In 2090 I could see A for Death Masque, but after that, he's a B to a C.
Cosmic I'd rate an A for POP at least for a few years, but it's a close call
Iron Mane B Pop........better than Badger but probably not up to even Ram much less Wolf.
The rest look right.

Much like my thought with Bounty Hunter's MIC Rating, I'm thinking Cosmic Forces would have an A POP Rating as long as Doomsayer is involved... Sometimes I wish the chart ratings had a greater range than just A to C. |

Maybe instead of raising a grade...perhaps they should modify dice rolls.
For example, Bounty Hunter is a B and Guile adds, lets say, 3 to the die roll. Hunter is interviewed by Rex Spectrum and rolls a 5...instead of being overshadowed by Rex, Hunter goes toe-to-toe and pulls off a compelling interview. It would add greater variation per manager/valet.
The thing to consider with this is under grade advancement, Star Warrior (with an A) would not be helped by a manager...under a die roll change...he would.
