Michael Bennett and Maria are done with ROH after their contracts and they told people they are heading to TNA in January
Matt Taven injured his knee on Friday

Other than the "benefit" of being on POP TV, I really cannot see how this benefits Maria and Co. The very limited schedule, essentially no house dates, a bit of indy work, and no NJPW time, does not seem to benefit Maria and Co. vs. what ROH offers. To each their own. It seems if you have a choice, you would avoid TNA like the plague.
On the other hand, they will likely be back asking ROH for a job (much like Richards and Edwards will).

I remember back in July when ROH was here in Las Vegas Maria announced her contract was expiring in December but at the time it seemed like the storyline that both started and ended that night was to replace Adam Cole in the Kingdom with Austin Aries (who made his what turned out to be a 1 night only return to ROH that night in Las Vegas.) Apparently her contract really did expire in December. As others here have said, I am somewhat surprised by this move, but I wish her and Michael Bennett well (I've met them both and they are both really cool.)
