I read on WikiPedia that dark matches for SHIMMER (those not included on any of their DVDs) are considered Sparkle matches. How many of these Sparkle dark matches does SHIMMER schedule at each of their shows? I'm trying to set up my own SHIMMER promotion using the same format that the actual promotion uses, including bi-annual SHINE internet pay per views (I'm assuming SHINE i-PPVs are bi-annual, since SHIMMER shows only run once every three months.) I've already learned from the SHIMMER website that each "DVD Volume" holds 12 matches, and with two DVDs worth of matches being shot during each show, that's 24 matches per three-month show. I'm only going to run 12 SHIMMER matches every three months, rather than try to hold 24 matches and split them into two volumes, and I would like to include a number of Sparkle dark matches that are comparatively similar to how many would be featured if SHIMMER only did 12 matches every three months rather than 24.

Also SHINE runs monthly shows given they are part of the WWNLive family.

I've got one other question concerning SHIMMER. What's the significance of the Heart of SHIMMER championship? Is it a secondary title to the SHIMMER championship or is it just the SHIMMER championship title re-named? Since I'm not certain about it, when I set up my SHIMMER fed, I'm going to assume it's a secondary title equivilant to the ROH TV title.

The Heart of Shimmer Championship is indeed a secondary championship in Shimmer.

I am happy that promotions like Shimmer and Shine exist. It adds a lot of texture to another wise homogenous wrestling landscape, and provides a nice alternative to the WWE's division.
In my slice of the gaming world, there is no Shine. Just Shimmer. I have 2 supershow weekends in Berwyn twice a year, 9 smaller cards in Florida (where Shine operates), and the WM weekend show. Several of my indy feds also have either a women's division or have matches.
