The show opens with the Showcase Intro featuring ‘I Am The Fire’ by Halestorm. Images of the ring being constructed followed by images of unknown wrestlers lacing up their boots, taping their wrists and preparing for matches are shown. Then footage of previous VCW matches are show which eventually gives way to the Showcase logo. The lights come up in the Showcase studio on the host, Marco Epstein, who sits behind the desk. Behind Epstein is a video flat screen with the Showcase logo.Epstein: Hi there and welcome to another edition of VCW Showcase. I’m Marco Epstein and we are coming off a fantastic show last weekend in March Madness. Colt Cabana won the tournament and will get a shot at the VCW Heavyweight Title. That title was successfully defended by Shaun Ricker, so when those two face off it is going to be phenomenal. Since we’re talking about March Madness, one man that turned a lot of heads in that tournament was JD Michaels. He is here for our first match, but has his work cut out for him in Claudio Castagnoli. Claudio Castagnoli vs. JD Michaels w/April HunterMichaels came out strong, looking really sharp. Michaels beat Castagnoli with a TOP ROPE ELBOW DROP. Epstein: JD Michaels continues to turn heads. What a great first few matches he’s had in VCW. We go from that great match to one featuring two teams trying to make waves in the tag team division. Nicholas Valentino & Marion Fontaine w/The Grappler vs. All Night Express (Kenny King & Rhett Titus)After some early back and forth, Valentino pulled a pair of brass knuckles out of his tights and walloped King square in the face. Unfortunately for Valentino he didn’t do a good job of hiding his heinous deed and the ref called for the disqualification. Epstein: Nicolas Valentino should be ashamed of himself. I’m sure The Grappler gave him an ear full after that abomination. Now last weekend there was one man that was able to rise above the rest and survive the madness. That man was Colt Cabana, and he is my guest right now. Cabana comes out and shakes Epstein’s hand before sitting on the couch adjacent Epstein’s desk.Colt Cabana, congratulations sir. You stepped in a VCW ring last week and just like the cream, you rose to the top. Well done. Cabana: Thank you. It was a crazy night, but it ended the way I expected. Epstein: And now you get a shot at Shaun Ricker, the VCW Heavyweight Champion. Cabana: You know I watched Shaun Ricker defend that title against Drew Galloway and what a brutal match that was. Galloway is one of the hottest guys on the circuit and Ricker took it right to him. Ricker was definitely impressive, but so was I on that night and when the two of us get together, it will definitely be impressive. Epstein: I certainly look forward to it. Thanks for joining me on today’s show and good luck to you. Joey Ryan w/Candace LaRae & Percy Pringle III vs. Chris HeroHero made quick work of Ryan and beat him with the DEATHBLOW. After the match, Pringle distracted Hero and Sky attacked Hero from behind. Sky delivered a vicious ACE CRUSHER and Hero was hurt. Epstein: This isn’t going to sit well with Chris Hero. I bet he’s tired of being attacked after his matches. Now it’s time for tonight’s feature match. KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe face a very familiar foe in the RockNess Monsters. NON-TITLE MATCH KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion) w/Olivia vs. RockNess Monsters (Johnny Yuma & Johnny Goodtime)RockNess started out fast, but The Tribe countered and after two RESERVATION DEVASTATIONS, Lion pinned Goodtime. Epstein: I can’t think of a better way to end today’s show than with a hard fought victory by our KOTI Tag Team Champions. We’ll be back here next time with some more great VCW wrestling action. We’ll see ya then.

Behind Epstein is a video flat screen with the Showcase logo.Epstein: Hello wrestling fans, I’m Marco Epstein welcoming you to another edition of VCW Showcase. On today’s show we’ll see a couple of VCW debuts as well as Brian Cage in action. I’ll talk to VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker in our interview segment and we’ll close out the show with Konnan facing Drew Galloway in our featured match. We start the action off here with Brian Cage in action against Matt Striker. Cage made it to the finals of March Madness a couple weeks ago, but couldn’t get past Colt Cabana. Cage looks to get things going back the right direction against Striker. Brian Cage vs. Matt Striker w/Stu StoneCage dominated Striker from the opening bell with several high impact moves. Striker made a desperate counter then delivered a lung blower and gained a quick near fall. Striker capitalized on his advantage, but Cage eventually reversed the momentum. Both men continued to battle back and forth until the action spilled out of the ring. Cage took it to a different level and tossed Striker from pillar to post around ringside. Back in the ring Cage delivered a Star Elbow, but Stone distracted the ref as Cage made the pin. Not to be deterred, Cage delivered WEAPON X and pinned Striker.Epstein: Cage definitely earned himself a hard fought victory in that match. Our man with the microphone, Zane Jackson, was able to catch up with Cage later in the night and talk to him about among other things, his beef with former partner Shaun Ricker. Zane Jackson is in the locker room with Brian Cage.Jackson: I’m here with Brian Cage and first off, congratulations on a hard fought victory tonight. Cage: Matt Striker is a great competitor, but I never had any doubt I would put his shoulders down for the count. Jackson: I’m glad your confidence hasn’t been shaken after not getting the victory in the March Madness finals. Cage: Again, Colt Cabana is a fine competitor. I got a little too aggressive, but that’s who I am. Trust me, I’ll get my shot at the title. Jackson: I’m not sure if getting a shot at the title or getting a shot a Shaun Ricker is more what you’re after. Cage: There’s no secret I don’t have a lot of love for Ricker. When I get my chance to get him in the ring, it really doesn’t matter if he has the title or not. I just want to get a chance to beat the crap out of that piece of trash. Mark my words, though. I will get my shot at the belt and when I do, I will walk out with it around my waist. Out of nowhere, Shaun Ricker attacks Cage. Jackson scattered as Ricker did a number on Cage, delivering the GRAVY TRAIN on the hard concrete locker room floor. The scene returned to Epstein in the studio.Epstein: I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything less from our champion. He must really be scared of the threat Cage poses. Now we switch gears just a little bit as Kenny King faces a new comer to VCW. It’s ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton, who is accompanied to the ring by his father, Frank Dalton. ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton w/Frank Dalton vs. Kenny KingThis was a quick outing as Dalton showboated a little too much and King caught him. King delivered the CORONATION and pinned Dalton. Both Daltons were fit to be tied as King went into the crowd and celebrated with the fans.Epstein: I guess that proves you always need to stay focused on the task at hand. Hopefully ‘Dirty’ Andy will have better luck next time. Next up I’m going to bring out a man who we saw commit a heinous act earlier in the show. Shaun Ricker blatantly cheap shotted Brian Cage and left him lying. We understand Cage was injured slightly as a result, but he shouldn’t miss too much action. Here is my guest, VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker and his manager Percy Pringle III. VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker w/Percy Pringle III smugly make their way onto the set. Pringle shakes hands with Epstein while Ricker does the fake handshake, run his hand through his hair display. Both men sit on the couch opposite of Epstein’s desk.Gentlemen, and I use that term loosely, I welcome you to the show. Now earlier in the show we saw the attack you, Mr. Ricker, perpetrated on Brian Cage. My question to you is are you so scared of Brian Cage that you have to jump him from behind? Ricker damn near jumped across the desk on Epstein, but PP3 was able to hold him back and make him sit back down.PP3: I will warn you one time and one time only. Another question along those lines and we will walk off this set and never come back out here and bless you with our presence ever again. Now, this man here is the Vegas Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion. He deserves the respect of everyone in this territory. That means you and that means that piece of crap Brian Cage. Ricker: I command respect. I demand respect and if Brian Cage is going to go around and disrespect me as the champion of this territory, he’s going to get what he deserves. Epstein: I’m not sure he deserved to be attacked from behind. Why not challenge him to a match face to face? Ricker: Percy, do I have to listen to this? PP3: Look Epstein I’m warning you, we will walk. Epstein: Ok, fine. I get it. You felt Cage deserved to be attacked from behind as a result of him disrespecting you. Now will you defend your title against Brian Cage? Ricker: I’ll be surprised if Cage ever gets a shot at this title, but if he does, I’ll kick his ass just like I will anyone else that’s put in the ring with me. Epstein: Even Colt Cabana? Ricker: What did I say? Anyone gets in that ring with me, with this title on the line, is in for an ass kicking. No one, I repeat no one is going to take this title for me. Have I made myself clear? Epstein: Crystal. My apologies to you gentlemen if this interview became a little contentious, but I’m paid to ask the tough questions. Thank you for being here. No we go back to the ring for the debut of the Blood Warriors as they take on The Family Stone. Blood Warriors (Brodie Lee & Uhaa Nation) vs. The Family Stone (Cedric The Hitman & Terex) w/Stu StoneThe Family Stone showed their experience as a team, executing quick tags and isolating Lee. Cedric and Terex picked Lee apart then Terex pinned Lee after a Samoan drop.Epstein: Both of our debuts on today’s show didn’t meet with results they were hoping. It’s time for our featured match and what a match it’s going to be. Drew Galloway failed in his attempt to win the VCW Heavyweight Title at March Madness, but he should be back in contention before we know it. Konnan on the other hand looks to keep that from coming to fruition. Konnan vs. Drew GallowayKonnan came out fast on Galloway, but Galloway quickly countered and dominated Konnan. Konnan knocked Galloway off the top turnbuckle then tossed him out of the ring. Konnan quickly followed and delivered a vicious powerbomb on the concrete floor. Galloway was barely able to roll back into the ring to beat the count. Galloway battled back and the match continued back and forth for several minutes. The action spilled out of the ring one more time and Galloway waffled Konnan with a steel chair. That proved to be all Galloway needed for the victory and he pinned Konnan.Epstein: Konnan definitely gave Galloway a run for his money, but Galloway continued to show why he is a top contender for the VCW Heavyweight Title. Be here next week when we have a huge announcement regarding our next big supercard. We’ll see ya then.

Behind Epstein is a video flat screen with the Showcase logo.Epstein: Hello and welcome to another edition of VCW Showcase. I’ll start out today’s program by announcing our next big supercard event. The Clash will take place on Sunday, April 24th, at Sam’s Town Live. The main event will be VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker defending his title against the man that won his title shot at March Madness, Colt Cabana. Now that’s coming up in a couple of weeks, but this week is another fantastic Showcase. The Inner City Machine Guns are back in action and we’ll see the KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe. Then in the featured match the upstart JD Michaels will face possibly his toughest challenge to date in VCW in the likes of the popular Chris Hero. We’ll start things off tonight with Chri$ Ca$h, who made his debut at March Madness, taking on fan favorite Willie Mack. Chri$ Ca$h vs. Willie MackThis was a great back and forth encounter as both men seemed to be evenly matched. The action took place inside and outside the ring with neither man gaining a decided advantage. After each man gained a near fall, Ca$h delivered THE CASH FLOW and gained a hard fought victory. Ca$h defeats Mack by pinfall.Epstein: After a disappointing showing at March Madness Chri$ Ca$h comes out here and puts forth an effort any man would be proud of. It will be interesting to see how he fares moving forward in VCW. Speaking of moving forward, The Grappler’s team of Nicholas Valentino & Marion Fontaine has moved forward from their feud with Drew Gulak & Timothy Thatcher and are no setting their sights on the VCW Tag Team Titles. They begin that quest with a tough test against a team that are champions in their own right, the KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe. Nicholas Valentino & Marion Fontaine w/The Grappler vs. KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion) w/OliviaValentino & Fontaine seemed to hold their own against the champs for most of the match, but you got the feeling that The Tribe was just toying with their opponents and could win the match at any time. The deciding factor in the match turned out to be The Grappler as the manager jumped up on the apron while Lion had things going his team’s way against Fontaine. The Grappler drew the ref’s attention, but as Valentino attempted to enter the ring for the double team, the ref saw him and attempted to displace him from the ring. As the ref’s attention was turned, The Grappler loaded his mask and delivered a head butt to Hawaiian Lion. Fontaine followed up with a neckbreaker and quickly made the pin. The ref made the three count before anyone knew what happened. Valentino & Fontaine defeat The Tribe by pinfall.Epstein: I can’t believe it. The Grappler and his team just stole one from the KOTI Tag Team Champions. I’m sure my guests today will have something to say about this. My guests are the VCW Tag Team Champions The Dynasty (Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan). VCW Tag Team Champions The Dynasty (Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan) w/Candace LaRae & Percy Pringle III make their way onto the set. Epstein shakes hands with Pringle and kisses LaRae on the hand. He also shakes Sky’s hand, but when he attempts to shake Ryan’s hand, Ryan fakes him out with the hand shake and Ryan runs his hand through his hair. The entire group sits on the couch adjacent to Epstein’s desk with LaRae sitting on Ryan’s lap.Wow, I may have to think about getting a bigger couch. Ryan: Don’t sweat it. I don’t mind having this hot piece sitting where she’s sitting. Epstein: Fair enough. Now Mr. Pringle, your team has a death hold on the VCW Tag Team Titles and you continue to be the top ranked team in KOTI, even higher than the KOTI Tag Team Champions themselves. Do you think you are being snubbed for a KOTI Tag Team Title shot. PP3: You better believe I do. These two men have beaten every team put in front of them since coming to VCW. There is no reason they should not be next in line for a title match. Epstein: I can’t say I don’t agree, but what do you think about what we saw a few minutes ago with Nicholas Valentino & Marion Fontaine knocking off The Tribe? Sky: Look, fool, those two goofs can’t hold a candle to Joey and me. If The Tribe can’t beat them, there’s no way they’re going to beat us. Ryan: That’s proof right there that we’re the uncrowned champions. PP3: We don’t care where or when we get that shot, but we better get it soon or someone in KOTI is going to be sorry. I’m the manager of champions in VCW and The Dynasty needs more gold. Epstein: I know Percy Pringle III not to make empty threats or promises, so I hope someone at the KOTI head office is listening, otherwise I don’t look forward to what The Dynasty does if they don’t get their title shot. We continue on today’s program with the return of the Inner City Machine Guns. Inner City Machine Guns (Rich Swan & Ricochet) vs. All Night Express (Kenny King & Rhett Titus)Ricochet had the match under control until he missed a 630 SENTON and ANE took advantage. Ricochet managed to survive three consecutive CORONATIONS to the amazement of King as well as the crowd. A frustrated King took the action outside the ring, where he smashed Ricochet with a chair, busting Ricochet open. ANE continued to destroy a bloody Ricochet and there was nothing he or Swann could do about it. King finally put Ricochet away with one final CORONATION. ANE defeats ICMG by pinfall.Epstein: Ricochet held in as long as he could, but he lost a lot of blood, plus the experience of the All Night Express may’ve just been too much. We’ve reached that point in the show folks. It’s time for our featured match. JD Michaels has made quite the showing since debuting a couple weeks ago, but now he faces a man that has stopped many a man and that’s Chris Hero. JD Michaels w/April Hunter vs. Chris HeroMichaels looked like he had this match in hand after landing several suplexes on the concrete floor outside the ring. Hero managed to counter and win the ensuing brawl. Back in the ring Hero delivered a corner leaping elbow and quickly rolled up Michaels for the victory. After the match, ‘Dirty’ Andy Daulton attacks Hero from behind. Claudio Castagnoli hit the ring and Michaels recovered resulting in a huge brawl involving all four men. Referees finally made it to the ring and regained some control. Hero defeats Michaels by pinfall.Epstein: What a way to end today’s program. A pier sixer between four of the best wrestlers on the independent circuit. I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of those four in the ring together. As a matter of fact I’ve just been told those four men will be involved in our featured match next week as the Kings of Wrestling take on ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton and JD Michaels. We’ll see ya then.

Then footage of previous VCW matches are show which eventually gives way to the Showcase logo. The lights come up in the Showcase studio on the host, Marco Epstein, who sits behind the desk. Behind Epstein is a video flat screen with the Showcase logo.Epstein: Hello and welcome to another edition of VCW Showcase. I’m Marco Epstein and we are super excited for The Clash this weekend. The two featured matches for that show are The Tribe demanding a rematch to the team that upset them on last week’s Showcase, The Grappler’s team of Nicholas Valentino & Marion Fontaine, and VCW Heavyweight Champions Shaun Ricker defending his title against the March Madness winner, Colt Cabana. Those will be two great matches, as will today’s featured match. The Kings of Wrestling have been waiting all week to get their hands on ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton and JD Michaels after Dalton attacked Hero last week following Hero’s victory over Michaels. We start things off today with one half of the dominant VCW Tag Team Champions, Scorpio Sky, as he faces the very talented Roderick Strong. Roderick Strong vs. Scorpio Sky w/Percy Pringle III Strong was all over Sky and totally dominated the early going. Sky recovered and took the fight back to Strong. Both men fought furiously back and forth. Strong had Sky in a bad way after delivering the END OF HEARTACHE. PP3 removed his shoe and attempted to hit Strong with it as Strong wandered close to the ropes. Strong wrestled the shoe away from PP3 and as the ref was distracted by PP3, Strong nailed Sky with the shoe. Strong went for the pin and Sky kicked out at the absolute last minute. Strong locked in the STRONGHOLD and it didn’t take long for Sky to submit. Epstein: Roderick Strong came to VCW to show why he is one of the best and Scorpio Sky certainly learned that. Next up crowd favorite Willie Mack faces a member of The Family Stone. Willie Mack vs. Matt Striker w/Stu StoneStriker tried to gain an early advantage, but Mack countered and never looked back, wining the match with a COBRA CLUTCH SUPLEX. Epstein: Holy cow, Willie Mack looked outstanding. Next up is this week’s interview segment and my guests this week shocked the world last week when they beat VCW Tag Team Champions The Tribe in a non-title match. The Tribe demanded a rematch at this weekend’s Clash event and they got it. Before that happens though I will talk to Nicholas Valentino, Marion Fontaine and The Grappler. Nicholas Valentino, Marion Fontaine and The Grappler make their way on to the set. All three men shake hands with Epstein and sit on the couch adjacent to Epstein’s desk.Welcome gentlemen. Last week you did the unthinkable when you beat The Tribe. You will face them again this weekend at The Clash. Do you think you can do it again? Grappler: Let me tell you something. Everyone says these two men’s victory last week was a fluke, an anomaly. Those people couldn’t have been more incorrect. These two men are in peak physical condition and are quite frankly the best team in VCW. Epstein: I think that still remains to be seen. There are some great teams in VCW including the VCW Tag Team Champions The Dynasty. Nicholas: We don’t sweat those premadonnas and we don’t sweat the Injun and Island Boy. Epstein: There’s no need to get nasty. Fontaine: We are nasty as we wanna be and that’s nothing. We are going to get real nasty at The Clash. The Grappler: And if that hussy in The Tribe’s corner decides to get involved I’ll send that slut back to the sweaty stag studio she came from. Epstein: Leave it to The Grappler and his boys to make their issue with The Tribe personal. Next up is a real treat for the fans as two of their favorite teams meet in what should be a classic match up. All Night Express (Kenny King & Rhett Titus) vs. West Coast Crew (Brian Cage & Joey Kaos) w/Heidi LovelaceAfter some quick back and forth action this match broke down. All four men were in the ring brawling and the ref was left with no choice but to disqualify both teams. Epstein: Well that was disappointing. Not the ending anyone wanted, but that’s what happens sometimes. It’s time for today’s feature match so let’s get to it. Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli) vs. ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton & JD Michaels w/April HunterDalton and Michaels looked good as a team as they executed multiple tags early. An interesting note during this match was that Percy Pringle III made his way from the locker room and watched the match from the entry way. The action continued back and forth with both teams executing multiple tags. Hero pinned Dalton after the Cravate Buster. The Kings celebrated their victory and incidentally PP3 returned to the locker room with a very pleased look on his face. Epstein: I’m not sure what Percy Pringle III was doing during that last match, but it didn’t seem to matter to the Kings. Don’t forget The Clash is this weekend at Sam’s Town Live. We’ll see ya then.

Blood Warriors (Brodie Lee & Uhaa Nation) vs. RockNess Monsters (Johnny Yuma & Johnny Goodtime)This was a great back and forth battle. Neither team had the advantage for an extended period of time before Lee nailed Goodtime with a BIG BOOT and quickly made the pin. Blood Warriors defeat RockNess Monsters by pinfall. ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton vs. Willie MackMack gained the early advantage, but Dalton attempted to battle back. Mack put a stop to it and pinned Dalton after back to back MDX’s. Mack defeats Dalton by pinfallThe Family Stone (Cedric The Hitman & Terex) w/Stu Stone vs. All Night Express (Kenny King & Rhett Titus)After exchanging early pinfalls, both teams settled in with ANE coming out ahead. King caught Cedric with the CORONATION and went for the pin. Stone distracted the ref and Matt Striker attacked King, delivering a lung blower. Cedric followed up with the HAIR TRIGGER and went for the pin. Somehow King managed to kick out. ANE delivered the ONE NIGHT STAND, but Terex broke up the pin attempt. The match continued back and forth until ANE delivered another ONE NIGHT STAND and King pinned Cedric. ANE defeats The Family Stone by pinfall.La Sociedad (Konnan & Super Crazy) vs. Inner City Machine Guns (Rich Swan & Ricochet)This was a great back and forth, fast paced match up with multiple tags and several near falls. This match ended in incredible fashion as Ricochet set Crazy up on a table outside the ring the climbed to the top rope. The ref warned him not to do what he was going to do, but Ricochet of course didn’t listen and sent himself and Crazy through the table with a shooting star press. The ref disqualified Ricochet and ICMG. La Sociedad defeats ICMG by disqualification.Claudio Castagnoli w/Percy Pringle III vs. Chri$ Ca$hCastagnoli shocked everyone by coming to the ring accompanied by PP3. Ca$h wasn’t phased and attacked Castagnoli before the bell. Ca$h maintained the advantage throughout the match and pinned Castagnoli after the CASH FLOW. Ca$h defeats Castagnoli by pinfall.Roderick Strong vs. Joey Ryan w/Candace LaRae & Percy Pringle IIIStrong defeated on half of the VCW Tag Team Champions, Scorpio Sky, on the latest edition of Showcase and now takes his turn against the other half. The match started out in a back and forth fashion with neither man gained the advantage for very long. The action spilled out of the ring, where Ryan had Strong in a bad way, delivering a POWER BOMB on the hard concrete floor. Suddenly a man jumped the guard rail and attacked Ryan. It was Zach Sabre, Jr. The crowd was shocked to see Sabre and were kind of confused as to who he was. Scorpio Sky came from the back and attacked Sabre. Strong recovered and join the fray leading to a four man brawl. Officials finally gained control and the ref was ready to declare a no contest when Big Daddy Kanter made his presence felt. He said he understands Sabre has a beef with Ryan, but apparently what happens in Tradition doesn’t stay in Tradition. Kanter told the crowd that they paid good, hard earned money to see these matches and this match wasn’t going to end this way. Kanter then said the match will be restarted as a tag team match pitting The Dynasty against the team of Strong and Sabre. Non-Title Match VCW Tag Team Champions The Dynasty (Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan) w/Candace LaRae & Percy Pringle III vs. Roderick Strong & Zach Sabre, Jr.This ended up being an incredible match, definitely giving the fans their money’s worth. Multiple tags, back and forth action, several near falls and great double team action, this match had it all. This match eventually breaks down as all four competitors brawl outside the ring. The ref started the count and didn’t stop until he reached 10. This match ended in a double count out. Both teams were counted out.Brian Cage vs. Drew GallowayGalloway gained the early advantage, but Cage battled back as these two evenly match competitors went toe to toe. Galloway regained the advantage and systematically took Cage apart. Galloway beat Cage with a DOUBLE ARM DDT. Galloway defeats Cage by pinfall.Nicholas Valentino & Marion Fontaine w/The Grappler vs. KOTI Tag Team Champions The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion) w/OliviaThe Tribe didn’t waste any time in this match and went right after their opponents. The Tribe isolated Valentino and after executing multiple tags Warrior took the action out of the ring, where he destroyed Valentino with a POWER BOMB on the concrete floor at ringside. Valentino didn’t move and was eventually counted out. The Tribe defeat Valentino & Fontaine by count out.VCW Heavyweight Title Match Colt Cabana vs. VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker w/Percy Pringle IIICabana couldn’t wait to make the opportunity he won at March Madness pay off. Cabana went right at the champ and had him back pedaling quickly. Ricker battled back and had Cabana in trouble. Cabana attempted a comeback, but missed a turnbuckle charge. Ricker rolled Cabana up and put his feet on the ropes. Suddenly Brian Cage hit the ring and knocked Ricker’s feet off the ropes. Ricker jumped up in Cage’s face and the ref tried to separate them. Cabana took advantage and rolled Ricker up from behind. Ricker barely kicked out as the ref’s hand was coming down for the third time. Cabana took control and looked as if he might pull out the victory, but as he was going to the top rope, PP3 grabbed his leg. Cabana was able to kick PP3 off, but not before Ricker recovered. Ricker tossed Cabana from the top to the mat below and followed up with an elevator suplex to gain the victory. Ricker defeats Cabana by pinfall.

I’m Marco Epstein and we follow up last week’s The Clash with a very busy month of May. We start on May 5th with Viva La Raza which is a tribute to Lucha Libre and a big trios tournament. On May 8th is the Mother’s Day Special, where we honor the mother’s in our fan base with a special gift at the show. We will close out the month with a big supercard called Mayhem on May 29th. Now I mentioned last week’s Clash supercard, which culminated in a successful title defense by VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker. Now The Clash wasn’t without controversy as it looked as if Percy Pringle III added to his already formidable stable when he showed up in the corner of Claudio Castagnoli. Castagnoli is in our first match and he again has PP3 in his corner. Claudio Castagnoli w/Percy Pringle III vs. Joey Kaos w/Heidi LovelaceCastagnoli started the match out strong with the use of continuous multiple head butts. Castagnoli knocked Kaos silly with the strategy and Kaos wasn’t able to mount any sort of offense. Castagnoli mercifully pinned Kaos after a lifting gut wrench. Castagnoli isn’t finished as he looks to inflict more damage to Kaos. Lovelace gets between Castagnoli and the downed Kaos. Castagnoli gets an evil grin across his face as PP3 tells him to dispatch Lovelace and continue his assault. Suddenly Castagnoli is attack from behind by Brian Cage. PP3 was sent sprawling as Cage put the boots to Castagnoli. The Dynasty hit the ring and attacked Cage. Cage was actually able to fight off all three men until officials made it to the ring and broke up the melee. Castagnoli defeats Kaos by pinfall.Epstein: What an explosive situation. Brian Cage is after VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker, but it looks like Percy Pringle III and Ricker were looking to get under Cage’s skin by taking out his tag team partner. Zane Jackson caught up with PP3 and his entire stable later on in the night. Jackson is in the locker room with an extremely agitated Percy Pringle III, VCW Heavyweight Champion Shaun Ricker, VCW Tag Team Champions The Dynasty (Joey Ryan w/Candace LaRae & Scorpio Sky) and Claudio Castagnoli.Jackson: Percy Pringle III, you look to be pretty bent out of shape. What’s the matter? PP3: What’s the matter? What’s the matter? That muscle bound freak, Brian Cage, laid his hands on me. Nobody lays hands on Percy Pringle III. Ricker: Brian Cage, you have been a thorn in our sides for some time now and it’s high time that you are dealt with. You want a piece of me? Well I’m standing right here jabroni. Jackson: Well champ you’re compadres may get the chance to weaken Cage before you get your hands on him. I understand The Dynasty will join the newest member of this stable, Claudio Castagnoli to compete in the trios tournament at Viva La Raza. Speaking of Claudio, what gives. Why have you joined PP3? Castagnoli: That is really a foolish question. Have you seen the dominance from this group? This is the most successful group in VCW and I jumped at the chance to be a part of it. Anything I can do to help continue the dominance, it will definitely be my pleasure. Ryan: I can’t think of a better man to join this group than the Swiss Superman. This group represents greatness and CC is nothing short of great. Just look at what he did to Kaos. I’d really like to check out his birth certificate because he looked like he had the head of a Samoan. Sky: Those headbutts were sick. The Dynasty will once again prove why we are the best team in not only VCW, but the entire indy scene. And if we get a chance to take down Brian Cage, you better believe we will jump at that opportunity. Jackson: Sounds to me like the PP3 stable of excellence is still running on all cylinders and look to continue their dominance in VCW. The scene shifts back to Epstein in the studio.Epstein: They sure do Zane. Thanks for that. The Dynasty is obviously the team to beat in VCW and next up are two teams looking to get an opportunity to do just that, Los Banditos and the debuting team of Lance Hoyt and El Generico, collectively known as Tex-Mex. Tex-Mex (Lance Hoyt & El Generico) vs. Los Banditos (Rico Dynamite & Tito Escondito) w/SylviaBoth teams battled back and forth with some great action and multiple tags. The end came when Generico knocked Escondito out with the BRAINBUSTAAAHHH. Tex-Mex defeats Los Banditos by pinfall.Epstein: What an awesome debut for Tex-Mex. Now it’s time for me to bring out today’s guest. This guy is a very prominent Las Vegas business man, who has just has just been a part of one of the biggest company mergers we have ever seen. We haven’t seen him in some time here in VCW, but he’s back and he’s got a huge announcement. He calls himself Vegas’ Favorite Son, this is ‘Elegant’ Eddie Fyne. ‘Elegant’ Eddie Fyne comes out dressed in a very nice suit, he shakes his Epstein’s hand and takes a seat on the couch adjacent to Epstein’s desk.Welcome, sir. It’s good to see you again. Fyne: It’s good to see you too. The pleasure’s all yours. Epstein: Heh, heh, well played. First off, congratulations on your merger. Would you like to tell the fans that may not be aware of what we’re talking about, what we’re talking about? Fyne: We as everyone knows, or should know, I am one of the biggest names in pro wrestling in Las Veags. I gave my rub to VCW when it first started up and once I got this place up and running I stepped away. In the time I’ve been away, Elegant Enterprises evolved into something bigger than it ever was. I was approached by a group of investors, so to speak, and we entered into so negotiations. The eventual result became what we are calling the Sin City Syndacate. I am the CEO of this group and we look to once again give VCW our rub. Epstein: Very interesting. What can you tell us about your investors? Fyne: Part of our agreement is that they remain invisible. Due to their other involvements if it was known that they are involved in this conglomerate it may cause some undue issues, so their identity will continue to remain unknown, but I will say this. They are very familiar with pro wrestling on the indy circuit and love bringing that action to all the fans. Epstein: Fair enough. So you’re back in VCW for what? What is your agenda. Fyne: Why do you think I have an agenda? There’s no agenda. I will announce that my new team, The Syndicate, will debut here next week and they’re impact will be felt for weeks to come. Epstein: That is definitely something for everyone to look forward to, I think. Thank you Eddie for joining me today. Now we get back to in ring action as Colt Cabana comes off his unsuccessful attempt to win the VCW Heavyweight Title and tries to get back on the winning track. Colt Cabana vs. Marion Fontaine w/The GrapplerCabana dominated the match and even The Grappler’s interference wasn’t going to keep Cabana from victory. Cabana fought off The Grappler then locked Fontaine in the BILLY GOAT’S CURSE, making Fontaine submit to the hold. Cabana defeats Fontaine by submission.Epstein: Colt Cabana with another convincing victory. That should get him back on track to get another shot at the VCW Heavyweight Title. Speaking of that title shot, our featured match on today’s program is between two men that would also love a shot at the VCW Heavyweight Title, Roderick Strong and Chris Hero. This should be a great match. Roderick Strong vs. Chris HeroThe match looked as if it was going to have a quick ending as Hero connected with a DEATHBLOW early in the match. Strong survived though and the match continued. Strong battled back, but Hero once again successfully delivered the DEATHBLOW, and again Strong managed to kick out of the pin attempt. Strong continued to bide his time and absorb the assault from Hero. Strong eventually gained an opening and took advantage, locking in the STRONGHOLD. Hero managed to escape, but he looked hurt. Strong immediately followed up with a SIDE KICK and gained a near fall. Strong continued his assault and pinned Hero after an Olympic Slam to gain the hard fought victory. Strong defeats Hero by pinfall.Epstein: A great performance by both men. What a great way to end today’s program. Don’t forget VCW has a busy week with Viva La Raza on Thursday and the Mother’s Day Special next weekend. We’ll see ya then.

Tremendous couple of last shows in Vegas, a great build towards what should be an all out war between Cage and Ricker! I have to say first love the team name Tex-Mex and more importantly love the combination of Hoyt and Genericho outstanding booking and I am looking forward to a possible showdown with another couple of my favorites The Dynasty.
Looking forward to what comes next

Big Daddy Kanter welcomed everyone to the show and explained that the tournament matches will be contested under the following rules. one member of each team is designated as the captain. Matches are 2 out of 3 falls unless the captain is pinned or submits in the first fall. If this happens the match is over. When a wrestler is knocked out of the ring, one of his team members can enter the ring without tagging. Kanter concludes by saying these rules should make for some very interesting results and to enjoy the show.TRIOS TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Claudio Castagnoli & The Dynasty (Joey Ryan w/Candace LaRae & Scorpio Sky) w/Percy Pringle III vs. Cheeseburger & Tex-Mex (Lance Hoyt & El Generico)Both teams battled back and forth, but it seemed that PP3’s took their opponents lightly. That nonchalantness may’ve cost his team or it may’ve been the slight interference by Brian Cage as he placed a chair across the top turnbuckle while Generico delivered a BRAINBUSTAAAHHH! to Sky. The ref turned around and counted the pin before anyone knew what happened. Generico defeats Sky by pinfall to win the first fall. The second fall begins after a thirty second rest period with Generico and Sky still in the ring. Sky was still dazed, but managed to battle back. The action continued back and forth with both teams executing multiple tags. The end finally came after Hoyt had brutalized Sky for several minutes before putting him down with DARK DAYS. Hoyt defeats Sky by pinfall to win a second fall for his team.TRIOS TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Roderick Strong, Zach Sabre, Jr. & Chris Hero vs. JD Michaels w/April Hunter & RockNess Monsters (Johnny Yuma & Johnny Goodtime)The makeshift team built on respect, Strong, Sabre and Hero, did quite well for themselves. Hero ran into a little bit of trouble as RockNess used some spectacular double teaming to maintain the advantage, but Hero managed to battle back. Hero tagged out and the match continued back and forth. Yuma looked to have the match won after Weapons Grade Bolognium, but Strong and Sabre broke it up. Michaels and Goodtime came into the ring and a huge brawl erupted. Hero gained the advantage and then the victory when he knocked Yuma out with the DEATHBLOW. Hero defeats Yuma by pinfall to win the first fall. The second fall started with Hunter distracting Hero and Michaels attacking him. Hero battled back and finally tagged Strong. The action continued back and forth and Michaels tagged Goodtime. This match ended suddenly as Strong caught Goodtime with the SICK KICK and made the pin. Strong defeats Goodtime by pinfall to win the second straight fall for his team.TRIOS TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Chri$ Ca$h & AC/DC (Arik Cannon & Dustin Corbin) vs. Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger, 2 Cold Scorpio & Jerry LynnThe highly popular team of Liger, Scorpio and Lynn managed to survive slow motion on their way to victory. Liger pinned Corbin with a Liger Dive. Liger defeats Corbin by pinfall to win the first fall. The match resumed and both teams battled back and forth with multiple tags. Ca$h picked up a fall for his team when he pinned Scorpio with a springboard moonsault. Ca$h defeats Scorpio by pinfall to win the second fall. The match resumed again as both teams were pulling out all the stops. The action was fast and furious inside and outside the ring. After Liger connected with a twisting cross body over the top rope on Corbin, who was outside the ring, Liger rolled Corbin in the ring and delivered a LIGER BOMB to get the victory. Liger defeats Corbin by pinfall to win the third fall.TRIOS TOURNAMENT ROUND 1 Brian Cage, Joey Kaos & Colt Cabana vs. Nicholas Valentino, Marion Fontaine & The GrapplerIn a rare occurrence, The Grappler joined his men for this match. This match ended up being a very brief battle as the action spilled out of the ring early. As Kaos brawled with Fontaine at ringside, The Dynasty and Claudio Castagnoli attacked Cage and Cabana. The ref disqualified Grappler and his crew, but it really didn’t matter as PP3’s guys quickly dispatched with Cabana before completely beating down Cage. Cage was left laying in a bloody heap as PP3 led his trio back to the locker room. Cage, Kaos & Cabana defeat Valentino, Fontaine & The Grappler by disqualification. Since Fontaine was the captain of his team and the legal man when his team was disqualified Cage, Kaos & Cabana won the match.TRIOS TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL Cheeseburger & Tex-Mex (Lance Hoyt & El Generico) vs. Roderick Strong, Zach Sabre, Jr. & Chris HeroAfter their big upset in the first round Cheeseburger, Hoyt and Generico look to make it two in a row. They gained the advantage early as Hoyt showed his power, but Strong made a quick counter, delivered the END OF HEARTACHE and pinned Hoyt. Strong defeats Hoyt by pinfall. Since Hoyt was the captain of his team Strong, Sabre & Hero won the match.TRIOS TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger, 2 Cold Scorpio & Jerry Lynn vs. Brian Cage, Joey Kaos & Colt CabanaCage hobbled to the ring, all bandaged up. His teammates pleaded with him to stay in the locker room, but he would have none of it. Kaos and Cabana tried to keep their injured partner out of the ring by not tagging him, but it prove to be futile as Cage came into the ring when Cabana was tossed out. The opponents capitalized on the weakened Cage, but Cage used his strength to stay in the match until Cabana made a blind tag. The action continued back and forth with multiple tags by both teams. Kaos pinned Lynn after the Falling Star. Kaos defeats Lynn by pinfall. The match resumes and Cage eventually became isolated in the opponents’ corner. Liger, Scorpio and Lynn wore down an already injured Cage utilizing quick tags and high impact moves. Cage managed to battle out and tagged Kaos. Liger caught Kaos and went for the win with the Liger Dive. Both teams came in and in the midst of the brawl Cage dropped an elbow on the back of Liger’s head and reversed the pin. The ref regained control, turned around and made the three count. Kaos defeats Liger by pinfall to win the second straight fall for his team.Moose w/Stokely Hathaway vs. Terex w/Stu StoneThese two men clashed in an epic battle of big men. After some furious brawling Terex gained the advantage and pinned Moose with a BIG SPLASH. Terex defeats Moose by pinfall.TRIOS TOURNAMENT FINAL Roderick Strong, Zach Sabre, Jr. & Chris Hero vs. Joey Kaos & Colt CabanaThe final match was marred in controversy as Kaos and Cabana made their way to the ring and announced they had no idea where Brian Cage was, but they were prepared to face their opponents two on three. Kaos and Cabana managed to hold their own for several minutes before the numbers game started to take effect. Strong, Sabre and Hero took turns wearing their opponents down and looked to have the victory well in hand until the match spilled out of the ring. Cabana regained the advantage and looked to have things going his team’s way until Percy Pringle III led his trio of Castagnoli, Ryan and Sky from the locker room and the trio was dragging a barely conscious, bloody Brian Cage. Kaos ran to attack as Sabre used the distraction to his advantage and rolled Cabana up for the pin. PP3’s boys left Kaos in heap next to his partner as they jovially returned to the locker room. Sabre defeats Cabana by pinfall. Since Cabana was the captain of his team, Strong, Sabre & Hero won the match.

Tremendous Tournament, PP3 and his talent making a huge statement, how is the F'n Machine going to respond after getting his ass handed to him. Valiant effort from Cabana but man that team of Hero/Sabre/Strong is legit.....can't wait to see what the ramifications will be following this event
