I love the action and the illustrations! Although, I don't know who Red Talon or Duke of Destruction are. Talon reminds me of Gobbledegooker! And I would've colored Splatter (always my fave GWF wrestler) in white, with a red splatter on his chest, but that's just the way I've always pictured him. I am glad you are enjoying the action. I like the mini champions as they add to the feel of a comic book. Also it gives a view of the characters if you are not aware of them, Duke of Destruction and Red Talon recently came out in the 30th anniversary pack, and I used them right away since they are suppose to be in the year 2087. Some of the mini champions use a cooler scheme I did not envision, but that is no biggy for me!

The Galactic Reportw/ Vanessa Orbit
Welcome to another edition of the Galactic Report. It is clear a shake up has happened with the Galactic Royal Court going their own way from Thantos. What will be the fallout of this? The feud between Lord Nexys and Comrade Terror is red hot, what will happen next? With his win over Lord Nexus, Spike is now the #1 Contender for the Galactic Championship. Spike VS Star Warrior is bound to be a classic! With all that out of the way, here is the preview of the next card! Card #14
Reptillo VS Executioner
Reptillo has a lot of heart and is still seeking his first win. Executioner has parted ways with the Royal Court, but unfinished business between him and Exo-King still exists. Will the Court interfere in this match? Primal Gods VS Sons of Liberty
Both teams still have not had an impact in the tag team division. Which team will finally gain a much needed win? Wolf VS Comrade Terror
Wolf is slowly climbing the ranks towards the Galactic Title. Comrade Terror has only Lord Nexus in his sights. Will the Savage One overcome the Space Terrorist? Will Lord Nexus make an appearance? Mesmer VS Bishop Hell
Last time these two met, they had a technical classic that almost ended in a draw, but Bishop Hell pulled off the win. What will be the outcome this time? GWF Tag Team Championship The Greek Gods VS The Gladiators
The Greek Gods have been the team to beat this year. The Gladiators have yet to claim the tag team championship. Will the Gods prevail, or will the Gladiators finally claim the titles? Tune in to Find Out...

the littlest Animan tries his luck against Executioner. hope he wins. I see King getting involved in some way (Reptillo always ran hot and cold for me. he had two decent runs as IP champ. first reign was 36 days and the second was 82 days. so I admit a fondness for the reptillian animan) Sons of Liberty over the Primal Gods. I admit that for me they were usually fodder. oh they got the win here and there but usually were fodder for bigger names. Wolf snatches the win as Terrror is focused elsewhere and with someone like Wolf that's a no-no. Mesmer will even the score unless Hell gets away with the Hellfire the ultimate cheat code The Greek Gods more importantly Proteus have been hot. I'd like them to continue. (in my original fed they returned in 2132 and nearly won the tag belts (COTG Live versions) ) I GOTS MY TICKET!!!!!

The Primal Gods are in the same boat. They are not doing too much and seem to be jobbers right now. If Twrror can focus he may be able to beat Wolf, and if not it will all be Wolf. Mesmer and Bishop Hell seem to put on technical classics. Hell can resort to underhanded taxis at anytime, so Mesmer needs to be prepared. The Greek Gods are becoming the team of year 2088! Can the Gladiators stop them? That is a hard question to answer!

The New GWFYear 2088: Card #14 Reptillo VS Executioner Executioner wins by DQ at 1:05 Crowd Rating: 1
Reptillo tried to surprise Executioner by coming out right at the bell. Executioner was more experienced, and easily countered the young Animan. As Executioner was getting going, Death Knight cane out of the crowd and hit the unexpecting Executioner with a Cosmic Lance. The referee called for the bell immediately.
*As Executioner recovered from the attack, he saw both Death Knight and Exo-King on the entrance ramp gloating*
Primal Gods VS Sons of Liberty Sons of Liberty win by Pinfall at 13:13 (Piledriver) Crowd Rating: 5
Both teams put up a fight trying to score the much needed win. Neither team held anything back, and it looked over many times but a well timed save kept the match going. As the Sons of Liberty finally got the measure of their opponents, they were able to hit a double team move to pick up the win.
*As their hands were raised, the Sons of Liberty were attacked by the Primal Gods. They quickly sent Sam from the ring and proceeded to double team Blast. This culminated in Man-Mountain hitting a huge splash on Blast. Security arrived to break it up, and Adam Blast was stretchered out*
Backstage Promo: "Exo-King, you talk a big game, but the end result will be the same. Your Royal Court failed the first time and you will fail again. I am done wasting my time with you. My forces know who is the leader to follow towards success. You will never be half the man that I am! So good luck, as we will have no issues crushing your little Court!"
Wolf VS Comrade Terror Wolf wins by Pinfall at 1:38 (Face Rake) Crowd Rating: 1
As the match was about to start, Lord Nexus came out on the entrance ramp. Comrade Terror was distracted, and this was all the opening Wolf needed. Comrade Terror caught off guard was put away quickly.
*Furious at his loss, Comrade Terror grabbed a mic. "Lord Nexus!! Stop ducking me!! Pick a stimulation and let's go!!" Lord Nexus shakes his head knowingly and heads towards the back*
In the shadowy halls: Executioner is icing the back of his head from the attack he suffered earlier. As if on cue, a shadowy figure speaks: "Let Exo-King think you are doing the bidding of Thantos. Neither of those fools will realize what is happening until it is too late. We shall reveal ourselves soon!"
Mesmer VS Bishop Hell This match ended in a time limit draw Crowd Rating: 5
Once again these two put on a technical classic. Hell was able to get away with a Hellfire but Mesmer was able to survive it. From there, Mesmer started to get the better if Bishop Hell. Mesmer was able to lock on the BlackOut, but Bishop Hell put up a huge fight to get out of it. It looked as if Mesmer was about to win, but the ringing of the bell signaled the end of the match.
GWF Tag Team Championship Greek Gods (c) VS The Gladiators Greek Gods win by Pinfall at 13:13 (Proteus Smash)
Another tag team War was witnessed by the fans tonight. Unlike the earlier match, this one was brutal. The referee gave a lot of leeway in this match as everything around the ring was used in this match. The fans thought it was over when the Gladiators powerbombed Actagon through the announcer's table. Actagon was resilient, and kept going. Proteus crushed Brute with a spear that sent the Gladiator through the ringside barricade. As both teams were exhausted and bloody, Proteus caught Massacre with a signature move to pick up the win!! The Greek Gods retain the GWF Tag Team Championship!!
*After the bell, these two teams continued to fight, and it required the full compliment of security to break these teams apart*

And here's the Court. poor Reptillo Sons of Liberty won but in the end the Primal Gods reverted to attack dogs and Blast is stretchered our. even not there Nexus distracts Terror as Wolf gets a rather quick win. ah...mysterios shadowy figure (nods) a staple in scifi and wrestling. TLD! man Mesmer and Hell again had a steller match up. FIVE MORE MINUTES! FIVE MORE MINUTES! this is the year of the Greek Gods. they have a firm grasp on keeping the tag team titles. the Gladiators are again DENIED! Great stuff
