06.12.2123 from The Heathen's Pit, Primus 1,300

- What We See -
An intimate circular battleground carved out of the rocks of Primus, The Heathen's Pit looks like Gladiator Arenas of old. Paganax sits on a Stone Throne overseeing the action. Fans from all over Centra Prime and the Mothership come to enjoy the action. Sadly, no Jakylls or Krypts are seen in the crowd, but if you look long and hard you may spot glowing yellow eyes in the darkest places.



- "Nesperanto" skit -
Pre-Tape
The New School filmed a skit in a old western saloon made to look like the Thirsty Neighbor Pub. Nes Kincade is dressed up as Esperanto with a comically big mustache and ridiculously small hat. Avarice is dressed up as an old timey barkeep wiping down the bar, Donk and Rorus are not seen yet. An over-sized bottle of Elixir sits in front of "Nesperanto" and he's acting as if he had one too many.

Nesperanto - (slurring) ...And I've lost a lot of matches, I mean A LOT! But do you know what my biggest regret is?

Blackheart Barkeep - What's that?

Nesperanto - I never got to lose to Avarice! All this time I've been dying for a black rose to be thrown on my carcass, and it hasn't happened yet. I guess I'll have to settle for losing to Mr. Kincade.

Blackheart Barkeep - I think you've had enough there, lushy.

Nesperanto - You don't tell me when I've 'hic' had enough I decide when...

With that Nes dropped his head on the bar and acted passed out for the rest of the skit. Rorus and Donk walk up behind Avarice.

Blackheart Barkeep - Look at him, he can't help himself, he jobs everywhere! Now that he's done I'm talking to you Paganax. We've set up a little game. Try to stay with me here, it's kind of confusing, especially for someone with lesser intelligence like yourself.
In two weeks time there will be a trios match, members of The New School versus Paganax and a team to be determined - Regulators or Primeval Destruction!
Regulators win - it's Nes and the boys! If you can beat them, I'll let you pick the stips to our match!
If it's P.D, you get me and the Oakens!

Scud vs. Flatliner
Scud defeated Flatliner with a Scud Missile at 10:24
Match Rating: 2.25

: With the exception of short flurries of offense by Scud, this match was dominated by Flatliner. Flatliner dished out punishment but couldn't keep The Humanoid Missile down for the three putting the fans firmly in his corner. Scud manages to avoid a spinning elbow and hits Scud Missile out of desperation. Quickly he rolls Flatliner back in and cradles him for the win!

AFTERMATH
Fans go crazy for Scud and his second win in a row. That celebration would be cut short by Totalis who hits the ring and smashes Scud with the Holovision title. Quickly he picks Scud up and drops him with FINAL ROUND. Paganax stands angry but doesn't leave his throne. Totalis grabs a mic and crotches down next to Scud.
"Think you're hot stuff because you're the fans newest toy? Because you have your little win streak going? Congratulations, next week that comes to an end!"
He stands, raises the Holovision title and exits.



Odyssey vs. Omni
Omni defeated Odyssey with CHRONOCHASM at 6:53
Match Rating: 2.50

 The match starts as many other matches between The Others - in a Neo vs Seraph battle of attack, block, attack until Odyssey lands a catapault press to take control. Omni put his body on the line jumping from the ring to the top turnbuckle and executing a Spanish Fly into the ring. Odyssey would try to return the favor with no success, instead being on the receiving end of a Poisonrana. Three CHRONOCHASM's in a row got the job done for Omni sending us to an all important seventh match.

Series tied at 3.



- Regulators -
Hustler comes into The Regulators locker room fired up.
"Yo Scorch, let's come up with a game plan for these oafy looking mofo's so we don't get our wigs split again!"
Esperanto awkwardly takes a sip from his mug returning a look to Scorch who starred right back.
"I'm gonna get some air, maybe check out the Exodus/Nightmare match." Esperanto grabs his mug and exits quickly.
"Listen, I'm just gonna come out and say it. I'm teaming with Esperanto tonight. We clicked at Centra Clash and want to see if we can keep that momentum going.
Me and you can't buy a win this year, besides you seem to be enjoying singles competition more anyway."
Hustler stood stunned. "Uh yeah, that's cool. Whatever, man."
"Knew you'd understand Mr. Merchandise, haha. I'll catch you in a bit."
Scorch slapped his partner on the arm before joining Esperanto, Hustler still disbelieving what happened.


- Shepard -
Shepard's music starts to the surprise of everyone. He wastes no time getting in the ring and starring a hole through Paganax.
"The last time I was on Primus, I got my head kicked off and fell ten feet into a pit. Don't think I forgot about that."
Paganax stands and looks ready to fight when Pendragon's music interrupts. The Heathen Chief smirks, sits back down, and watches along with everyone else.
"I had Peacemaker lined up and in my sight! I had the kill! And what did you do? Tried to get yourself over by hitting me with a Silver Bullet! If you would have waited 30 more seconds we would have been the final two. I could have main evented Battle of Centra! I'm taking that out on you! Me and you, Syndicate Slam, I finish what you started in the Rumble."
Pendragon leaves as quickly as he appeared leaving Shepard in the ring, his moment to battle Paganax seemingly gone.


Exodus vs. Nightmare
Exodus defeated Nightmare with  WRAITH OF GOD at 3:38
Match Rating: Squash

 Before the start of the match Nemean appears on the Holo-Tron with Godsend! Nemean seems uncomfortable as if he could be attacked at any second but Godsend feigns sincerity like it's 2115! Nemean announces that he will host a "Dominion therapy session" at Syndicate Slam featuring all three members!
"Let's let the healing begin, Nightmare." Godsend let a wide smile creep across his face as the Holo-Tron faded to black.
With this in his head Nightmare was easy fodder for mad as hell Exodus.


- Peacemaker -
Peacemaker comes out to big applause from the Prime and Ravager fans alike.
"I am out here for a fight! This will be the last until after Syndicate Slam, pending me still being the champion. Omni and Odyssey have had a hell of a series, I look forward to match seven next week! I don't want to get ahead of myself though, there's a challenge that needs to be answered. Who thinks they have the stuff to take this title away from me!"
Fans went nuts as Hustler's music hits!
Peacemaker is surprised but puts his hand up. Fans go wild for the thumbs up and the match is on!


aCe Battlefield Title
Peacemaker vs. Hustler
Hustler defeated Peacemaker with Brass Knucks at 11:26
Match Rating: 4.50

The match starts with Peacemaker throwing a dropkick taking Hustler down. Things just got crazier from there. Hustler used every dirty trick in the book, raking Peacemaker's eyes to get out of a Gorilla Press Slam, using anything he could find outside of the ring and weapons he himself brought. Two curb jaws gave the Street Savior the heavy advantage but Peacemaker kept coming strong. After a prolonged battle on the floor, Hustler went for broke; desperate to not be overshadowed by his teammates he pulls brass knuckles out of his pocket. Climbing in the ring he rocks Peacemaker on the jaw knocking him out cold, getting the 1,2,3 and winning the Battlefield title! The crowd actually boos Hustler who up until this point has been one of the most popular stars in aCe!

AFTERMATH
When Peacemaker came to he was livid. He tried to plead his case to the ref about what happened but the ref explained he didn't see it and there was nothing he could do. Peacemaker walked around ringside a few minutes until Esperanto's music starts.
As Esperanto and Scorch make their way to the ring Peacemaker decides to meet them in the aisle. A heated exchange between the three men takes place that is exacerbated by the appearance of security.



Scorch and Esperanto vs. Primeval Destruction
Warfare defeated Esperanto with EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT at 17:32
Match Rating: 4.00

 Despite the distractions before the match, Esperanto and Scorch were able to refocus and nearly pull off the upset. Scorch survives a running spear takedown but needs Esperanto's help after EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT. To the surprise of everyone he makes a comeback and is able to tag Ol' Espo. Esperanto takes it to Hybrid getting a two count after loaded fisticuffs, a sight Peacemaker couldn't have been happy about. Both teams go back and forth inside and outside the ring. Warfare is too much for Esperanto, wearing him down with Warlock before getting the win after EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT.


Paganax stands up from his throne, nods towards Primeval Destruction, and turns to leave as Hybrid and Warfare celebrate a hard earned win.

- Hustler Post Show Interview -

Our roving reporter catches up with new Battlefield Champion Hustler minutes after the show ended.

Reporter - A controversial ending tonight, Hustler, but the fact remains you are the new Battlefield champion. Your thoughts?

Hustler - I get it, people are mad. Actually, maybe I don't get it. You see, this is the Battlefield championship. The hardest title in the aCe! When The Regulators held this title it was fought for in the toughest, bloodiest, most violent matches! Maybe that's what we gotta bring it back to. I like Peacemaker as a person and hell, thanks for the title shot but you got the HARDEST title in the game and you make it open challenge? Ha! Your loss!

Reporter - Are you setting the rules for your reign right now?!

Hustler - Yeah I guess I am. No need to drag it out. This title will be fought for under Hardcore rules! I'm not just talking special matches, I'm talking violence!

Reporter - What have your Regulator teammates said about your title win?

Hustler - I haven't seen them yet, no matter though, it's time to celebrate! Hustler got himself a title!

- What We See -

Things are tense at The Heathen's Pit after the explosive show last week. Fans have been offering their opinions on the controversial ending to the Battlefield title match on forums, Sphere, and Flux, neither side able to convince the other about their position on the matter. Paganax again sits in his throne watching the action from above, waiting for his opportunity to get his hands on Avarice.

Peacemaker vs. Scorch

Peacemaker defeated Scorch with an Electric Chair Drop at 11:35

Match Rating: 3.50

 This match was signed after the altercation last week. Both men came in with a chip on their shoulder and it showed in the game plan they executed. Peacemaker used his high impact slams like Executive Power (Oklahoma Stampede), an abundance of gorilla press slams, and delayed vertical suplexes. Scorch fought hard nearly getting an upset win after THE TRAILBLAZER but this sent Peacemaker into a rage, reminded of how he lost last show. Peacemaker focused on the back until Scorch couldn't get up, staying downafter an electric chair drop.

- Scud backstage interview -

Interviewer - Scud, you are about have the most important match of your young career, do you think you're ready for this moment?

Scud - I can't believe this is actually happening, the last few weeks have been crazy. To think Totalis attacked me because I was taking the spotlight off of him. My mind is melting!

Interviewer - Totalis has been on another level since winning the Holovision title, what's your game plan going into the match?

Scud - Same thing that got me to this point - I'm gonna throw myself at the wall and hope that something sticks.

Interviewer - Scud, I wish you the best of luck out there.

aCe Holovision Championship

Totalis vs. Scud

Totalis defeated Scud with FINAL ROUND at 7:02

Match Rating: 2.00

 Scud has a good showing early on, countering a Totalis arm drag takedown with two of his own and hitting a high knee in the corner. After a beautiful flying body scissors Scud plays to the crowd enraging Totalis and earning a slap across the face.

Totalis went to that other level from this point taking the match outside the ring several times and using a steel chair to beat Scud unmercifully. Before the ref disqualified him the Holovision champion hits FINAL ROUND for the easy three.

AFTERMATH

Totalis hits three more FINAL ROUNDS, the last on the floor. This caused Paganax to get out of his throne and walk down a few steps towards the ring. Totalis took the hint, raised his title to boos, and walked to the back.

- Contract Signing...? -

Esperanto sits in the ring behind a table with a contract sitting on it. Next to him is a bottle of Elixir and a rocks glass.

Esperanto - Nes Kincade, I know you're here, get your sorry carcass out here. Don't worry I ain't gonna beat yer ass here, I'll wait til Syndicate Slam. Now let's go boy I ain't got all day.

Kincade cautiously makes his way to the ring keeping his distance.

Esperanto - We already have a match happening at Syndicate Slam, but what I have here is an amendment to make it a Lava Pit match, and you're gonna sign it.

Kincade chuckles at first, then starts laughing, pointing at Esperanto and slapping his knee.

Nes - I can smell from over here you've been hitting the bottle! What in the drunken stupor makes you think I'd want to do that?

Esperanto - To prove yourself.

Nes - I don't have to prove shi-

Esperanto - You don't think so? You don't think they talk behind your back? Your New School pals? They got gold.
What do you got? Nuttin'.
They're main eventin'. You wouldn't be on the show if I didn't drag you out.
You're a joke.
They keep you around because you say stupid things then someone beats you up. They don't respect you. Sign this, maybe they do. Hell if I'm half the drunk you say I am, climbing out the pit should be easy-peasy for you...

Kincade thinks for a minute then signs the contract! Esperanto downs his glass, smirks then saunters out of the ring.

The Amazing Mann vs. Ventross

The Amazing Mann defeated Ventross via Disqualification at 8:52

Match Rating: 2.50

 A match that was on it's way to greatness deteriorated into mayhem. Ventross and The Amazing Mann went back and forth with strikes and submissions until the match ended up outside the ring. In the midst of brawling Ventross caught the eye of Paganax and snapped, repeatedly slamming Amazing Mann into the bedrock that makes up the Heathen's Pit! Fearing a repeat of the Holovision match the ref calls for the DQ.

AFTERMATH

Security, officials, Shock Syndicate and The Brigade waste no time heading out to break the two men up. Things get heated between The Brigade and Shock Syndicate and they get into it! An all out brawl goes down between The Syndicate and members of The Six.

- Peacemaker -

A backstage interviewer catches up with Peacemaker to ask him about the shocking loss last week. Peacemaker doesn't hold back saying that if it wasn't for foreign objects he'd still be the Battlefield Champion.
"Hustler can justify it however he wants but the fact remains he cheated."
Peacemaker was about to continue when he's interrupted by Totalis.
"I've been saying it all along! I was told the ref's would be trained better to detect weapons and cheating and hear we are! Funny, me and you being on the same side of this..." Peacemaker stops Totalis by backing him into a wall with his forearm on his chest.

"We are nothing alike! NOTHING! What you did in you match tonight was despicable! You will see how much we aren't alike at Syndicate Slam. Don't worry about bringing your belt, I'm dishing this beating out on the house!"

Odyssey vs. Omni

Odyssey defeated Omni with a moonsault legdrop at 13:33

Match Rating: 4.00

 Both men meet in the middle of the ring urging the other to strike first. Omni hits a palm strike and the two go at it. Each move lands a little harder knowing what's on the line. A shiranui from the ring apron to the floor swings the tide in Odyssey's favor. Odyssey tries several different ways to end the match including CHRONOCHASM but Omni weakly kicks out. A moonsault legdrop does the job, and Odyssey wins the series.

BACKSTAGE

Hustler watches the action on a holovision lounging on a couch eating junk food. As Odyssey is announced the winner a bat knocks the holovision off it's stand and into a wall. Hurt and angry as hell, Scorch points the bat at Hustler.
"That's the last damn time I fight your battles!"

- Trios Match -

Paganax and Primeval Destruction vs. Avarice and The Brothers Oaken

Avarice defeated Hybrid with 7th SIN at 10:28

Match Rating: 3.25

 Paganax waits for the other participants to be announced before walking down the steps from his throne to the ring.

He starts the match off hoping Avarice would do the same, but the Blackheart lets Donk do the dirty work. The Heathen Chief takes a left hook before delivering an incredible neck-breaking clothesline to the bigger Oaken. The match end up outside the ring where the brothers team up on Paganax to turn the tide. Donk and Rorus make quick tags wearing down the Lava King with impact moves like the Knucklehead Knock. Eventually Warfare tags in and cleans house but The New School aren't down for long. Things look up for our make-shift team when Hybrid gets the tag but BLACK AND BLUE slows the giant down. A COUPE DE GRACE brings Warfare in to make the save. After Salt in the Wounds Rorus finally tags in the Blackheart.

Avarice is on his A-Game coming in with stomps to Hybrid but the beast no sells it! As if Primus itself pulsed through the Non-Believer he rises and swings a giant fist to the face of Avarice. The Blackheart takes it like a champ, stunning Hybrid with a slap that turns him around. Ever the veteran, Avarice sees his window executing a snap back suplex. Hybrid rises to be put down by a swinging neck snap . A pin attempt gets Paganax to walk in and emphatically break up the pin with a boot to the head. As the ref restores order, Avarice eyes down Paganax, lifts Hybrid for the 7th SIN, and makes the pin as the Oakens stand guard.

- What We See -

Like a river of slime below New York, the lava on Primus seems to be alive for the first time since 2121. Twelve foot waves crashing on the shores of Lava Run Peninsula were said to have taken out a Syndicate fusion grid. Smoke has started to emit out of several volcanos across Primus yet Mt. Ragnarok remains dormant. All of this in preparation of what may happen tonight - The Heathen Chief can bring the essence back to Primus and restore it to its natural state.



- Pre-Show -

Scorch and The Archangels vs. Mr. Bloat and Sycophant and Master

Gabriel defeated Mr. Bloat with ELYSIUM'S CHARGE at 19:01

Match Rating: 3.75


 When asked by the Archangels if he'd be interested in fighting with them against House of Pain, Scorch said you had me at fighting!

House of Pain controlled the action early on nearly getting a count out victory twice (Bloat pancaked Gabriel against the ring post first, then squashed him with a body splash from the ring apron to the floor). Gabriel survived multiple finishers to tag in his partner who didn't fare much better. Things changed when Scorch, who was over like rover, changed the course of the match off the hot tag. It goes back and forth with each team close but Bloat foolishly stayed in longer than he should. Obsessed with defeating everyone on The Six, he became gassed and easy pickings for Scorch and the Archangels.



- Non-Title -

Totalis vs. Peacemaker

Peacemaker defeated Totalis with PEACEMAKER'S OATH at 11:45

Match Rating: 4.25

 The match begins with Totalis and Peacemaker talking smack to each other in the middle of the ring. Peacemaker seems to have tired of this first scooping Totalis and slamming him to the mat. Totalis counters a running shoulder tackle with a spinebuster then takes it too far slapping Tiber in the face. Peacemaker responds by trying a gorilla press slam but Totalis slips out, a feat he would accomplish no less than four times.

An incredible match ensues with Peacemaker hitting rolling electric chair drop (rolled 4 times!) and only getting a 2 count.

Peacemaker switches up his game plan climbing the turnbuckle and jumping off with a huge forearm to the face of Totalis. PEACEMAKER says his OATH , drops Totalis and gets the win.



Pendragon vs. Shepard

Shepard defeated Pendragon with EXORCISM at 11:25

Match Rating: 4.00

 Pendragon makes the mistake of trying to throw the hardest shots with Shepard. A chop to Shepard's chest gets a still elbow to the jaw but Pendragon continues trading two more. He abandons this plan opting to use his power for a press slam. A Dragonlance has the Army of One in firm control getting a two count after a double powerbomb and a hard lariat. Shepard shocks everyone (Pendragon included) when he kicks out of back to back OVERTHROW's.

The fight ends up outside the ring,  so intense they end up over the barricade and into the crowd! The ref gives them leeway with the slowest 20 count ever. Shepard comes out on top of the brawl and the action returns to the ring. Both men go back to throwing alternating shots until connecting at the same time sending them both to the mat. Shepard is up first and climbs the turnbuckle but Pendragon follows! They exchange blows until Shepard hits a Pepsi Plunge on Pendragon! Climbing back atop the turnbuckle, Shepard nails a potent EXORCISM (4) and gets a huge victory.



- BATTLEZONE -

Ventross, Lance At-Las, and Aspin Northstar vs. The Amazing Mann, Holocaust, and Flatliner

The Amazing Mann defeated Ventross with UNBREAKABLE at 18:08

Match Rating: 4.00


 ASPIN NORTHSTAR VS. FLATLINER

The first match of the Battlezone is a total blow-out. Aspin hits three NORTHERN STAR SUPLEX'S before a backflip bicycle kick gets the pin.



ASPIN NORTHSTAR VS. HOLOCAUST

Holocaust comes in throwing a big metallic fist but Northstar rolls underneath it popping up hitting the ropes and connecting with a enziguri. Using his speed, Aspin keeps away from Holocaust wearing him down with fast attacks until a huge FLASH OF BRILLIANCE (5) gets a second pin.



ASPIN NORTHSTAR VS. THE AMAZING MANN

Full of adrenaline, Northstar attempts a flying arm drag to a charging Amazing Mann but he counters it with a Fujiwara armbar. Mann keeps the armbar on while hitting Northstar with rabbit punches frustrating Aspin. Eventually, The Amazing Mann transitions to UNBREAKABLE cinching it in tighter than he has yet (5). Northstar is forced to tap, ending his impressive run.



THE AMZING MANN VS. LANCE AT-LAS

Both men jockey for position with At-Las slipping behind Mann and taking him to the ground with a chicken wing.  Mann easily escapes and again applies the Fujiwara armbar. From there it's a succession of submissions until an arm wringer into a flying cross armbar for another tap out!



THE AMAZING MANN VS. VENTROSS

Ventross attacks with well placed knees to Mann's ribs but Mann counters with a hammerlock into a flying cross armbar into another Fujiwara armbar. The Amazing Mann continues his game plan with great success wearing down Ventross with a guillotine choke, tarantula and The Prestige (A Northern lights suplex

onto the hammer locked arm of Ventross). Contortion (Octopus Hold) nearly gets Ventross to submit but Mann wants to make a statement. Releasing Contortion, The Amazing Mann announces "The UNBREAKABLE Tour comes to Primus!" and executes the deepest UNBREAKABLE yet (6). Ventross is stuck in the middle of the ring and fades as a huge canned pop explodes in Syndicate Stadium. The Amazing Mann runs the table! Amazing!



- FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE -
aCe Tag Team Championship

The Brothers Oaken vs. Primeval Destruction

Hybrid defeated Rorus Oaken with a POISON DRIVER at 17:08

Match Rating: 3.50


The champions don't even get the belts off their waists when the fists start flying. The match doesn't take long to end up outside the ring and Donk is nearly pinned after a powerbomb on the floor. The teams splinter off - Donk and Warfare head to the concourse while Hybrid and Rorus end up backstage. Warfare puts Donk through a souvenir table then uses his own foam war hammers to beat the downed Oaken! Meanwhile, Rorus is a bloody mess his head being bashed into whatever Hybrid can find. All four men end up in the receiving bay where Rorus is nearly pinned after taking a piledriver on the roof of a space rover.

The tag champs get in some offense taking the brawl through the fans and into Syndicantina - a sports bar in the stadium. Things look good for the champs until Warfare drops Donk through a high top table and buries him under barstools. Hybrid drags Rorus on top of the bar and hits a POISON DRIVER getting the win as patrons cheer. The new tag champs celebrate with beverages given to them by rowdy fans!






- The Nemean Show -

Nemean looks a bit apprehensive about this edition of The Nemean Show. He tentatively introduces each member of The Dominion one at a time -



Godsend comes out first walking through synthetic fire as pyro explodes around him



Darkseed walks out calmly, Spiked Mace in hand but not wielding it in his usual maniacal manner.



The lights go out for a matter of seconds before returning with Nightmare standing in the ring with everyone.



All four men occupy their own corner, wary of an attack. Nemean takes control of his show and asks why Godsend called this meeting. Godsend offered up a proposal; a triple threat match at Battle of Centra, whoever wins is leader of The Dominion and the other two must fall in line.
"Like it or hate it, we are stronger together, and the aCe doesn't want that!"

Godsend continued. "Darkseed, Nightmare and Godsend! One time only! And then when it's said and done, you two will fall in line!" Nightmare smirked at the last line before nodding and slipping under the bottom rope and leaving. Darkseed snarled, nodded and left as well. To everyone's surprise (and maybe disappointment), the meeting went off without a hitch and the match is set.



- Prepare the Battlefield! -

Everyone wondered how hardcore Hustler was willing to make these matches, no one expected what they saw.

Hustler vs. Odyssey

Odyssey defeated Hustler with CHRONOCHASM at 15:24

Match Rating: 3.75


 Odyssey explodes with a series of kicks that takes Hustler down early. Hustler comes back with a running knee and a SKULL CAP for an early pin. Hustler wastes no time taking the action outside and breaking a plague tube over Odyssey's head. He breaks several other tubes over his back and head, ending it with the bundle to the delight and horror of fans. Back in the ring, Hustler grinds the jagged edge of the plague tube into Odyssey's forehead making him bleed. An angry Odyssey roars back with a kneeling elbow and tries for a wheel kick but Hustler moves, executing a pair of Street Soldier Suplexes instead. Hustler grabs a bag of the jax and throws them in the ring but Odyssey recovers and smashes him with a chair. Using the chair Odssey hits a moonsault legdrop with the chair getting a two count. Again using the chair (on top of Hustler) Odyssey crashes down with a imploding senton bomb getting another two count!

Outside the ring Odyssey is reversed into ringside steps allowing Hustler to take over. In the ring he empties the bag of jax all over and again hits a pair of Street Soldier Suplexes! The Ravager screams in pain! Hustler isn't done stomping Odyssey with a Curb Jaw then doubles down pistol whipping him! Odyssey manages to crawl outside the ring but Hustler is in hot pursuit. The Other gets a reprieve reversing an Irish whip and sending Hustler into the weeping willow of barb wire! Odyssey grabs the bag of SpinyThingz (Centra Lego bricks) spreading them out on the outside floor. With no mercy, Odyssey rips Hustler out of the willow wire tree and drops him with a shiranui onto the SpinyThingz!

The action goes around the ring with Hustler coming out on top and mad as hell. He pistol whips Odyssey again and again nearly knocking him out. Hustler signals the end is near leaving the ring and grabbing a glass pane. He's holding the glass pane when out of no where Omni jumps in the ring and superkicks the glass shattering it all over the Battlefield champion before it lands on his face! Omni helps up Odyssey and they connect with Double Vision before Odyssey ends it with CHRONOCHASM! Again Hustler is a victim of outside interference! It doesn't matter, Odyssey is the new Battlefield champion!






- Lava Pit -

Esperanto vs. Nes Kincade

Nes Kincade defeated Esperanto at 16:58

Match Rating: 4.00


 Kincade tries to jumpstart the match with a running clothesline but Esperanto absorbs it! He answers with a crooked arm lariat and The Painkiller (face-first uranage). Espo goes back to the lariat but Nes ducks and starts kicking the sheriffs thighs. Esperanto no sells the kicks instead coming with a one-two combo. They trade blows until Kincade takes Esperanto down with a flying head scissors into triple moonsaults.

Kincade takes the fight to the Pit floor throwing gravel in Esperanto's eyes then executing an angel wing facebuster. He makes his way up the wall but Esperanto is hot on his tail. Esperanto catches up to him and throws him off with a Rock Bottom all the way back to the ring! Back in the ring Esperanto hangs Nes out to dry with the High Noon Hangover before picking up a rock using it for some loaded fisticuffs. Esperanto beats Kincade around the Pit before climbing a few feet with Nes and superplexing him off into a hot area of lava! Esperanto starts his climb but loses his grip and ends up back at the bottom.

The fight carries on until Nes Kincade finds himself in a lifted chicken wing. Desperate, Kincade kicks back for a low blow getting out of the hold. He hits a huge MTFO! (5) and rolls out of the ring. Just then a ladder is lowered into the Lava Pit! Kincade climbs up as Esperanto staggers to the bottom to pursue but it's too late! Kincade reaches the top, The Oakens grabbing his hands to pull him out for the win.

Avarice vs. Paganax

Paganax defeated Avarice with a Primal Scream at 16:08

Match Rating: 5.00


Aegis walks out on the stage before the start of the match.

"I'm here to announce that if any member of The New School interfere in the match, not only will it will result in a disqualification for Avarice but he will lose the aCe heavyweight title!"

The fans go nuts for this announcement knowing they will get a fair match.



Both men meet in the middle of the ring Avarice trash talking the whole time. The Blackheart must have stepped over the line because Paganax attacks with a vicious face and body rake followed by a Primal Scream kick. Avarice gets the better of a clothesline and locks in Crown of Thorns before stomping Paganax repeatedly. A snap back suplex dazes the Big Red Machine before a Shining Wizard puts him on his back. Avarice goes back to Crown of Thorns but Paganax uses his immense strength to get to the ringside apron. Both men trade blows before Paganax picks up the Blackheart and body slams him from the apron all the way to the announcers table! Avarice bounces off the table and is in incredible pain!

Paganax wastes no time throwing the champion back in the ring and hitting PAGAN VOID. Avarice kicks out at two but Paganax hits another! Incredibly Avarice kicks out on one (roll of 11). Frustrated Paganax picks up Avarice and puts him down with a decimating chokeslam. Another pin but Avarice kicks out! Paganax wastes no time throwing the champ in the air for another PAGAN VOID but again Avarice kicks out on one! (another 11 roll) Paganax can't believe it!

The Heathen Chief bloodies Avarice with a jab to the mouth and disrespects him with a hard backhand. Avarice returns the favor stunning the Lava King with a slap. Another jab to the mouth leads to a Primal Scream and a pin but Avarice kicks out yet again! The fans are going nuts and actually start cheering for the Blackheart! Two guillotine lariats have Avarice slow to get to his feet but Paganax waits patiently. Knowing the end is near Avarice rises, spits blood at Paganax and gets his head rocked with another Primal Scream kick. There's no getting up from this one and Paganax wins a brutal classic.





AFTERMATH

Paganax once again raises the aCe heavyweight title over his head. The skies of Primus turn a blood red and smoke from Mt. Ragnarok can be seen for miles. The fans cheers turn to screams of horror when Primus itself starts to quake! The lights at Syndicate arena flicker before losing power and everything goes dark!

Exodus - It feels good denying that sicko of anything but yes I admit I took pleasure in being the two to stop him!

You've hit a slump, going 0-3 on the last three supercards, what do you think is the reason?

Pendragon - I fought three of the best ever to do it in the aCe, but I have no excuses. I'm not gonna wallow in past defeats. I'm going to pull myself up by my bootstraps and work harder than before. This is just a minor bump in the road.

After a slow start to the year you have been on a roll, what's next for the Vagabond Priest?

Shepard - I know Peacemaker is next in line for a shot at the aCe heavyweight title but I plan to be the next in line.

That may not be up to you. According to the standings there are quite a few people ahead of you.

Shepard - Then I better get to work. I think I'll start with the people I've suffered loses to this year.

Ventross and The Archangels appeared together, all looking dejected.

Despite the result, it was quite an impressive outing for Aspin Northstar, almost like a coming out party.

Aspin Northstar - It means nothing if we don't get the win. If my cardio was up I would have been able to keep up with The Amazing Mann. I gotta be better.

Ventross - You did great Aspin, this is on us. Lance and I dropped the ball not you.

At-Las didn't say anything just sat looking disgusted.

The Oakens aren't in their seats but thirty seconds before Scorch and Esperanto bust in and start the brawl. Media members run for cover as the four men fight around the room. Chairs and tables are flying everywhere until security are able to gain control.

Media shouted more questions about what that means and rules for the defenses but The Others weren't answering.

Attorney - I will be looking into the proclamation of Aegis at the start of the main event. It has come to my attention that this edict was not handed down by the Board of Directors and Aegis went into business for himself, to use wrestling nomenclature. If these allegations are true we will seek immediate action.

- What We See -

The Blue Collar fans of the Westland Province are buzzing about tonight's main event - The Brothers Oaken vs. Scorch and hometown hero Esperanto! The feud between The New School and The Regulators, although fragmented, has been the hottest in aCe since before HOLY W4R. Tonight's encounter has the Western Pavillion packed to it's limit!

Scud vs. Lance At-Las

Scud defeated Lance At-Las with a Flipping Cross Body Block at 10:03

Match Rating: 3.75

 At-Las loses his cool with all the show-boating Scud does in the beginning of the match that he gets thrown off his game plan. The result is painful for both men with a  Scud Missile sending Lance to the outside of the ring. Scud hurries back in the ring and flies with two Kamikaze Dives. As Lance climbs back in he's met with Breakneck Speed and a pin. Three arm drag takedowns lead to a flying kick that At-Las reverses into a piledriver giving him room to breathe.

From this point At-Las slows the match down and it looks like a forgone conclusion that he will win almost doing so with a Atlas World Beater. Lance decides to take it to the air jumping off the turnbuckle with a cross body block but Scud kips up flipping when At-Las connects and reversing the move! Scud gets the win and is as shocked as
At-Las!

AFTER THE MATCH

Lance sits in the ring, knees to his chest and arms on his knees dumbfounded at what just occurred.

- The Nemean Show -

"Welcome everyone to a double dose of The Nemean Show! Back to back jam-packed entertainment for your viewing pleasure! The last episode was...something. Heck, it's my show and I didn't feel comfortable saying anything to anyone involved. That is different tonight. My guest...or guests depending on the rumors... are very close to me. Without further ado please welcome new Battlefield champion, Odyssey!"

Odyssey came out of the back sans Battlefield title. He stopped ten steps out turned and waited for his Other to walk out with his Battlefield title! Omni walks up to Odyssey, stands next to him and hands him the belt. The Others make their way to the ring to the bewilderment of the fans.

"Ok I think I can speak for everyone here when I say, what the heck is going on?" Nemean comically wields his mic between both Omni and Odyssey.

Omni speaks first.

"It's simple, brother. It's kind of fitting that we are here in the Western Pavilion where me and Odyssey had our first match. We turned this crowd around, got them into our match and what was our reward? Six more matches against each other with a carrot dangled on a stick!" Odyssey held the Battlefield title high for those who didn't get the hint. He took over speaking.

"So before our 7th in the Best Of series, I asked Omni to meet me to discuss a truce. We would make our own luck, not be beholden to The Boards sense of Entertainment. We would set the rules! Now here we are, holding the Battlefield championship!"

Nemean looked confused. "We?"

Odyssey continued. "The rules for the reign are this - either Omni, I or the Others together can defend the Battlefield championship! Once we get to seven defenses, we will trade in the title for an aCe Heavyweight title shot! A Triple Threat Match!"

The crowd gasps at the possibilities of what could happen if they are successful. They didn't get to think long as Hustler's music hits and he walks out from the back.

"Yo that sounds awesome and all of that, but -ish ain't gonna get that far! I'm challenging that punk Omni next week to get my title back! See you then you mark-ass Other!"

Hustler drops the mic, flips off the Ravagers in the ring then heads to the back.

The Archangels vs. Sycophant and Master

Sycophant the Deviant defeated Exodus via Count Out at 11:17

Match Rating: 3.00

Sycophant took the offensive advantage against Gabriel almost immediately and refused to let go. Using Asphyxiation and THE TOURNIQUET it looked like the match was heading for a quick end. Gabriel fought through two Twisted Neckbreakers and Bound and Gagged (mandible claw) to make the hot tag to Exodus.

Starting off strong with Kingdom Come, Exodus goes on a rampage with a flipping lariat into a Flight Kick that send The Deviant to the outside. Exodus wows the crowd with a spectacular cross body from the turnbuckle onto Sycophant on the floor. Sycophant beats the 20 count in to be met with WRATH OF GOD. As Exodus goes for the pin he notices Mr. Bloat lumbering out. Bloat sloppily climbs on the apron when Exodus connects with an elbow but Bloat clamps down! Exodus screams in pain as Bloat drags him through the middle rope and to the floor. The Centrapolis security detail try to pull Bloat off but he won't let go of the arm of Exodus. Finally letting go Mr. Bloat lets blood drip from his mouth to his belly. Due to Exodus attacking first the ref didn't ring the bell for the disqualification. He was however counting to twenty the whole time he was outside the ring leading to the loss for the Archangels.

- Pendragon & Lance At-Las -

Lance At-Las sat on a folding chair outside his locker room, head in hand, going over tonight's match in his head.

"You ok, old man?" Pendragon commented as he walked by At-Las.

The two had grown closer in recent months. Pendragon thought he could use a friendly ribbing nickname. On this day he was wrong.

"What the hell did you call me?" asked Lance looking sideways at the former champ.

Confused, Pendragon said "Just saying hi, Lance."

At-Las stood annoyed. "No, you didn't say 'hi, Lance.' You said something about being an old man!"

Pendragon put his hands up trying to avoid confrontation.

"Lance, I-"

"Don't call me Lance! You haven't earned the right!"

Pendragon's confusion turned to sternness as he walked to get into the face of Lance At-Las. As the two almost came together, aCe security came between them. The usual back and forth with comments happened, but security made sure they kept them separate.

Darkseed vs. Witchdoctor

Darkseed defeated Witchdoctor with a spinebuster slam at 0:40

 The Board wanted The Dominion to take on one competitor over the next three shows in an exhibition of their skills. Not many were quick to offer their services. In fact, only one - Witchdoctor. When asked why he would volunteer for such a thing he said "To get revenge for The Harvester of the Plague, Murdok! Godsend betrayed Murdok when he needed him most, I will make them all pay and resurrect the Crusade!"
He'll wish he didn't.

Witchdoctor tries to get the jump on Darkseed with a few punches to the ribs of the beast. Darkseed kicks him in the gut sending him flying back. Witchdoctor charges back but gets caught with a wicked spinebuster slam and it's over.

Shepard vs. Nes Kincade

Nes Kincade defeated Shepard via Disqualification at 9:32

Match Rating: 3.75

 Shepard was in control the entire match, dishing out stiff elbows and high kicks to the crowds delight. To Kincade's credit, he took the beating and didn't give up, once getting in a kick to Shepard's gut. That just made Shepard double down on the beating throwing multiple palm strikes and atomic elbows. Things turn violent outside the ring where the Vagabond Priest repeatedly smashes Nes with a chair to the back again to the delight of fans. Nes tries to crawl back in the ring but Shepard pulls him right back out bashing him again with the chair! The ref warns Shepard to get the fight back in the ring which he does. Shepard is frustrated when Nes kicks out of a pin following a Silver Bullet and again after a Super Chop. He decides to take the fight outside again and hits multiple European Uppercuts one after another. The ref again tries to stop Shepard but gets pushed off and to the ground for his trouble. With tunnel vision Shepard runs the length of the outside and hits Nes with a Silver Bullet that sends Kincade into the barricade and accidentally into the ref! Angered the ref calls for the bell and awards the bout to Nes Kincade sighting Shepard's refusal to listen and putting his hands on him!

Fans boo as Shepard tries to talk to the ref but it doesn't work, Nes has his second victory over Shepard!

The Brothers Oaken vs.  Esperanto and Scorch

Scorch defeated Donk Oaken with a Bottle to the Head at 15:31

Match Rating: 4.50

 The bell rings and the brawl is on! Esperanto and Donk exchange blows, Esperanto with a one-two combo and bootheels to head; Donk with an open-hand slap and scoop slam. Both men go back and forth until Rorus tags in and drops Esperanto with Hard as Oak (top of his head chinbreaker) BLACK AND BLUE gets a two count and Rorus moves the fight to the outside. Donk picks up Esperanto and the Oakens execute a Doomsday Device on the floor but Esperanto beats the count! Somehow Esperanto kicks out of another BLACK AND BLUE but Scorch breaks up the COUPE DE GRACE.

Esperanto manages to make the hot tag and Scorch goes off! Burning Fury gets a two count as does THE TRAILBLAZER. The Regulators come together for SPECIAL FORCES but Rorus breaks it up with a chair drawing the disqualification.

The crowd goes crazy booing and throwing trash as the Oakens make their way out. Esperanto isn't having it.

"No way. These people paid good money to see a fight! I ain't done fightin! Scorch ain't done fightin! I don't accept the disqualification. Get back in here and finish the fight, unless you're chicken s**t!"

The Oakens accept and rush the ring! The crowd explodes as the fight continues!

The second part of the match saw both teams hitting signature moves to try to keep the other team down. Donk takes most of the damage suffering Hair of the Dog (in this case Turnbuckle Stomps) 4 times IN A ROW. Exhausted, both teams come close several times to getting the win despite the fans requesting they fight forever. History nearly repeats itself in the restarted match. Donk manages to kick out of a pumphandle plex but gets dragged into the corner for another turnbuckle stomp then pin. Rorus makes the save putting a knee into Scorch's back before being escorted out by the ref. Esperanto grabs a bottle of elixir and clocks Donk as he starts to stand breaking it over his head! Scorch puts an arm over Donk and wins the battle!

- The Attorney of Avarice -

The Attorney makes his way to the ring to the loudest boos of the night. Unfazed, he waits for the boos to die down before beginning.

"By the looks of the finish of that last bout I'll be working overtime." Amazingly, the fans boo louder than before. The Attorney continues.

"As I said in the press conference following Syndicate Slam, I believe that Aegis did not act in good faith when announcing the stipulations before the main event which was proven true- The Board didn't approve the changes. Couple this with the decision to move an entire show from my clients venue to a new location and forcing my client to wrestle with heat exhaustion proves without a shadow of a doubt that Aegis' Modus operandi is vengeance against Avarice. Therefore we are asking The Board to fire Aegis or we will follow through with a lawsuit that, quite frankly, would cripple them and the aCe. Actually, Avarice Championship Entertainment has a nice ring to it. My client and I will be at next weeks show for their response."
