ECW HARDCORE TV # 01

[ECW Hardcore TV opens with the ECW theme song blasting through the arena. The camera goes onto the ringside fans and we see them all chanting “ECW! ECW! ECW!” The camera then goes onto the ring where Joey Styles is standing with a microphone. He smiles at the camera that is on him and begins to speak on the microphone!]

Joey Styles: Welcome everyone to ECW Hardcore TV! I am your host, Joey Styles. Let’s get this show on the road, shall we? I would like to introduce to you, the owner of Extreme Championship Wrestling, Paul E. Dangerously!

[The crowd goes crazy as Paul E. Dangerously makes his way through the curtain and down the aisle. He walks down the aisle and gets into the ring. The fans are cheering loudly for him. He takes the microphone from Joey Styles and then begins to speak.]

Paul E. Dangerously: Ladies and gentlemen, ECW is back and we are more hardcore than ever! You can all thank Vince McMahon for giving me the chance to run ECW once again. Now, I want to also announce that we are returning to pay per view April 30th with “ECW Hostile City Showdown!” Our first show will feature Rhino defending both his Television championship and his World Heavyweight championship. In the main event Rhino will have back to back matches. For the Television championship he will defend against Jerry Lynn. For the World Heavyweight, he will take on Rob Van Dam! It’s going to be a hell of a show and you don’t want to miss it. Now when we get back from commercial break, we are going to see two young wrestlers wrestle – ECW has always been known to have the best young talent and this match will show just that as El Generico will take on Shane Strickland!

[The show goes to a commercial break.]

Shane Strickland –versus- El Generico
In a fast paced opening match, El Generico defeated Shane Strickland with a Brainbuster at five minutes and eleven seconds. (**)

[Justin Credible is seen backstage. He is standing beside The Queen of Extreme – Francine, and he has a Singapore cane in his hand. He looks at the camera, laughs to himself and then begins to speak.]

Justin Credible: A lot of people are wanting to know, what have I been up to. I’ve been waiting for this day for Extreme Championship Wrestling to be back. There is one person, one wrestler I want to face at Hostile City Showdown and that is The Sandman. Sandman, I challenge you to a match at Hostile City Showdown and you all know, that’s not just the coolest, that’s not just that best – that’s just incredible!

[The scene cuts to a commercial.]

Claudio Castagnoli –versus- Adam Cole
Claudio Castagnoli defeated Adam Cole with a Ricola Bomb at seven minutes and eight seconds. (**)

[The Sandman is scene backstage sitting on a bench in a locker room. He sees the camera, takes out a smoke and lights it up. He takes a puff and then begins to speak.]

The Sandman: Justin Credible, you want to challenge me to a match? Well guess what, you’ve got it! You’re going to wish you never asked me to fight because I am going to kick your ass!
[The scene cuts a commercial.]

[The scene cuts to Paul E. Dangerously. He sees the camera and talks.]
