World title - Looks like Mil Mascaras with 37 cards...topping Ted DiBiase's 36 card reign. He won that title from Nick Bockwinkel and lost it to DiBiase.
World Tag Team Titles - The Flying Redheads hit a record 55 cards, winning the belts from The Road Warriors in a triple threat involving Hardcore Legacy (Sheik & Sabu) and lost them to The Fabulous Kangaroos in a triple threat involving The Road Warriors.
US Heavyweight Title - Bobo Brazil appears to have the top two reigns, 24 and 22 cards. His record-making reign was begun by beating Ted DiBiase and ended by The Sheik.
US Tag Team Titles - King Kong Bundy & Ox Baker, the first US Tag Team Champions, were also the record setters with 21 cards, beating Strangler Lewis & Killer Kowalski in a tournament final and losing the belts to Steve Williams & Ted DiBiase...
TV Champion - Initial champion Ted DiBiase strung together an impressive 44 card run after beating The Destroyer in a tournament final. He lost the belt in an upset to Johnny Valiant.
Jr. Heavyweight Champion - Sabu beat Billy Red Lyons to begin an incredible 38 card run, losing the belt to Ray Stevens in a Ladder Match.

I suppose I should have read the topic a little more before posting.
Jim Londos with the LWF Heavyweight, Nick Bockwinkel with the LAW Heavyweight, and Frank Gotch with the RoV Grand Championship are tied at 14 successful defenses apiece for the the big belt. Bruiser Brody stands alone at 32 succesful defenses for the LWF United States title. The Fabulous Kangaroos are the top tag team with 20 defenses of the AWF Tag Team titles.

In my LOW fed Major League Wrestling (MLW), the longest current reigning champion was Nick Bockwinkel who was my World Champion on my RAW brand until ironically today when he lost his title at Cyber Sunday to end an exact 11 month reign (December 2 until today November 2). Now my current longest reigning champion is Jim Londos who is also on my RAW brand and who is my Intercontinental Champion. Londos retained his title today at Cyber Sunday by defeating Ed "Strangler" Lewis and has had the title since he won it from Larry Zbyszko at Wrestlemania. My Ladies Champion Sherri Martel, whose current title reign goes back to New Years Revolution is technically my actual longest reigning champion but I don't really count her since I rarely have that title defended. Buddy Rogers has been my only World Champion in my LWF fed. He's held the title for 14 months and has had 15 title defenses. The Road Warriors are the World Tag Champs and have held the titles twice. Their longest title run was for 13 months and 13 title defenses. Nick Bockwinkel held the US Title for nine months and had 9 title defenses.
