Hey all. I haven’t post a fed in some time, but after running my first show for this new side fed I’m doing, I got pretty excited about it’s potential. Initially, there will be some heavy, early Ring of Honor influence, as far as matches/stories go to help me build things going forward. You don’t have to leave any comments, just wanted to put this fed out here for some entertainment, at least hopefully some entertainment. The fed is called Fighting Spirit Wrestling, it will start as an indy fed, running monthly shows. The style will be along the lines of Ring Of Honor. I try to keep things pretty simple with results. With that said, here is the first show...
[Year 1] 0001 The Fighter's Spirit 01.01.2000 from Montgomery County Fairgrounds Coliseum, Dayton, OH
RockNES Monsters vs. Briscoe Brothers Mark Briscoe defeated Johnny Goodtime with a FROGGY BOW at 8:22 Match Notes: The show started with the RockNES Monsters out "performing" a rock concert, singing lyrics making fun of other wrestlers. In general they were being annoying. They proclaimed themselves to the best team not only in FSW, but the best team in wrestling...that's when the Jay and Mark Briscoe hit the ring!! The fans went absolutely nuts, as arguably the best tag team in the world today, were not advertised for the event. They challenged the Monsters to a match, and then proceeded to dominate them en route to a win.
Matt Sydal vs. Josh Alexander Matt Sydal defeated Josh Alexander with a SHOOTING SYDAL PRESS at 12:29 Match Notes: Solid match, between two men of different styles. The popular, Sydal, hit his impressive SHOOTING SYDAL PRESS for the win.
Drew Gulak vs. Uhaa Nation Uhaa Nation defeated Drew Gulak with an ULTRA COMBINATION at 11:41 Match Notes: Another solid singles match. Both of these men are ready to break through, in particular Nation. His tremendous combination of size, strength, and athleticism make him a surefire star.
- WITH SPECIAL GUEST REFEREE STEVE CORINO - Nation Of Intoxication vs. AC/DC Danny Havoc defeated Darin Corbin with a TOTAL HAVOC at 2:24 Match Notes: A living legend himself, Steve Corino, was the guest referee for the match. The NOI cut a promo prematch, knocking Corino, saying is this what his career has come to, being a referee?! Corino just smriked, and brushed off the comments. After the match, NOI made Corino stand and hold their hands up as victors longer then necessary. When he finally tried to leave, NOI attacked Corino.
- ELIMINATION MATCH - Trent Barreta and Premier Athlete Brands vs. PJ Black and Inner City Machine Guns PJ Black defeated Anthony Nese with a 450 SPLASH at 3:03 PJ Black defeated Caleb Konley with a kick to kneeling opponent at 16:39 Rich Swann defeated Trent Barreta with a CHICKEN FRIED DRIVER at 23:30 Match Notes: Excellent, high flying match, that had the funs chanting, "This is Awesome!" Multiple times. In the end, the Premier Athlete Brand were not the premier team, as the fan favorites, Swann,Ricochet, and Black took the win.
Cheeseburger vs. Biff Busick Cheeseburger defeated Biff Busick with a springboard knee drop at 4:03 Match Notes: Cheeseburger hasn't been wrestling long, but long enough for him to become a fan favorite. He still has a ways to go in the ring, but tonight, he managed to pull off the win, and the fans loved it! Busick was in shock. Cheeseburger went into the crowd after to celebrate...by eating cheeseburgers!
- WINNER GETS FSW CONTRACT - Davey Vega and Rickey Shane Page vs. Jon Davis and Cedric Alexander Jon Davis defeated Rickey Shane Page with a 3 SECONDS AROUND THE WORLD at 7:37 Match Notes: Whoever got the deciding pinfall in this one would get a contract with FSW. And that would make for an interesting end to the match. RSP looked to have Alexander beat with a snap death valley driver, but when he went for the pin, RSP's own partner, Davey Vega, broke up the pinfall! Vega wanted to be the one to get the pin, and the contract. Vega and RSP argued, until RSP tossed Vega from the ring. Meanwhile, Jon Davis came in, and waiting for RSP to turn around, so he could hit his finisher, and get the win, and the contract. Impressive showing for all, especially, Cedric Alexander. Fans also got a surprise during the match, when Veda Scott came out, and observed the action.
- HPW BRITISH COMMONWEALTH CHAMPIONSHIP - Timothy Thatcher vs. Zack Sabre Jr. Timothy Thatcher defeated Zack Sabre Jr. with a cross armbreaker at 13:16 Match Notes: Timothy Thatcher becomes the new Hammerlock Pro Wrestling British Commonwealth Champion! This was a special attraction match put together by FSW officials. They contacted England's top fed, Hammerlock Pro Wrestling, about bringing in a couple of their top young talent, and that's what they got, in Sabre Jr. and Thatcher. With Sabre's British Commonwealth Title on the line, the two put on a technical clinic, that got them a standing ovation. In the end Thatcher would make Sabre tap, and net him the title!
- TRIPLE THREAT MATCH - Adam Cole vs. AJ Styles vs. Tyler Black AJ Styles defeated Tyler Black with a STYLES CLASH at 34:38 Match Notes: This was the match everyone was waiting for, a Triple Threat match, with 3 of the top stars on the indy scene. And they put on a show, that a elicited more "This is Awesome!" Chants. The end saw Black take out Cole with a superkick and buckle bomb, then hit Styles with an enzuigiri. But he missed on the PHOENIX SPLASH attempt, and Styles hit the STYLES CLASH for the win. The fans gave them a long ovation after. Styles and Black shook hands after. They tried to shake Cole's hand, but Cole just stared at them in anger, then walked off.
In a backstage interview after the show, Cole complained that he didn't lose the match, and that the best man did not win the match. He said he is better than both men, and challenged them both to matches at the next card. When interviewed later about it, Black and Styles agreed to matches, and said why not just make it a round robin series!
Matches currently signed for the next card..
Tyler Black vs AJ Styles vs Adam Cole in a Round Robin Challenge Series
Triple Threat Tag Team Match Briscoe Brothers vs RockNES Monsters vs Inner City Machine Guns
Rematch AC/DC vs Nation Of Intoxication
Rematch Cheeseburger vs Biff Busick
Uhaa Nation vs Jon Davis
More to be added...

Spectacular main event! Three highly talented individuals in one high octane match... Can't wait to see them lock horns in the upcoming Round Robin Challenge Series...
The rest of the show contained plenty of action as well... PJ Black teaming up with ICMGs would be an awesome sight... And I'm sure that the HPW British Commonwealth title match was a masterpiece of scientific skills... Congrats to Timothy Thatcher on becoming champion...
Will definitely keep an eye on this fed to see how things progress... Excellent start!

0002 Round Robin Challenge 01.02.2000 from Montgomery County Fairgrounds Coliseum, Dayton, OH
- ROUND ROBIN CHALLENGE MATCH 1 - Adam Cole vs. Tyler Black Adam Cole defeated Tyler Black with a PANAMA SUNRISE at 1:46 Match Notes: The show opened with the first match in the Round Robin Challenge series, and it was a quick one. As soon as the bell rang, Cole caught Black with an enzuigiri out of nowhere, and then followed up quickly with FLORIDA KEY and PANAMA SUNRISE, for the stunningly quick win! Cole gloated, while Black sat in a corner, angry and stunned.
Round Robin Challenge Series Standings Adam Cole 1-0 Tyler Black 0-1 AJ Styles 0-0
Matt Sydal and PJ Black vs. Premier Athlete Brands PJ Black defeated Caleb Konley with a 450 SPLASH at 3:38 Match Notes: Quick match, but full of action from the start. The popular, high flying duo, of Sydal and Black get the big win, and prove that they could be a solid, and entertaining tandem.
Youthanazia vs. To Infinity and Beyond Josh Prohibition defeated Cheech with a crucifix powerbomb at 9:04 Match Notes: These two teams are familiar with each other from the Indy scene, in particular their contests in AIW. They had a good, competitive match in their FSW debuts, and Youthanazia would score the win. But both teams impressed, and may be back in an FSW ring soon.
Uhaa Nation vs. Jon Davis Jon Davis defeated Uhaa Nation with a 3 SECONDS AROUND THE WORLD at 9:48 Match Notes: Hard hitting match, as both men showed off their strength. Nation, twice looked to have Davis beat twice, going to the ULTRA COMBINATION, but couldn't finish off the move each time. Davis would fight his way back, and hit his finisher, for a good win.
AC/DC vs. Nation Of Intoxication Danny Havoc defeated Darin Corbin with an Iowa State Cyclone at 3:14 Match Notes: NOI made short work of AC/DC, in this rematch from the first show. After the match, NOI got on the mic, and ran down Steve Corino. Corino came out, challenged the two to a match on the next FSW show!
- ROUND ROBIN CHALLENGE MATCH 2 - Tyler Black vs. AJ Styles AJ Styles defeated Tyler Black with a STYLES CLASH at 11:37 Match Notes: No surprise, this second Round Robin series match was a good one, and had the fans on their feet, and going back and forth with dueling chants, as each man hit big move after big move. Styles dominated the first half of the match, then Black took over and dominated for a while. Until a litte mistake allowed Styles to take back over, and finish it off with the Styles Clash. Black was frustrated with yet another loss, but shook Styles hand after. Now with Cole and Styles both getting wins, the main event between the two will give Cole the chance to back up his claims of being the better of the three!
Round Robin Challenge Standings Adam Cole 1-0 AJ Styles 1-0 Tyler Black 0-2
Cheeseburger vs. Biff Busick Biff Busick defeated Cheeseburger with a figure four headscissors at 20:43 Match Notes: This was a rematch from the first show, where Cheeseburger scored the upset. At least it appeared to be an upset then, but after a tremendous showing tonight, Cheeseburger showed that win was no fluke. Busick would win the match, but he definitely grew very frustrated at times at his struggles to put Cheeseburger away. Cheeseburger got in a lot of offense, and came close to winning multiple times, and showed that he could be competitive here.
Drew Gulak vs. Josh Alexander Josh Alexander defeated Drew Gulak with a Rusty Nail at 3:46 Match Notes: Quick and easy win for Alexander, who has looked good in his two matches so far in FSW.
- ELIMINATION TRIANGLE TAG TEAM MATCH - Briscoe Brothers vs. Inner City Machine Guns vs. RockNES Monsters Mark Briscoe defeated Johnny Goodtime with a DOOMSDAY DEVICE at 11:22 Mark Briscoe defeated Ricochet with a FROGGY BOW at 23:48 Match Notes: This was the match of the night up to this point. Non-stop, high flying, hard hitting, double team action from the start. 'Dem Boys showed why they are the best team in the world, by taking out both teams to win the match. The tag division in the FSW looks to be a strong one, with the Briscoes leading the way.
- ROUND ROBIN CHALLENGE MATCH 3 - AJ Styles vs. Adam Cole Adam Cole defeated AJ Styles with a PANAMA SUNRISE at 17:26 Match Notes: This was the third and final match in the Round Robin Challenge series, and with Cole and Styles both with one win a piece, would determine who was the better man. It was a true, even back and forth match, that had the fans on the edge of their seat. The end came when Cole went up top, and then Styles would follow, and they would fight on the top turnbuckle, unitl Cole got the advantage, and in position to hit the PANAMA SUNRISE! From there it was all elementary, as he made the cover, and got the pinfall cleanly, and won the Round Robin Challenge! This was a big win for Cole, and he knew it, as he got on the mic, and gloated about, and said he proved he is the best wrestler not only in FSW, in the World!
Finals Round Robin Challenge Standings Adam Cole 2-0 AJ Styles 1-1 Tyler Black 0-2
After the show, it was announced that the "British Messiah" hiimself, and current Hammerlock Pro Wrestling British Commonwealth Champion Timothy Thatcher, will be coming back in for next month's show. Thatcher will be back in the states on tour, and loved his first appearance with FSW so much, and loves the action presented, that he wanted to come back in for another show. The FSW was quick to book a unique, main event event match, that will see Thatcher team with Matt Sydal against the Inner City Machine Guns!! It should be interesting how Thatcher's style meshes with the high flying style of the other three members of the match?!
Also announced that the FSW has signed Drew Galloway! Galloway, has been making waves on the independents, since having been used ineffectively in the Global Wrestling Federation. They have signed Galloway to face AJ Styles! That should be an awesome encounter.
Also announced for the show is Nation Of Intoxication taking on Steve Corino and a mystery opponent! When asked for a hint as to who his partner might be, all Corino would say is you won't find him amongst the Walking Dead?! Whatever that means, but it's Steve Corino, so you know who has a good one in mind!

Has Adam Cole proved himself to be the best wrestler in FSW? It almost appears that way... On the first show, he may not have won the Triple Threat main event, but he is somewhat justified in saying he did not lose either... Then, he gave a captivating performance on the next show, defeating both AJ Styles and Tyler Black in the Round Robin Challenge... The Briscoes are swiftly proving that they are the team to beat... And I'm very interested to see how things will play out when FSW starts establishing a few championship titles of their own... Thatcher & Sydal vs ICMGs... Snap! I've got my thoughts on who will show up to team with Steve Corino against NOI... The Zombie Princess, Jimmy Jacobs maybe? Should be a fun match... Having a good time watching this fed develop... Keep up the awesome work!

Been busy the last few weeks with work, a sick baby, a computer that died, and I've been in the process of rebooting/redoing most of my COTG/LOW universe. But I've been anxious to get back to this fed, and here is the latest show...
0003 All Hail The Messiah 01.03.2000 from Montgomery County Fairgrounds Coliseum, Dayton, OH
- TRIPLE THREAT TAG TEAM MATCH - Briscoe Brothers vs. RockNES Monsters vs. All Night Express Mark Briscoe defeated Rhett Titus with a FROGGY BOW at 13:20 Match Notes: Excellent tag action top open things up. It was back and forth in the early going, amongst all 3 teams. Towards the end of the match, ANX and the Briscoes teamed up to take the RockNES Monsters out of the equation, with the ONE NIGHT STAND on Yuma, and DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Goodtime. ANX and Briscoes battled back and forth, with Jay and Kenny King eventually going to the floor to brawl, leaving Mark and Rhett to battle in the ring. Mark got the advantage with some redneck kung fu, and then hit the FROGGY BOW for the big win. Exciting action to open the show!
Silas Young vs. Josh Alexander Silas Young defeated Josh Alexander with a Last Real Man Lariat at 18:04 Match Notes: "The Last Real Man In Professional Wrestling," Silas Young, made his FSW debut tonight, and had an impressive showing. The match overall was excellent, and very much back and forth. Neither man could get in any extended offense. A flurry of back and forth action at the end, ended with Young catching Alexander with two Last Real Man Lariat's for a debut win.
During the match, Roderick Strong was spotted in the crowd. The announcers made note, that he has been talking with top brass about possibly coming to FSW. Young and Alexander were fighting at ringside, and Young tossed Alexander into the crowd, and into Strong. When Alexander got up and saw Strong, he shoved Strong. Strong wanted to retaliate, but did not.
AC/DC vs. Premier Athlete Brands Caleb Konley defeated Arik Cannon 2014 with a powerslam at 4:26 Match Notes: PAB pretty much controlled this match, en route to a win.
- TRIPLE THREAT MATCH - Uhaa Nation vs. Drew Gulak vs. Jon Davis Jon Davis defeated Uhaa Nation with a 3 SECONDS AROUND THE WORLD at 22:52 Match Notes: This match had 3 men of varying styles, and they put on a heckuva show. Gulak came close to winning, when he locked on the UNIVERSITY STRETCH on Uhaa. The ref raised Uhaa's arm twice, and as he went to raise it a third time, it almost hit the mat, but Davis jumped in in time, to grab Uhaa's hand and keep it from hitting the mat. Gulak and Davis went back and forth, until Davis hit a Spiral Bomb. Uhaa then went after Davis, and they battled back and forth, until Davis hit the 3 SECONDS AROUND THE WORLD for a big win. The fans gave the 3 men a nice ovation after.
AJ Styles vs. Drew Galloway Drew Galloway defeated AJ Styles with a big boot at 6:11 Match Notes: Drew Galloway made his debut tonight for FSW. Galloway had been a part of World Wrestling Elite, the biggest company in the world. But was not used well, and ultimately was released. He hit the indy scene, and has been making waves since, and FSW officials brought him in, and put him right in a big match against A.J. Styles. The match was short, but fast and furious. Galloway got in most of the offense, and after back to back brutal big boots, Galloway scored the huge debut win. Galloway and Styles would shake hands after.
Nation Of Intoxication vs. S.C.U.M. Steve Corino defeated Devon Moore with a foreign object at 5:19 Match Notes: After the attack on him on the first show, and Nation Of Intoxication running him down on the mic on the second show, Corino had enough, and challenged NOI to a tag match, and said he had the perfect partner in mind, and even teased who it was. But Corino came out for the match, and kept looking around as if he was looking for someone, but no one came. He told the ref to ring the bell anyways, and the fight began. But this was all a ploy to lure NOI into a false sense of security, because as NOI took control, out came...the "Zombie Princess" himself, Jimmy Jacobs! Jacobs hasn't always been well liked, but the fans popped for him. When he came out, the momentum shifted, and Corino took control. Jacobs wasn't without his trusty railroad spike, and thanks to timely interference by Jacobs, Corino used that spike to get the win. Afterwards, Corino got on the mic, and said the "S.C.U.M." of pro wrestling are here in FSW for good, and anytime NOI want a fight, they know where to find them.
Adam Cole vs. Michael Bennett Michael Bennett defeated Adam Cole with a PILEDRIVER at 3:39 Match Notes: Michael Bennett made his FSW debut tonight, and his wife, Maria, was by his side. Cole and Bennett have two of the biggest ego's around, and tonight they faced off. And Bennett was in control right from the start, and didn't let up. He hit GO BACK TO JAPAN and quickly followed with a PILEDRIVER to put Cole away. Cole wasn't happy about the loss, but did seem impressed. After, he got off the mat, and up on Bennett's face. The two stared each other down for a minute, before Cole shook Bennett's hand, and walked off.
- FOUR CORNER SURVIVAL MATCH - Tyler Black vs. Biff Busick vs. Trent Barreta vs. Cheeseburger Tyler Black defeated Biff Busick with a buckle bomb and superkick combo at 22:32 Match Notes: All 4 men brought it tonight, and put on an incredible show, that garnered "This is Awesome" chants after! They threw everything they had at each other. Cheeseburger even had another impressive performance. The end of the match, saw Barreta hit a dive to the floor on Black,Cheeseburger, and Busick, that would take out all 4 men, and get the "Holy S*#T" chants from the fans. Busick and Black would be the first to recover, and climb back in the ring. They exchanged blows, until Black got the advantage, and hit the buckle bomb and supkick combo to finish him off. Big ovation for all 4 men after. Black would even go hold up Cheeseburger's hand after.
Timothy Thatcher and Matt Sydal vs. Inner City Machine Guns Timothy Thatcher defeated Ricochet with a THATCHER STRETCH at 12:17 Match Notes: The "British Messiah" was on the first show as part of what was expected to be a one off special attraction match. But Thatcher loved what he saw here so much, he wanted to come back. And that lead to FSW officials signing this unique main event tag match, that had Thatcher teaming with Matt Sydal against the Inner City Machine Guns, of Rich Swann and Ricochet.
The match was highly entertaining. All the high flyers got in their big moves that popped the fans. But it was Thatcher that impressed with his tremendous technical skill. Anytime he applied a submission, the fans popped like they did for the high flying moves. It was fitting it would be Thatcher getting the win for his team, making Ricochet tap to the patented THATCHER STRETCH.
All 4 men shook hands after, and got a nice ovation from the fans. The fans then began chanting Thatcher's name, as he walked around ringside thanking the fans. Rampant speculation is that Thatcher will be signing with World Wrestling Elite in the very near future.
Also coming out of the show, as the big announcement that the next card, which will be entitled Gold Rush, will feature the beginning of a 16 man tournament, to crown the first FSW Champion! Gold Rush will feature 12 matches, over 2 rounds, with the Final Four going on to the following show, to meet in a 4 Corner Double Elimination Match! This tournament has garnered a lot of attention from wrestlers outside of the company. Zack Sabre Jr., who was on the first FSW card, has expressed interest. Also expressing interested is "Johnny Wrestling" himself, Johnny Gargano, among several others. FSW talent already announced for the tournament, are A.J. Styles,Tyler Black,Adam Cole,P.J. Black,Josh Alexander, and Cheeseburger. More expected to be announced in the next couple weeks.

Despite the predictability, I still popped for the reformation of SCUM... The Zombie Princess showing the boys if NOI how to do hardcore... Wicked!
Tyler Black was truly impressive in the Four Corners Survival Match... And it was cool seeing the Prodigy put down Adam Cole Bay-Bay in such decisive fashion...
Surprised with his well Thatcher and Sydal functioned as a unit against a pair as dynamic as ICMGs... Each of those men showed what makes them exciting to watch...
Really looking forward to Gold Rush, as well as the inevitable crowning of the first FSW Champion... Stellar work!

0004 Gold Rush 01.04.2000 from Montgomery County Fairgrounds Coliseum, Dayton, OH - FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - Adam Cole vs. Eddie Edwards Eddie Edwards defeated Adam Cole with a DISQUALIFICATION at 12:16 Match Notes: Tonight stars the big 16 man tournament, to determine the first FSW Champion! The tournament has garnered a lot of attention from outside the FSW, from promoters, fans, and wrestler's alike. One of those being "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards, who made his debut in the opening match of the tournament, against Adam Cole! Cole is one of the top stars here in FSW, and made sure Edwards knew that, exchanging a few words with Eddie prior to the match. As expected with these two, the match was solid, and pretty even. After a couple of close nearfalls by Cole on Edwards. Cole grew frustrated with the ref, and argued with him about the count. Cole ended up pie facing the ref, and shoving him to the ground in frustration, which resulted in the ref immediately calling for the DQ! Even more angry, Cole threatened to strike the ref again, until Edwards grabbed Cole. Cole and Edwards exchanged blows, until Edwards clotheslined Cole from the ring! Edwards advances on in the tournament.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - PJ Black vs. Jon Davis Jon Davis defeated PJ Black with a COUNTOUT at 2:27 Match Notes: The next match in the tournament ended a bit prematurely, when Black attempted a dive to the floor on Davis, and overshot, and injured his knee when he hit the floor. Black would be counted out, and it was thought he may have suffered a serious injury, but he ended up walking out on his own, though he was limping a little.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - Josh Alexander vs. Samuray Del Sol Samuray Del Sol defeated Josh Alexander with a RISING SUN at 11:56 Match Notes: Prior to the match, cameras were backstage, and spotted Roderick Strong was seen again, and was talking with Tyler Black and Drew Galloway. Josh Alexander was making his way to ringside for his match, and stopped, and got in Strong's face. No words or punches were exchanged, they just stared each other down.
Alexander went out, and had a good competitive match, with the high flying masked star, Samuray Del Sol! Del Sol was among those outside the FSW, who was interested in competing in this tournament. Despite giving up 7" and about 60lbs to Alexander, his high flying abilities kept Alexander at bay. Alexander hit some brutal suplexes, and hard strikes, such as his ripcord rolling elbow, which looked to knock Del Sol out. But the Del Sol showed heart, and kept battling back, until he hit the RISING SUN, to score the big win over Alexander, and advance. Alexander pounded the mat in frustration after, but did shake Del Sol's hand after.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - Tommy End vs. Zack Sabre Jr. Tommy End defeated Zack Sabre Jr. with an OWARI DEATH FOOT STOMP at 19:44 Match Notes: The FSW tournament has not only caught the eye of folks here in the states, but abroad as well, which has lead to Zack Sabre Jr. making his return to FSW! Sabre was apart of the very first FSW show, where he took on Timothy Thatcher. Much like Thatcher, Sabre is world renowned for his technical skills. His opponent, Tommy End, hails from the Netherlands, and is no stranger to Sabre Jr. End and Sabre Jr. have faced off several times over in Europe. End has some of the most lethal strikes around, not only with his hands, but his feet as well. And he showed that off tonight in a big way, by getting the victory with the OWARI DEATH FOOT STOMP to advance on in the tournament.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - AJ Styles vs. Cheeseburger AJ Styles defeated Cheeseburger with a STYLES CLASH at 13:56 Match Notes: Cheeseburger has been a pleasant surprise so far in FSW, but no one really expected him to compete with the great A.J. Styles...except Cheeseburger!! He started out a house of fire, hitting several moves in a row, capped off by a SHOTEI PALM STRIKE! He only got a two count though on Styles. Cheeseburger got a few more moves in, but eventually Styles took over, and went on to win with the STYLES CLASH to advance. Styles did help Cheeseburger up after, and held up his hand.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - Matt Sydal vs. Uhaa Nation Uhaa Nation defeated Matt Sydal with an ULTRA COMBINATION at 7:19 Match Notes: The two fan favorites shook hands prior to the match, and then went on to have an even affair. The end saw Nation duck under a roundhouse kick attempt by Sydal, and hit a belly to belly suplex. He then soon followed up with the ULTRA COMBINATION to advance.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - Drew Gulak vs. Tyler Black Tyler Black defeated Drew Gulak with a buckle bomb/superkick combo at 4:51 Match Notes: Black is many people's favorite to come out of this tournament with the title, and with this dominant performance over Drew Gulak, it's easy to see why!
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Quarterfinals - Johnny Gargano vs. Drew Galloway Johnny Gargano defeated Drew Galloway with a GARGANO ESCAPE at 9:46 Match Notes: "Johnny Wrestling" Johnny Gargano, steps into an FSW ring for the first time! Gargano was one of many on the long list of wrestlers who wanted in this tournament. Gargano has the pedigree to be the FSW Champion, so FSW officials didn't hesitate to sign him for this tournament. He would be paired with Drew Galloway, who has been tearing it up on the indy scene lately, even getting a huge debut win on the last FSW show, over A.J. Styles. Galloway started out the match in control, and dominated most of the way, until Gargano countered a hold, and took over. Gargano eventually got the GARGANO ESCAPE locked in! Galloway escaped once by getting to the ropes, but Gargano went right back to it! Galloway tried to fight out of it again, but he eventually faded. The ref checked his arm, and it dropped the requisite 3 times, giving Gargano on the submission victory, to advance in the tournament!
- Briscoe Brothers and All NIght Express Confrontation - The Briscoes come out, and cut a promo talking about the FSW Title tournament, and how great it has been so far. They say it's only fitting that the FSW add Tag Team Titles next, and that they would love to take on the best tag teams in the world, to prove what every here has already seen, that they are the best team around! This brings out Kenny King and Rhett Titus, of All Night Express, to refute that claim. This leads to words exchanged, which then leads to fists being exchanged between the two teams. They brawl for a bit until the Briscoes clear the ring, to the roar of the crowd.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Semi Finals - Jon Davis vs. Tommy End Tommy End defeated Jon Davis with an OWARI DEATH FOOT STOMP at 2:18 Match Notes: End was tremendously impressive here, making short work of tough guy, Jon Davis, to advance to the 4 way Finals on the next show, for the FSW Title. This quick, and decisive win may just make people take notice of End as a title contender!
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Semi Finals - Samuray Del Sol vs. Eddie Edwards Samuray Del Sol defeated Eddie Edwards with an inverted Indian deathlock at 6:06 Match Notes: This was a fun, fast paced back and forth match. But it was marred by Adam Cole...Edwards had just hit the Chin Checker on Del Sol, and was signaling he was going to finish off Del Sol, but out ran Cole, who struck quickly behind the ref's back, with a superkick to the back of Edward's head. Samuray Del Sol would recover, and lock in the deathlock for the win, to advance to the finals. Edwards was not a happy camper, and we may just see more of him in an FSW ring!
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Semi Finals - AJ Styles vs. Uhaa Nation AJ Styles defeated Uhaa Nation with a STYLES CLASH at 8:55 Match Notes: Good, competitive match. The end saw Uhaa miss a splash in the corner, and Styles followed up with a STYLES CLASH for the win. Both men shook hands after. Styles is now the 3rd piece of the FSW Title match for the next show!
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT-Semi Finals - Tyler Black vs. Johnny Gargano Tyler Black defeated Johnny Gargano with a PHOENIX SPLASH at 6:58 Match Notes: The match was short time wise, but not short on action. The action was fast and furious. Black started out in control, and nearly put it away early with the GOD'S LAST GIFT. Gargano took over with a Hurts Donut, before locking on the GARGANO ESCAPE! Black escaped the hold, but Gargano went right back to it, and Black came close to tapping, before getting a foot on the ropes. After that, Black took back control, and hit the PHOENIX SPLASH for the win! He shook hands with Gargano after, before celebrating.
The finals are set for the next FSW card, entitled The Crowning, which will see Tyler Black vs A.J. Styles vs Tommy End vs Samuray Del Sol, in a 4 Corners Double Elimination Match to determine the first FSW Champion!! The double elimination rule means a wrestler has to be pinned or submit twice in order to be eliminated from the match. With those stipulations, and the wrestlers involved, this has match of the year potential!! Some video was filmed backstage, after Gold Rush, which saw Eddie Edwards and Adam Cole brawling. Michael Bennett, and Maria happened to be in the vicinity, and Maria got knocked down, after Edwards threw Cole in her direction. That prompted Bennett to attack Edwards. Cole got back up, and joined in on the beating. That set up a tag match signed for The Crowning, that will see Adam Cole and Michael Bennett team up, against Eddie Edwards and a partner. Edwards didn't waste any time naming a partner, and to no surprise...that partner is Davey Richards!
But that's not all for this big show. Nation Of Intoxication were not too happy about the use of the Railroad Spike by Steve Corino, during their match at "All Hail The Messiah." They said if S.C.U.M. want to get down and dirty, then they will play dirty. Devon Moore said they want S.C.U.M. at The Crowning, and they will be bringing their own weapons. Danny Havoc said not only that, but they will dig up weapons from under the ring, in the stands, the concession area, and the parking lot..wherever they have to to make S.C.U.M. bleed!! That gave Devon Moore the idea for the fans to bring some weapons too! That lead FSW officials to sign a 'Fans Bring The Weapons Match' for The Crowning, pitting S.C.U.M. against Nation Of Intoxication.
P.J. Black took a hard spill during his FSW Title Tournament match against Jon Davis, and it was thought he suffered a serious knee injury. Fortunately for him, no major damage was done, and with a few days rest, Black says he will be fine. In fact, he wants a rematch with Davis, just to see who really is the better of the two.
In addition to FSW, Drew Galloway has also been competing on the west coast for Hollywood Championship Wrestling. Galloway has become embroiled in a 3 way feud with Willie Mack, and champion, Adam Pearce, for the HCW's top prize, the Heritage Heavyweight Title. Well in a huge announcement, FSW is bringing that feud to their rings!! At The Crowning, Galloway, Mack, and Pearce will face off in a Triple Threat Match for the HCW Heritage Heavyweight Title!
More matches are expected to be announced, for what is already a huge card!!

0005 The Crowning 01.05.2000 from Montgomery County Fairgrounds Coliseum, Dayton, OH
Cheeseburger vs. Uhaa Nation Uhaa Nation defeated Cheeseburger with a suicide dive at 22:49 Match Notes: This important show in FSW's history, opened up with a tremendous match! Cheeseburger continues to show he isn't just a comedy act, and was impressive against the bigger, more athletic Nation. Cheeseburger could have won this match several time, and even hit the SHOTEI PALM STRIKE multiple times. But he just couldn't put Nation way, and Uhaa would make the come back, and get the win. Both men shook hands after.
Drew Gulak and Biff Busick vs. Youthanazia Biff Busick defeated Matt Cross with a HALF AND HALF SUPLEX at 8:05 Match Notes: Youthanazia made their FSW debut back at "All Hail The Messiah," in a winning effort of To Infinity and Beyond. They are back tonight for more tag action, against the new team of Gulak and Busick. The different styles of Gulak and Busick actually meshed well, and they made for a solid pairing, as they controlled most of this match against Youthanazia, and would get the victory. This pairing could be a new fearsome team in the tag division.
Adam Cole and Michael Bennett vs. American Wolves Michael Bennett defeated Davey Richards with a RING APRON PILEDRIVER at 18:42 Match Notes: The American Wolves reunite in FSW, for a great tag match against the duo of Bennett and Cole. The Wolves controlled the first part of the match, but once Bennett and Cole got in control, they started working like a well oiled, seasoned team. But despite several high impact moves, they just couldn't keep the Wolves down. But a well timed distraction by Maria, lead to a RING APRON PILEDRIVER on Richards, and Bennett and Cole stole a win over the Wolves. Bennett and Cole taunted the Wolves after, so things probably aren't over between these men.
Trent Barreta vs. Josh Alexander Josh Alexander defeated Trent Barreta with a TWISTING TOMBSTONE at 7:59 Match Notes: Alexander dominated Barreta en route to a victory with the TWISTING TOMBSTONE.
After the match, Alexander cut a promo, calling for Roderick Strong to face him on the next card! Alexander has had some unknown issues with Strong, who has been in attendance at the last couple shows. Strong was not in attendance tonight, as he is currently performing on tour in Japan.
- FANS BRING THE WEAPONS MATCH - Nation Of Intoxication vs. S.C.U.M. Jimmy Jacobs defeated Danny Havoc with a RAILROAD SPIKE at 23:55 Match Notes: Words can't do justice to the wild, crazy, and blood action we saw in this one! The match went all over the place, saw all kinds of weapons getting used, and elicited multiple "Holy S*#T" chants from the crowd. But after all the weapons used, in the end, it was the RAILROAD SPIKE of Jimmy Jacobs that would get the win for S.C.U.M.
- HCW HERITAGE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP-Triple Threat Match - Drew Galloway vs. Willie Mack vs. Adam Pearce Drew Galloway defeated Adam Pearce with a DOUBLE ARM DDT at 21:40 Match Notes: Drew Galloway becomes the new HCW Heritage Heavyweight Champion!
Galloway, Willie Mack, and Adam Pearce have been embroiled in a 3 way feud for the Hollywood Championship Wrestling Hertiage Heavyweight Title, and FSW brought that feud to their ring! All 3 men were impressive, with many high impact moves, several nearfalls, and even some double team moves. The end came when Pearce hit the JUMPING PILEDRIVER on Mack, but before he could get the pin, Galloway, who had been thrown to the floor, jumped back in, and caught Pearce with a boot, and then a DOUBLE ARM DDT for the win! When Galloway first came in to the FSW at "All Hail the Messiah," he was already making waves, and now he makes more, by winning the HCW Title. But this match also open a lot of fans eyes to Mack and Pearce.
AC/DC vs. RockNES Monsters Darin Corbin defeated Johnny Yuma with a GINGER SNAP at 3:26 Match Notes: AC/DC finally score their first win in FSW, in a lopsided match, much to the delight of the fans. Cannon shared a beer with some fans after.
- SIX MAN TAG TEAM MATCH - Cedric Alexander and Premier Athlete Brands vs. Matt Sydal and Inner City Machine Guns Ricochet defeated Caleb Konley with a 630 SENTON at 14:30 Match Notes: Fun, high flying six man tag action! Cedric Alexander was a part of the first show, in a tag team match where whoever got the winning fall, would earn an FSW contract. Jon Davis would be the one to get the winning fall, but Alexander was impressive in that match, and gets to step back into an FSW ring. Alexander doesn't have any real connection to the Premier Athlete Brand, and that was apparent, as their were a few missteps trying to work together. And because of those missteps, it would put their trio on the losing end to the popular Inner City Machine Guns and Matt Sydal! Konley and Nese had words for Alexander after, but he ignored them and walked off.
PJ Black vs. Jon Davis Jon Davis defeated PJ Black with a Spiral Bomb at 3:31 Match Notes: After getting counted out against Davis at Gold Rush, Black wanted a rematch, so they could see who really is the better man between them. And there was no doubt after this one, as Davis dominated, and put Black away in short time with a Spiral Bomb. It was apparent Black was not happy with himself after.
- FSW CHAMPIONSHIP-4 Corners Double Elimination Match - AJ Styles vs. Tommy End vs. Tyler Black vs. Samuray Del Sol for the FSW Championship AJ Styles defeated Tyler Black with a STYLES CLASH at 11:00 AJ Styles defeated Tyler Black with a STYLES CLASH at 22:02 AJ Styles defeated Samuray Del Sol with a Spinal Tap at 51:56 Samuray Del Sol defeated Tommy End with a Samuray Kick at 37:50 Samuray Del Sol defeated Tommy End with a RISING SUN at 40:32 Match Notes: This was the match everyone was waiting for, as the FSW would finally determine it's first champion! The tournament started with 16 men on the previous show, and by the end of the show, was whittled down to the 4 men involved in this match. Styles pinned Black in the main event of the first FSW show, and are probably the two favorites coming in. But Del Sol and End have proven they are capable of winning the title. Either way, the match had 'Match Of The Year' potential all over it, and was going to feature a lot of high flying, and high impact moves.
The match started with all 4 men battling it out in the ring. Finally it settled into End and Del Sol in the ring. Del Sol was on the defensive for the first 5-6 minutes of the match. Eventually, a reversal would allow him to tag out, and a few minutes later, would lead to the first fall of the match, as Styles would pin Black with a STYLES CLASH! In this match, a wrestler must be pinned or submit twice to be eliminated. The match would wage on for another 10 minutes, with all 4 men in on the action, before we got our second pinfall, and it was a big one..Styles would catch Black again with the STYLES CLASH, and get the pin, and thus eliminating Black from the match! This was somewhat of a shock to the fans, and to Black, but Styles seems to have his number. The match continues on, and about another ten minutes later, the third fall occurs, when Del Sol takes an onslaught from End, ending with the OWARI DEATH FOOT STOMP. But Del Sol would bounce back, and catch End a few minutes later, with a Samuray Kick, to get the pinfall on End. Despite the pinfall, End show shown tremendous toughness, kicking out of several big moves in the match. But Del Sol would follow up with a quick flurry of offense, ending with RISING SUN, and eliminating End from the match. End got a nice ovation from the fans after. This brought the match down to the final two..A.J. Styles and Samuray Del Sol. As they faced off in the ring, the fans were going nuts. Styles had yet to even have a pinfall attempt on him during the match, so Del Sol had his work cut out for him, but he was up to the task. When it came down to it though, A.J. Styles is called "Phenomenal" for a reason, and after two pinfalls with the Spinal Tap, the "Phenomenal" A.J. Styles becomes the first FSW Champion!! The match definitely lived up to the 'Match of the Year' hype! Styles got a huge reaction when he got the pinfall. And another huge pop from the crowd when Styles and Del Sol hugged after the match. Del Sol may be small in stature, but he is big in heart, and the fans know it. As he was leaving the ring, they chanted "Please Come Back!" As Del Sol was leaving, Adam Cole was spotted at the entry way, looking on in disgust, as Styles celebrated his win.
After the show, Cole would find a camera, and yell angrily into it, that it should have been him out there, if it wasn't for some stupid, crooked referee disqualifying him.
Order of Pinfalls 1. A.J. Styles over Tyler Black with STYLES CLASH 2. A.J. Styles over Tyler Black with STYLES CLASH 3. Tommy End over Samuray Del Sol with OWARI DEATH FOOT STOMP 4. Samuray Del Sol over Tommy End with a Samuray Kick 5. Samuray Del Sol over Tommy End with RISING SUN 6. A.J. Styles over Samuray Del Sol with Spinal Tap 7. A.J. Styles over Samuray Del Sol with Spinal Tap
AJ Styles won the FSW Championship
The next FSW show will see them travel outside of the friendly confines of the Montgomery County Fairground, as they head to the Pittsburgh Civic Center, for Steel City Clash. The FSW officials didn't waste anytime signing some big matches for this show...
After winning the FSW title, A.J. Styles was interviewed, and he said he will be a fighting champion, because he wants this title to be the most prestigious in wrestling. FSW officials didn't waste anytime following up on that, as they look to test his title reign right out of the gate, and signed Drew Galloway to face A.J. Styles for the FSW Title at Steel City Clash! That will surely be a first true test for Styles.
Roderick Strong got word of Josh Alexander's challenge, and has agreed to the match for Steel City Clash!
The feud between Adam Cole and Eddie Edwards continues, as they will face off one on one at Steel City Clash. Their first meeting was at Gold Rush, in the FSW Title tournament, which saw Adam Cole get himself Dq'ed, which eliminated him from a chance at winning the FSW Title. Edwards and Cole met as part of a tag team match at The Crowning, which saw the team of Cole and Michael Bennett defeated Edwards, and his partner, Davey Richards.
A special match has been signed for Steel City Clash, as Sami Callihan and Chris Hero will set foot in an FSW ring for the first time, facing each other. The two are well known on the indy scene, and will look to impress, and earn a spot in FSW.
More matches expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Huge congrats to the Phenomenal One on becoming the inaugural FSW Champion... A little surprised with Black's lackluster showing... But, a superb main event nonetheless...
Enjoyed Galloway's victory in the three-way dance to claim the HCW Heritage Heavyweight title... And the Wolves had an exciting encounter with Cole & Bennett... Great rivalry building here...
Was hoping that Youthanazia would win their match, but Busick & Gulak have impressive may skills...
Really looking forward to Hero vs Callihan, as both men make their debut with the company... Excellent work!
