I talked with Tim about this at G-Con. Ray Stevens just does not come across as a card he should have. The artwork is also a bit lacking IMO.

I wish Bob Orton Jr. had something on his card like "hit with cast"
the Missing Link has started doing better for me but his offense seems a little to weak
maybe it's just the way the dice land for me but I think Bruiser Brody, Ivan Koloff and Larry Hennig could be a little better
and I barely use Apter and MGC
aa far as the art, I'm not the biggest fan of: Larry Zbyszko - he looks more like in his WCW run and I want AWA Larry with a mullet I just don't care much for the Bill Apter pic other than that, there are guys I wish different pics were used as reference but most of the cards look real good
all in all though I'd only make slight changes, so I think the guys doing the stats and the art are doing an amazing job

I use Apter every show and Capetta every time I roll doubles to start a match.
Cousin Luke spent the least amount of time in my LWF, as I just didn't have a use for him other than jobber, and when the fed expanded, I decided to make him just go away.

I don't really hate any of the cards. I have never used Ida Mae Martinez, the only card in the game that holds that distinction. The card's fine, but I'm just not a fan of women's wrestling. Sherri has appeared in a manager capacity. If Moolah, Richter, and Lelani Kai were added I might use them every once in a while.
I don't see the problem with the Ray Stevens drawing that some do. It looks like Stevens to me. Larry Hennig from that set is more of a disappointment. Art-wise Danny Doring is probably among the worst as far as likeness and quality. Actually, he's another card I have to force myself to use. Short of needing someone to fill the roll of "ex-ECW guy" I don't do anything with him.
Of course there are a lot people will argue with because they aren't as tough as some think they should be, or TOO tough, or cards that represent the "wrong era". I have some of those, but I don't let it distract me too much.

I dislike the Steve Williams card also. I find that he gets thrashed by more agile wrestlers whereas in real life wasn't he a beast who would toss these smaller guys all over?
And as for George South, I'm giving him a run-out at Survivor Series. See how long he lasts.

I find it funny how certain guys are able to get wins for some leagues and get destroyed in others, but still wrestle the same guys

I have no problem with Brody's down-3 as the rest of his card is pretty strong, and he always has a good match.
What I strongly dislike is having counter-1 appear twice on L 2 defense as the only counters. It just slows down matches and makes some boring to me. I remember someone on the team commenting that they were trying something new, but (not counting LOTF), out of the past 2 or 3 sets, we have about 10 cards that have it (Hennig, Liger, Stevens, Williams, Corino, Goering, Mosca, Bepo, Mountie, and Muraco.
Heck, I'd prefer a counter-1, counter-2 and down-3 to that. Since most of the action takes place on L2 offense and defense, it just slows the matches down big time, at least to me.

I'm not too fond of the Missing Link's card.
The other that bugs me is Diamond Dallas Page. I know he's not the greatest wrestler ever, but he is the only modern major fed champion we have! We have no WWE champions post Wrestlemania era and only one major WCW Champion, Diamond Dallas Page. Plus, his finisher the Diamond Cutter is one of my favorite of all time. I guess my real complaint is he should be a threat for a major belt, simply because of his status in wrestling history.

Yeah agree with DDP but his card dynamic is fantastic being able to hit the Cutter on Defense is hot!
