some current teams for the EVOLVE cards:

Johnny Gargano and Drew Galloway are the current EVOLVE Tag Team Champions

Anthony Nese and Caleb Konley are the Premier Athlete Brand (PAB) and have been managed by SoCal Val

Matt Riddle- the name just announced for the next set- and Drew Gulak are part of a faction called Catch Point

Chris Hero and Tommy End are a tag team called Heroes. Eventually. Die.

outside of EVOLVE, Tommy End and Zack Sabre Jr. have been part of a team called Eurotrash.

especially in PWG, Ricochet and Rich Swann were once a tag team called Inner City Machine Guns (ICMGs)

Drew Gulak and Timothy Thatcher as TAG (Thatcher and Gulak) were recent tag team champions in Championship Wrestling from Hollywood


as for some feuds:

Roderick Strong and Drew Galloway had a great feud in EVOLVE which at one point involved them fighting on top of the venue's bar and out into the streets of Ybor City

before teaming up together, Galloway and Gargano had somewhat of a rivalry culminated by a great match against each other at Mercury Rising (the best match I saw live last year during Mania weekend)

Timothy Thatcher and Biff Busick last year had a rivalry with Chris Hero

this is a feud that mostly happened in PWG, but Zack Sabre Jr. vs Roderick Strong was a big feud and they wrestled an absolute masterpiece of a match against each other in EVOLVE last July (as well as two awesome recent matches in PWG.)

There will be some more names to add to both the teams and feuds list once the other 7 EVOLVE cards for EVOLVE 3 are all announced.

not a complete list and others here (such as Crimson Cross- another big EVOLVE fan) can add to it, just some answers I thought of immediately upon reading the question

Great list Vegas and I'll add Su Yung did manage the Premier Athlete Brand before SoCal Val takes over and they also were together with the PAB, but Yung was being pushed out by Val, plus the PAB did feud with Rich Swann. A cool note is Jon Davis pushed for the EVOLVE Championship. It just started, but you have Riddle vs. Thatcher. Overall, Vegas pretty much hit the key stuff with the first two sets...
