Despite their inability to function as an actual team, it looks like DJ and Slayer may have just knocked off the most formidable team in the competition... Snap! What will they do for an encore? And can they avoid the wrath of an angry giant?
Not sure what ace She Devil has just bestowed upon Magnus Colby, but judging by his excitement, it's gotta be something special...

Match # 2 - Men's Singles Division
Bryan Danielson vs The Sheik
The amount of blood that both Danielson and The Sheik lost in this match disturbed
the announcers. Danielson and The Sheik brutalized each other in a total - back
and forth - inside and outside the ring - war. The announcers table had to be
replaced after the match, both wrestlers heads left it in shambles. Even the
ref had blood on him. The Sheik had caught Danielson several times in a side
headlock and had absolutely shredded his face and forehead with a fork.
Conversely, Danielsons' triangle choke forced the Sheik to spit up blood and a well placed roundhouse
kick, left the Sheik clearly grasping and favoring his left side for the remainder of the
match. The turning point wasn't the first of Danielsons CROSSFACE CHICKENWINGS,
but the second one. The Sheik wasn't going to be able to escape. At that
moment, the lights went out. Not just for the Sheik, but in the entire arena. Both
of the referees legs were suddenly grabbed by somebody and he was pulled under
the ropes and quickly fell out onto the arena floor. When the lights came back
on, whomever had dragged the referee out of the ring was gone. This had allowed
the Sheik to eventually wriggle out of the hold, but just enough to collapse
into the center of the ring. Danielson, delirious with blood-loss, went for the
kill and mounted the top rope. It was at this precise moment, during the second
and final blackout of the match, that whomever it was who pulled the referee out of the
ring, slithered out from underneath it and quickly escaped to the locker rooms.
When the lights had came back on, Danielson had somehow kept his balance and
remained perched in the corner on the top ropes. The blackout allowed the Sheik
time to recover, when the lights came on, he grabbed Danielson and body slammed
him back into the ring. The Sheik, half elbow dropped and half fell on
Danielson, hooked the leg and got the three count. The bloody and overwhelmed
referee suffered the crowds wrath. Within moments, The Dark Menace made his way
to the arena, grabbed the microphone and said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I
am here by reversing this decision...You're winner by disqualification...Bryan
Danielson!". The crowd erupted. He dropped the microphone and said to his only referee,
"Snafu...you're fired". Snafu exited the ring area and with a quick look back at
ringside, punched himself in the face.

The New Men's Singles Division and Champion Of The Extreme Title has
officially been established. Due to all of the suggestions received by the WIWF
and by popular demand, the Extreme Division that will be competing for this
title will be comprised of 32 individual wrestlers from both the existing WIWF singles and
tag divisions. We are pleased to announce from the WIWF Men's Tag Division -
Rob Van Dam and Sabu are the first two wrestlers named to also compete in this
division.
On a jet black dagger shaped spaceship leaving the orbit of the planet Brimstone - spoke this man:
"Now that you are the interim commissioner of the WIWF, we move on to
the next phase. Sammael has been signed to the fed yes?
Dark Menace (speaking into the intercom/communicator in his office) - "Yes, oversaw that personally. My recruiter did as
instructed.
"Excellent. Sammael is now unexpectedly...vampiric, doubling his skill, making things easier for us, and him very dangerous. Unleash
him as soon as possible. However, it is in our best interests, if he is kept
under surveillance at all times".
Dark Menace - "He's is already under a watchful eye as we speak...and I have spoken to the booker.
The two adjoining penthouse suites have been reserved for you and your
entourage at the Arena Hotel, just outside WIWF Stadium, indefinitely".
"Good, I will be there soon, there are already too many opportunists
there trying to situate themselves and sink their claws into that fed"...
"The Center Of The Universe is mine, and it will serve as the perfect
front".

Hello all,
I have a question:
Part of the approach I wanted to take with this fed was to provide pictures of the WIWF wrestlers (artwork only) as I go, so it can help everyone picture the matches and interactions, (in case they are unfamiliar with any).
But I cannot seem to be able to save these pictures to the posts.
Is there any way to do something of this sort?
All of the images seem to be larger than 1KB.

The easiest way I know to insert images into your posts is by using HTML tags... (img)URL of the picture(/img)... Only replace the round brackets with square brackets... For example (img)http://www.cotgonline.com/members/stattracker/characters/DeliriousGreenthumb.jpg(/img) using the square brackets would become...  |

George Hackenschmidt vs Mayhem Unleashed with The Leveler
By the time the ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta had announced the two new WIWF referees - Kim for the Womens Matches and a masked wrestler sized male referee who goes under the name The Shroud for the Mens Matches, Mayhem Unleashed couldn't stop the voices any longer and with a growl, charged through everybody to get to Hackenschmidt, knocking several over in the process. Mayhems kicks, punches and chops were met by Hackenschmidts standing half nelsons and headlocks. The tide turned when Mayhem, frustrated by scientific counter-moves from Hackenschmidt, wipped Hackenschmidt with his chain, the Shroud warned him immediately to stop. To which Mayhem paused, wrapped the chain around his fist, sucked on the chain momentarily, (all whilst staring into the Shrouds eyes) and punched Hackenschmidt with it. The Shroud wasted no time in disqualifying Mayhem. Your winner by disqualification - George Hackenschmidt. As Mayhem Unleashed and The Leveler argued with the crowd on their way back to the locker rooms, Hackenschmidt asked the Shroud for the microphone and said, "That was ridiculous...even though I am moving forward towards my goal of Champion Of The Universe, I demand a no holds barred rematch...but without that walking cannon by your side...oh and bring that chain Mayhem...you're going to need it!" Moments later, the Shroud touched an earpiece within the Red and Black mask he wears and seemed to be lining this up already.

We are proud to report the upcoming additions to the Extreme Division. Both from the WIWF Mens Singles Division - and both from the Andromeda system, GWF Legends - Monolith and Wolf. Also, this straight from the Commissioners Desk, The Dark Menace has officially stated that when all of the championship matches have been announced, he will be stepping down permanently and his successor will be the winner of what was originally an 8 man battle royal, but is now a 16 man Battle Royal entitled "Commissioner By Combat". The first combatant in the Battle Royal is from the WIWF Mens Singles Division, from the GWF - The Gamemaster and original Code Breaker himself - Thantos. The second combatant is from the LWF and the WIWF Mens Singles Division - Lou Thesz. The third combatant known at this time is also from the WIWF Mens Singles Division and from the GWFZ - son of WIWF Manager Magnus Colby...Marcus Colby.
From an office several levels below the WIWF Stadium and the WIWF Head Offices:
From here, The Aethran Overmaster handled all of his businesses and laid out all of this strategies for the wrestlers under his rule. Many Aethrans had been signed to the WIWF and he knew that the WIWF Championships were only a matter of time. Their (as well as his own) dominance in the ring were going to overpower the entire WIWF as well as the universe, since all of his scouts have been reporting that in only a matter of time, all major wrestling federations in the entire galaxy are in the process of being bought out and consolidated into the WIWF.
His war council with all of his wrestlers went well, and he had shortly after made his decisions regarding who he would dispatch to "cleanse" the scum from the fed. Before him now sat Brute, Massacre and Turmoil.
Overmaster - "The traitors Havoc and Paralyze as well as this man named Calm from the NAWC who claims to be an Aethran are to be stomped out of this fed and made examples of...once these abominations are gone from my sight, this fed is ours for the taking...I will shortly be announced as a combatant in the Commissioner By Combat 16 man Battle Royal...we will rule from all levels."
"Brute...Massacre...all other teams have no choice to bow down to you, you know what must be done with Havoc and Paralyze...they should also just hand you the belts now to avoid any innocent collateral damage".
Massacre - "Couldn't have said it better myself", whilst cigar smoke crept out of his mouth.
Brute - A deep sound that is half grunt, half laugh.
Overmaster - "Turmoil...unload all of your fury against this man foolish enough to claim to be one of us".
Turmoil - "His bronzed head will be brought to you to be mounted on your wall".

Match # 2 - Women's Singles Division:
Eris with Minion vs Rose Caldarian
Caldarian came out strong against the larger, stronger Eris, feeling as though she had something to prove and controlled the offense for the beginning of the match by out maneuvering her. Eris, in order to regroup, left the ring and out brawled Caldarian at ringside. Eris commanded the rest of the offense for this match and through a series of knife edge chops, which pounded her via brute force and slashed her with sharpened nails into a fairly quick hook of the leg and cover for the three count. For a moment, Rose clenched her fist and a Hellfire flame lit all around her fist covering it. New referee Kim (an unsigned wrestler from the NAWC), made eye contact with Rose, and Rose quickly extinguished her fist.
Match # 2 - Mens Tag Team Division:
The United Kingdom - Roddy Piper and exotic Adrian Street with Miss Linda vs Stars and Stripes - American Guy and U.S. Male with Latasha
Piper and Street came to the ring, each waving a large flag of Scotland and the British flag respectively. The boos were substantial. A microphone came down from the ceiling and Adrian Street started to sing "God Save The Queen". Then the boos were epic. Until, American Guy came out of the locker rooms waving an even larger American Flag whilst the Jimi Hendrix version of "The Star Bangled Banner" blasted out of the p.a. system. American Guy grabbed the microphone from Street, motioned to his flag as U.S. Male saluted and said, "Hey lookie here...mines bigger than both of yours...now that's a flag!".
The match opened up with Piper against American Guy, Piper was the dominant of the two until the action spilled out of the ring. There American Guy was almost disqualified by the Shroud because he had hit Piper in the head with his American Flag. In order to wear down Piper, Stars and Stripes continued to work effectively as a team to maintain the upper hand. Once Piper had to tag out to Street, it was just what Starts and Stripes wanted. They executed an unbelievable amount of double teaming steming from an assortment of twin round house kicks, bulldogs, lariats, suplexes and bearhugs. U.S. Males Tag Finisher DAWN's EARLY BLIGHT, sealed the deal. U.S. Male pinned Street while American Guy blocked Piper and Latasha blocked Ms. Linda from interfering at all.

Thanntos hangs up.
Encubus (speaking to no one in particular) - "Oh I'm ready, I just wonder if you will be for what we have in store..."
