- What We See -
Southern Sun reopens it's doors! The arena is packed with fans from all over Centra Prime, any thoughts of the drama that occurred last year far from their minds. Part of the reason for this is that for the first time since aCe started the ROC have a heavyweight champion wrestling on Centra Prime! Fans flood the arena with signs, most common SHEPARD SAVES, ANTIVIRUS 4 ALL and a-C-e NEEDS AN EXORCISM.
- Antivirus Controversy -
Immediately following his loss at Warning Shot Godsend started his campaign for a rematch claiming the victory was tainted.
"I had that match won Shepard, you know it! I want...I NEED my title back Shepard, it wasn't done! It wasn't done! Do the right thing Shepard!"
Sensing an opportunity Rankor jumped in with his two cents.
"Shepard wouldn't even be champion if he didn't cheat in the Fatal 4 Way. If anyone deserves a shot it's Flatliner!"
Before any voting could take place between the teams Shepard responded.
"I accept your challenge gentlemen. At Battle of Centra I will meet you in the ring in a Triple Threat match! And just so we're clear, I plan on blinding you both with Antivirus before walking out as aCe champion!"
- Broken Home -
In the suburbs of Centrapolis on a quiet dark street sits the crumbling house of Aegis and Trisis. A drone camera flies around the outside, the south side of the house a pile of rubble. The camera flies inside to see Aegis sitting in the dark, in what used to be the living room. After moments of saying nothing he speaks.
"In 2115 I banished myself when my team lost in Sudden Death. Trisis and I really fell in love around this time, we would talk for hours. Talk about our future in the GWF, what our home would look like one day, maybe having children and raising them in Centra. Unbeknownst to Trisis, I secretly returned to Centra in 2116 to buy this house for her, decorating it just the way we talked about. It was supposed to be a surprise for when we decided to come back home. She never got to see it.
What you did at Warning Shot is unforgivable, Nicodemus. That wasn't just a mirage, that was a memory. My memory! A memory of this place before the war destroyed it, a place for me and my wife! You invaded that.
I've given Ventross and Paganax what you refused to give them. At Battle of Centra they will fight in a Torture Chamber to end their feud. As for you Nicodemus, I don't want you in a cage, I don't want you in a box, I want you to run. I want you to run away from me, because I'm gonna hunt you down. I'm gonna beat you down and I'm going to do it with my brothers and sisters of Centra surrounding me. I'm gonna hit you so hard that your blood will splatter on the fans and they will cheer for more. You and me, falls count anywhere. Nicodemus, you will run but it doesn't matter, you won't get far."
Exodus vs. Hybrid
Hybrid defeated Exodus with POISON DRIVER at 7:09
Match Rating: 3.00
Exodus loses a heartbreaker. Hybrid bursts out of the gate with a pounce and slash putting Exodus down immediately. He fights back using the energy from the crowd to send Hybrid reeling. He almost gets a pin after WRAITH OF GOD but Hybrid escapes to the outside. Still pumped up, Exodus flips over the top rope onto Hybrid who catches him and powerbombs him onto the ring apron. From there Hybrid hits a series of his most potent moves, ending it with POISON DRIVER.
- Tournament -
A tag tournament will take place tonight to determine a new number one contender to the aCe tag titles. A single elimination 8 team tournament with the 1st round having a 10 minute time limit, the semi finals having a 20 minute and no limit for the finals. Winner gets their shot at Battle of Centra.

Living Dead and Darkness Falls
Krypt defeated Cremator with a RED DAWN at 3:50

The former tag champs take the first step to getting a shot for the titles.
Hustler and Scorch vs. The Cyber-Union
Nicodemus defeated Hustler by Disqualification at 7:58
Match Rating: 3.00
Scorch and Hustler put a beat down of epic proportions on The Cyber-Union. The two members of the ROC look like a cohesive unit in their first outing as a team taking apart the Ravager duo. Winning didn't seem like a huge priority though, just revenge for their leader Aegis after the underhanded tactics of Nicodemus at Warning Shot. Holocaust (10) was busted open with a handful of PISTOL WHIP'S and a modified Curb Jaw. Hustler didn't stop there, whipping Nicodemus with the same pistol until the ref was forced to disqualify him. Both members of C-U were bleeding from the shots and from The Specialist's clubbing blows. Scorch wasn't mad at the DQ, just shrugged, lit his cigar, and gave Hustler a pound knowing they did what they set out to do.
- Nemean's Proposal. -
Nemean approaches Ventross who is working out alone.
"There's my reptile!"
"Don't call me that. What do you want Nemean?"
"I thought we made an awesome team at Warning Shot! I think we could win the tag titles!"
Ventross stops what he's doing.
"Are you kidding? Nemean we were barely a team, in fact I forgot it was a tag match! The answer is no."
Nemean gets quiet.
"Ok, well, I didn't think that would be your answer...I kinda signed us up for this tournament...we fight S & M..."
"Nemean! Are you serious?!? I finally get my one on one match with Paganax and you expect me to focus on this? I hope you warmed up, pal this match is all you!"
General Rankor and Avarice vs. Light Brigade
This match ended in a draw (TIME LIMIT) at 10:00
Match Rating: 3.25
Rankor receives deafening boos, the crowd not forgetting what happened here last year. The reaction to Avarice was just as cold, fans on Centra Prime chanting "Traitor! Traitor!" at the Blackheart. Neither team could gain an advantage each kicking out several times. In the end time ran out with Avarice and Lance At-Las throwing fists at each other in the center of the ring.
- Warning to the Fans -
A PA announcement was made before the next match.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Southern Sun Memorial Hall and the ROC ask that you remain calm and not try to take the law into your own hands. We ask you leave any action to be taken against PainMaster to be left to professionals. DO NOT attempt to jump the guardrails or any other action, you will be permanently banned from SSMH and face severe jail time. This is for your safety. Thank you for your cooperation."
Sycophant & Master vs. Nemean and Ventross
PainMaster defeated Nemean with The Torture Rack at 9:28
Match Rating: 3.50
PainMaster comes out to the loudest boos of the night, flanked by his on again/off again bodyguard Gheist. Strolling to the ring pelted by drinks, food and spit , PainMaster smirks trying to show no fear of being taken by the ROC.
Nemean starts the match off by himself and holds his own for the first five minutes, hitting PainMaster with the Nemean Super Twister Press two times in a row almost scoring the upset. Sycophant slowed things down with submission moves that bordered on inappropriate. To the delight of the crowd, Ventross finally made his way to the ring, most likely sick of Sycophant's perverted shenanigans. This happened a little too late, Nemean passes out in the Torture Rack.
Due to the Time Limit draw, S & M automatically advance to the finals.
- Murdok Arrives -
An angry Murdok makes his way to the ring to loud boos and "Tekaro!" chants. Stalking the ring, the chants get louder and louder.
"This is why I'm hear and I'm not leaving until I get what I want! You got lucky, Tekaro! I blame that cursed land we wrestled on for your victory. It will not happen again! Let's go, Traitor!"
Murdok continued to stalk the ring when a bloody and angry Nicodemus appeared on the Centra-Tron.
"You'll be waiting a long time then, Murdok. We're not taking the bait on this again. If you want someone to fight though, I got someone for you."
Hybrid lumbers out of the back and screams to the heavens. He makes his way to the ring and climbs up on the apron. Murdok sneers , takes three steps back and flips over the top rope exiting the ring.
Gheist vs. Grovel
Gheist defeated Grovel with a Leaping Side Kick at 5:10
Match Rating: 2.00
Grovel makes his way to the ring to loud cheers. In an odd turn, Grovel is one of the most beloved wrestlers not on the ROC! The Underdog from the Underground of Primus got off to a good start throwing headbutt after headbutt at Gheist. Grovel was on a roll until two Possessor's Edge busted him open. Gheist was in control from this point on, but chose to nail Grovel with a knee to the groin garnering loud boos from the fans. Laughing this off, he hits a leaping side kick for the win.
- SEMI-FINALS -
Darkness Falls vs. The Cyber-Union
Krypt defeated Holocaust with RED DAWN at 11:23
Match Rating: 2.75
Darkness Falls strikes early on a visibly injured Cyber-Union going for the early win. A miscue on Killer Instinct gave Nicodemus the breather he needed to turn things around. Holocaust and Nicodemus started to get a groove and looked poised for a win when Holocaust hits SHOCK WAVE (6). Jakyll tried to save the pin but was met by Nicodemus, the two rolling to the outside brawling. Incredibly Krypt kicks out! (12) An aggravated Holocaust immediately goes for SHOCK WAVE again but it backfires! Krypt and Jakyll hit RED DAWN, Nicodemus has no energy to break it up and Darkness Falls wins!
Paganax vs. Warfare
Paganax defeated Warfare with a Chop Block at 9:12
Match Rating: 3.00
Paganax comes out of the gate as aggressive as ever, knowing that Ventross would be watching his every move. Both brutes hit each other with their most devastating moves but Paganax gained the upper hand taking out Warfare's left leg with chop block after chop block (4 in all).This would be Warfare's undoing; he couldn't follow up throwing The Heathen Chief into the turnbuckle limping halfway there. Paganax took advantage shooting out of the corner with another deadly chop block for the win.
Warfare needed help from the ring.
- "Your CentraMania Moment" -
Lance At-Las is pacing mad in the locker rooms as Aspin Northstar tries to calm his mentor and partner down. Lance gets more fired up when he sees the drone camera.
"I've had it with him, he was a smug s.o.b in CWF and he's even worse now!"
"Mr. At-Las calm down sir..."
"I will not calm myself! This was our chance to bring the tag gold back to the ROC! At the Palladium! I should have focused on that but instead all I can think about is messing up that pretty face of yours, Avarice! Congratulations, you wanted your "CentraMania Moment" well you're gonna get it. This time when I win, I'm destroying that CWF title, but not before I blast you in the face with it!"

Sycophant & Master vs. Darkness Falls
PainMaster defeated Krypt with The Torture Rack at 13:27
Match Rating: 3.25
In their third match of the night, Darkness Fall gives it their all against the fresher S & M. Only having to wrestle twice helped the Murdok's World duo immensely, especially when one of those matches was basically a handicap match. Taking full advantage of this S & M made quick tags and cut the ring in half keeping an exhausted Krypt in for more than half the match. When he finally made the tag Jakyll wasn't able to keep the momentum going, eventually passing out in The Torture Rack to the dismay of fans. S & M undeservedly get a tag title shot.
- The Vagabond Champ -
The crowd comes unglued as the aCe champion makes his way to the ring. Climbing on each of the four turnbuckles, he raises the belt high, not being boastful but giving the people of Centra Prime a ray of hope. The champion decided to stay out and watch the main event, standing in the corner near the time keeper, belt on shoulder, never taking his eyes off the ring.
Godsend vs. Flatliner
Godsend defeated Flatliner with a 13:34 at SPEAK OF THE DEVIL
Match Rating: 3.50
An appetizer to the main event at Battle of Centra turns out to be more shocking than anyone could have imagined. Both men went all out wanting to get the win and momentum going into BoC. Flatiner thought he had it when he hit SHOCK AND AWE but Godsend kicks out! Capitalizing on the hurt Flatliner, Godsend locks in SPEAK OF THE DEVIL! Flatliner passes out and Godsend wins. Almost immediately Godsend climbs to the second turnbuckle looking at Shepard. Turning back to Flatliner he lifts his hand and Flatliner sits up! Turning his head to Shepard, eyes blood red he puts his finger to his throat as Godsend laughs manically.
