New to game. Starting online. I'm doing something wrong.

I signed up for the online game last night. I've never played a filsinger game before so I can't wait to try it out. I've got the 4-person demo pack and I'm ready to go. However, when I go to the game table all I see are some tool tips at the top of the screen. No options to choose a wrestler, or fed or anything. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.



The PBP appears to work just fine.

Basically just login to cotgonline.com, click on Game Play Area at the very top of the page. On the left you will see Play Matches. Click that and then choose the number of players. Choose your wrestlers and you are off to the races.

Once in the game play area...watch the video, it is 2:11 of jus what you need. I am not one for instructions, but trust me, the "help" page is a must read...start with the basic game rules...get a feel for game play, and then add check out the advanced rules. I recommend bringing the advanced rules to your game play a few at a time, the beauty of the game play system is that you can add the advanced rules a few at a time until you get used to them and then bring in more until you are comfortable.

Thanks for the replies. I've watched the video and I think I've done all the steps. When I click on "play matches" and select "just me!" for the number of players, it takes me to a black screen with just the links at the top of the page to various help topics. my wrestlers don't appear.

The wrestlers do seem to work for PBP, though.

This sounds like it might be an issue with the browser being incompatible with the game table app... Just a guess, though.

Maybe a dumb question but did you try scrolling down? I think the top portion of the page is for the text of your match / chat room. I think the wrestler select is lower on the page.

dunno...just logged in on both IE 11 and chrome and had no issues. if you haven't scrolled down like pikemojo suggests, do so...and if that doesn't work hit the LINK pariah posted.
