That may be a dumb question, but the dumb answer is that was the exact problem. I didn't even see an option to scroll down. THANKS!!

I'm actually playing now!! The game seems like a lot of fun, but it's gonna take some time to understand all this stuff.

I really appreciate that! I think I just finished my first match (it doesn't actually say that somebody won, as far as I can tell.) Now I've gotta figure out which online set to buy and how to get a fed started. ve

When you go to game table, they'll list names on the bottom. If you choose more than one player, all you have to do is hit join table.
Lots of good sets out there, just depends what you like best. I have most of the GWF, a good chunk of legends, a few indy sets plus all PP stuff myself.
Game Table doesn't declare winner, just note when you roll PIN or lower the match is over. Just takes a bit of practice.

Now I've gotta figure out which online set to buy and how to get a fed started. ve Start in 2087! Those 24 characters are so epic. You have the good guys in Star Warrior, Massif and Commander Sam, plus legend Omega. The loner Wolf! Not to mention the top villains... Thantos broke the code after all, and he enlisted the Gladiators (Brute and Massacre) and Comrade Terror to take over the federation. Not to mention the evil Exo-King! Don't even get me started on the Invincible Krakan and the awful stuff he does -- thankfully the Flying Titans led by Lord Nexus can keep him in line. The Greek Gods are an awesome tag team too! You also get Pulsar, who is a rookie in the first season but within three years? Whew. Gets really good. Genghis Khan and the Executioner are pretty sweet too. Death Knight! Awesome character. ...anyway, I could keep going, but yeah... ...start in 2087.

If you want the GWF
If you're into Legends, honestly, pick the set where you see most wrestlers you like. I picked 5 to start, and have never regretted it.

This game is amazing. I bought two sets of Legends (mainly because Ted Dibiase and Steve Williams are my favorite team and that was the only way to get them.) I've had tourneys for all my singles titles and I'm actually getting my fed set up. I realized, I have no idea how to set up speciality matches, or if that's even possible with this game.
