This is a repost from the House Rules section of Chris Ingersoll's Board. If you aren't familiar with HTML...it can be a real godsend. Enjoy!

Your best bet is to use a Table Generator. You can build Proboard output code applicable tables at this site.
There's a bit of a learning curve involved...but once you get the hang of it this is a quick and easy way to build charts, stat tables, etc. that can be posted on Proboard Forums.
Here are some quick tips:
1. Know _EXACTLY_ how many rows and columns you will need before starting. Rows (across) and columns (down). This will help you immensely.
2. Filling in all of the Table Spec prompts on the left is a necessity to proceed to the editing page. To keep it simple just put in 10 for Width, Border Width, Cellpadding and Cellspacing. These specs will adjust automatically upon customizing your edit.
3. After step 2 hit Preview...which takes you to the outline. Then select Proceed to edit UBBC Table (the second prompt _NOT_ the HTML table)
4. Now you are ready to input the text. Select a Row/Tab (which turns the area blue) and input the text into the content box. When finished select Update. Continue the Chart/Row selection followed by content input process until your chart is complete.
5. Once finished select the Satisfied? Click here to output code button. You will now see the code that will create the Chart in a Proboard post. Copy and paste it into the thread of your choosing.
If you remember to select and highlight the row/column before inputting the text then the process is fast and easy. If you forget and type before selection...it can be time consuming.
Below are some sample charts:
