This is a reboot of my independent fed based on the Indy Wrestling Scene in Ontario.
OWN – Card 01 – Smash Wrestling @ Franklin Horner Community Centre – November 7, 2015 – “This is Smash”
In a lengthy opening contest, Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Caleb Konley (w/Larry Dallas) with a deathjump cross body block (1.5)
Premier Athlete Brand (Anthony Nese & Trent Barreta) defeated ACDC (Arik Cannon & Darin Corbin) by DQ when Corbin used a steel chair on Nese during a brawl on the floor in a short match (1.0)
In a match that did not go near long enough for the fans in attendance, Chris Hero landed back to back CYCLONE KILLS on Jon Davis for the win (1.5)
Bravado Brothers picked up an impressive victory over AR Fox & Uhaa Nation when Lancelot Bravado pinned Nation after a DEADLIFT GERMAN SUPLEX that rocked the fans at ringside (2.5)
In a fast paced, action packed bout, Roderick Strong used the tights to roll through a cross body block deathjump and pin PJ Black. At one point during the match, Strong hit two END OF HEARTACHES followed by two SICK KICKS but Black kicked out each time much to the delight of the fans at ringside (5.0)
The Gentleman’s Club shocked The Inner City Machine Guns when Drew Gulak used the UNIVERSITY STRETCH on Ricochet for the win in only two moves (SNAKE EYES!) (dud)
Biff Busick offered no challenge to Drew Galloway in the main event with Galloway despatching Busick with a DOUBLE ARM DDT in less than ten moves (0.5)

Great victory by the Bravados over some tough opponents... And it looks like Roddy Strong and the Darewolf stole the show... Looking forward to watching this fed move forward... Fun times!

Thanks for the comments Pariah. The show certainly peeked with Black and Strong. It was a blast to play. The balance of the card went in the tank but that is how the dice roll. Smash Wrestling Debuts in London Ontario
The officials of Smash Wrestling cannot wait to make their London debut on November 22nd at the Cowboys Ranch. The main event for “London Calling” is the Smash Wrestling Champion Johnny Gargano taking on Chris Hero. Gargano has been turning heads around North America for the past few years but will face a significant challenge in Chris Hero who is coming off a big win over Jon Davis.
Smash is well known for its competitive woman’s division and it will be on full display as Leva Bates takes on Kellie Skater and Nicole Matthews in a three way battle.
London Calling will also have four way insanity. Biff Busick v. Caleb Konley v. Uhaa Nation v. Arik Royal. This match may steal the show and the winner may find themselves closer to a title opportunity.
As part of the fall out of “This is Smash” Ricochet was clearly not pleased with his performance. Smash management has listened and Ricochet will be offered an opportunity at redemption when he faces Drew Dulak in a singles contest that promises to be contrast of styles.

I have always found Ricochet to be one of the most exciting performers out there... So, yeah... Watching him go down in two moves was a big letdown... Can't wait to see him go one-on-one with Gulak...
Hero vs Gargano should rock the house as well...
Really like the name 'Zero Gravity Championship'... Is that an original?

Thanks for the question Pariah. Alpha 1 wrestling is an actual indy group that presents shows in Hamilton. The Zero Gravity Title is one of their straps. The current champion is actually Rickey Shane Page.
