While browsing through random pics in the online gallery, I noticed this interesting character - The Ambassador... He wears a suit and tie, but has a mask covering the upper half of his face... Can anyone tell me who this is? What kind of card dies he have? And is he still available to be ordered for the online game?

I'll go with the last thing first, no.
When Online started, several of us volunteered to teach people to run the game. As it turned out, they overchose people (the demand for people to help wasn't as high as they thought) so the ones left got the Ambassador card. I've only seen the card once and recall it was quite good but haven't played with anyone who has it in a long time so I can't say more.

I got the card, and as for how good it is. He's on the level with Peacemaker from the aCe, only with a disqualification roll for finisher. Not a bad card, I use him as a body guard for my manager Justin Case.
