Tough to argue these four all were great heels
Piper and Flair were the best. The Million Dollar Man and NWO Hogan were gteat to

Ric Flair. Because he always made his opponents looked good and he would always find a way to retain the title even when you were cheering for him to lose.

Flair is the easy and maybe safe pic. He had a great career and did a lot as a heel. But my vote went for Raven. While his ECW run was much shorter than Flairs career of course he sure did a lot in that time. Including legit pissing off Kurt Angle. Just think, Angle was thinking of signing with ECW at the time. Imagine how different the landscape would have been if Angle had signed. Even if he stayed only a year or so. Things would have been different for sure. And I would put the Raven/Dreamer feud/history right up there with Flair/Sting. In some ways even more so as it was more personal.

All of those mentioned are great heels but one guy defines the term and that is the Sheik. Nobody started more riots or got more hatred from a crowd more than Sheik.

My vote would go to Raven (Scott Levy) as well... His rich kid spoiled to the point of becoming a melodramatic grunge child was truly iconic for the era... And the way he 'controlled' his flock was elegantly twisted...
He also did some amazing work as Johnny Polo - A character that truly elevated my interest in professional wrestling to an entirely new level.

I loved Flair and Piper but Buddy Rogers or The Sheik would definitely be better. They were heels when people did more than just boo.

Flair is my favorite wrestler of all time, but I gave my vote to "Hot Rod". Flair has longevity over Piper, but nothing beats Piper from '84-'85. He was over the top awesome. The Piper's Pit with Snuka and the infamous "coconut" incident is probably my all-time favorite wrestling moment. I was truly transfixed at that moment. And when Piper would come out to a match with Snuka and do the "I-Love-You" Snuka hand gesture, the reaction was fantastic. Piper was the man.

Piper was the best interview segment WWE has ever had, I remember the Piper's Pit he did at WrestleMania V with Brother Love and Mortey Downing Jr. The best entertaining interview of all time.

I don't think anyone would disagree about Piper being the best...so many classic ones. My favorite was the one where he interviewed himself.

Have to go Piper...I just remember him ALWAYS being in the middle of things...and in a BAD WAY! Which is exactly what he was good at.
I think if I had been able to see Flair's when I was young and impressionable I think this would have been more difficult. (Because NWA didn't get to SoCal often when I was impressionable and I got to see Piper and Piper's Pit all the time on WWF TV.)
It really is a tough decision this one...
