Ultimate Endurance

Well, since I'm asking about match types from the far-flung future, I figured I'd ask about a match from reality, specifically ROH. I haven't really seen much of ROH, if anything, and I'm wondering how the Ultimate Endurance match worked, so I could play it out in my real wrestlers fed. From what I read, it's an elimination-style tag match with changing stipulations. MY question about this is whether or not the match is a Tag Team Turmoil, where you start with 2 teams at at time, or if all 4 teams are in at the same exact time.

I believe all the teams are in the match at the same time and when a fall happens and a team is eliminated it moves to the next match stipulation until another fall and then the third and final stipulation until there is one team left standing.
