also have a Clash of the Champions special each month before a PPV. In November the CotC main event is the Big Bang Battle Royal with the winner getting a title match at Last Days.
GWF (2nd tier but for last year or so in game time has been the top one)
January - New Beginnings (just added) April - Starcade (top PPV) October - The Horror Show
In January or February on the weekly show I have a Money in the Bank match
IAWA (more wrestling focused like old AWA or RoH)
May - No Mercy November - Dark Side
WAR (my ECW like fed)
February - Revenge August - Bad Blood
In addition in July I have PWA (a fed I do not run) hold two tournaments.
Super 8 J Cup. (J for Jupiter not Japan. This is where I have 1 or 2 guys in feds I run and the rest are new cards I am adding to the mix) Omega Cup Tag Team Invitational

I'm interested, in how your rosters are for each fed? Are the Feds a mix of wrestlers from different eras?

I'm interested, in how your rosters are for each fed? Are the Feds a mix of wrestlers from different eras? Yep they are just a big melting pot. I use cards from not only all the different years of CoTG but also LoW, RoH, ones I have created and ones from other sets that I have gotten as samples when I get my orders. On top of that I recycle cards. By that I mean when a card gets an update I either turn the old one or the new one into a new character. I first did that YEARS ago in the early days of CoTG when Star Warrior had his first update. I thought that was so cool and I loved it. But after awhile I felt bad I had a card I could not use. Seeing as my over all roster was still small I decided to reuse the old Star Warrior. So I invented his cousin Shooting Star. Needless to say I have a HUGE pool to pull from lol. And that is even after retiring some I just did not feel and missing many sets when I got out of playing for many years back in late 90's and early 00's.

every game year there is an annual invitational tag team tournament. it was originally the Carter Cup, then the Crossfire Memorial invitational, then it became the Morpheus Cup, then when Omega passed it became the Guardians Cup. its had up to 128 tag teams, fro GWF, CPC and bootlegs. with my reboot its going to be the Cosmic Cup. I also have the Wheel of Fortune ppv. the matches are decided by a spinner and a second spinner is used for the rewards. easy to make. also an idea from Eric M there is the annual Las Reinas women's tag tournament where the women from all over form teams and compete.
