I have used Kenny King's 4-pack card with Rhett Titus from the ROH set, but the duo can't buy a win. Literally; they are 0-27.

I'd love to have a tag team specialist version of the two of them, maybe in Promoter Prime someday (or in December's set, f they stick around).

King was supposed to be in the set, yes. Just like Lince Dorado was supposed to be in the original Chikara and got replaced by Archibald Peck at the last minute.

It is going to be great to see the local hometown hero Kenny King wrestle here in Las Vegas on ROH's Anniversary PPV next February at the Orleans!

I was suspicious about who the Briscoes opponent was going to be and it was obvious as soon as the Romantic Touch appeared.

As others here are saying, I also heard Kenny King was going to be in the original ROH set until he had to be replaced upon leaving ROH (but the people in ROH he had issues with at the time are now gone.)
