WIWF - What If Wrestling Federation

Hello everybody,

Welcome to the What If Wrestling Federation. Hope we all enjoy!
Will post as often as I can.

This is a Federation that is comprised of wrestlers from several Filsinger Games product lines as well as the NAWC (Krazy Kards).

All of these wrestlers are being aimed at each other via three seperate divisions:

Men's single - 64 wrestlers competing for the title of "Champion Of The Universe".

Men's tag - 32 tag teams reaching for the "Tag Team Champions Of The Universe".

Women's single - 32 women wrestlers competing for the "Womens Champion Of The Universe".

All of the matches take place on the partially colonized Earth's Moon within a domed city called "The Center Of The Universe", a city that could be described as where; Madison Square Garden, Las Vegas, Cedar Point Amusement Park, The Mall Of America and Mos Eisley Spaceport all meet each other.

In order to determine the Champions of each division, the owners are holding tournaments in all three divisions.

The final two contestants in each division will face off in a 2 out of 3 fall no disqualification match to determine the first title holders.

Upcoming match # 1, Men's single division:

From GWFZ Infinity, from the planet of Osiris, at a height of 6'7", weighing in at 463 pounds - Behemoth.

Taking on:

From the GWF, from the planet of Ground Zero, at a height of 7'6", weighing in at 473 pounds - End Of Days. Accompanied by his manager to ringside, Abroz

Match # 1 - Men's Singles Division.

Behemoth vs End Of Days (w/Abroz):

Knowing the stakes involved, (being a win to stay in tournament), these two super heavyweights tore into each other from the minute the bell rang and the pace never let up. At first, you couldn't tell who had the upper hand. Inside the ring, End Of Days controlled the action whereas outside the ring belonged to Behemoth. Being almost a combined 1,000 pounds, it was very easy to understand why the referee often shouted his warnings from the far opposite side of the ring, and why the fans at first row ringside had to scatter more than once. The television announcers being from Earth, (Jim Solie and Gorilla Ventura); had never seen Behemoth before, nor knew he has able to dent a steel post with someone's head, let alone anyone like End Of Days, possessing the unholy strength to choke someone who weighed as much as Solie and Ventura combined - off the ground - with only one hand. Half way thru the match, End Of Days started to control the offense, however he couldn't finish off a very resilient Behemoth until he hit his finisher UNLIMITED POWER, a fireman's carry and then toss straight up into the air slamming Behemoth face first into the canvas for the three count.

Jim Solie - "Due to overwhelming public demand, a new title is in the works for future roll out, as soon as the logistics have been settled including the construction on the hospital wing, the "Champion Of The Extreme" title belt will be up for grabs." After the camera cuts to a commercial and Jim exits the news desk he mentions to one of the assistants, "Oh, please tell Gorilla that the binoculars he ordered are in that he said needed to help him be a better announcer".

Versus from the Shimmer line, standing at 5'8" and weighing in at 140 pounds, San Francisco California's own - Cheerleader Melissa

This sounds like an endeavor that is definitely worth keeping an eye on... Don't know much about the Z, but Behemoth better be as menacing as he sounds if he wants to stand a chance against the Goliath of Ground Zero...

Thanks very much for your interest and the inspiration to post. I was inspired by the postings of a few feds to give this a whirl, including your GWF fed that started with 2087, Booker Bill's annual LWF tournament, The Iron Cafe, Sin City Wrestling and so many others.

Im having a blast.

Match # 1 - Women's Singles Division.

Nova Warrior vs Cheerleader Melissa.

Most people in attendance for this one were pulling for Melissa, the majority were earthlings and proud of it. Cheerleader Melissa put on some offensive display scoring 4 near falls via her potent double finishers, AIR RAID CRASH and KUDOH DRIVER. Nova Warrior kicked out of all of them and had started to win over the crowd by displaying tremendous heart. But Melissa's repeated curb stomps followed by her version of the inverted cloverleaf (Kondo Clutch), wore Nova Warrior down and she ultimately tapped out. Co-announcer Gorilla Ventura put down his binoculars and said to announcer Jim Solie, "I knew Melissa was going to pull out all the stops here...but Nova Warrior was definitely no push over...I can spot talent from a mile away".

From the WIWF News Desk - brought to you from "Chairmaster - Pennsylvania's finest Steel Chairs for all occasions. The Sandman says, "When it's time to give someone the chair, show em what Pennsylvania's made of".

Jim Solie - Both owners of the WIWF have settled on an interim commissioner to deal with the overwhelming complexities confronting the Federation including; manager stable drafting disputes, complex wrestler signings and the recently legalized galactic gambling on WIWF match outcomes. In an official statement from the owners office, "Once these initial issues are behind us and the first champions have been crowned, our temporary commissioner will relinquish his authority and step down. Please welcome The Dark Menace with open arms".

Somewhere around the border of Alaska and Canada:

"I've heard of talent recruitment before, but this is ridiculous", claimed a shivering Val Venus to Chris Candito. "Kill Prey was adamant about this "signing", he said the new commissioner told him it's imperative that we get him", replied Chris. "I heard the GWFZ couldn't control him, how will we"? said Val. "Kill Prey said the Dark Menace has his ways...that sedative and those outer space chains will hold him", said Chris. "But what's going to be its wrestling name", wondered Val, to which Chris replied, "Exactly what it is...Bigfoot".

With a combined weight of 490 pounds - known as team Future Shock, from the GWF hailing from Formalhaut and Cetus respectively - Darkest Justice and Star Slayer accompanied by Catfight and her pet tiger Maggie

Versus from the LWF, representing the Fiji Islands and Grenoble France - at a combined weight of 700 pounds - Jimmy Superfly Snuka and The Eighth Wonder of the World - Andre The Giant.

Match # 1 Men's Tag Team Division

Jimmy Snuka and Andre The Giant vs Star Slayer and Darkest Justice w/ Catfight and her pet Maggie.

With a total of 7 near falls during this match, you could tell that both of these teams were in their zones, albeit different types of zones. Snuka and Andre tagged in and out effectively, enabling them to counter Darkest Justices offense (particularly his ROD OF INJUSTICE dq finisher) for most of the match. When Andre tagged out, Snuka would leap over the ropes and dropkick Justice in the face and when Snuka tagged out, Andre would butt bump Justice ferociously into the corner. On the other side, Darkest Justice was completely content being the man in the ring for the entire match. Star Slayer by contrast seemed perfectly content to be the man outside the ring, not offering to tag in once. Snuka almost had Justice for a three count after hitting a just about perfect SUPERFLY LEAP, from on top of Andrés shoulders. But Darkest Justice rolled with the punches and via a final ROD OF INJUSTICE, had Snuka pinned for a three count. When Andre made an attempt to break up the pin attempt, that's when Star Slayer swung into action. He quickly motioned to Catfight, who under the bottom rope tripped one leg and Star Slayer tripped the other with his rifle. When the dust settled, Andre slid out of the ring to confront Catfight which provoked her pet tiger Maggie to get in between them and growled at Andre. A completely livid Andre lifted his hands and let loose a growling yell back at Maggie that Gorilla Ventura commented was a completely prehistoric noise that freaked out all who was able to hear. Before she knew it, Maggie had halfway dragged Catfight by the leash attached to her hand in the total opposite direction back towards the locker rooms. Several security guards quickly got in between both teams and eventually had Andre (and Snuka) under control. Team Future Shock got quickly away from ringside.

Jim Solie - Unbeknownst to most of us from Earth, pro wrestling is also a galactic phenomenon. The WIWF is proud to bring you it's diverse roster of talent from all across the universe. Many Earth bound as well as universal promotions are slowly being bought up and consolidated into the WIWF for many reasons, one of which is word from our friends out in the universe of a perceived upcoming threat to the universe that our new interim commissioner the Dark Menace has termed as a Universe that is Shattering. As more details are made known we will definitely keep you all posted.

WIWF news flash:

Jim Solie - this just in, the largest and most prestigious of the Earth bound federations that until now have refused to discuss, well anything at all, have now acknowledged and responded to the idea of preliminary merger discussions with the WIWF. We will keep you all informed as to any and all developments.

As Magnus Colby sipped his tumbler full of Jack Daniel's on the rocks, he anticipated the meeting ahead. When She Devil arrived, all of the males in the restaurant seemed to realize this instantly. Magnus himself was no different, he also knew as soon as she sat down at his table that without a shadow of a doubt, he was definitely male. She Devil got right to the point, "I have a wrestler, who shall remain nameless, that has gone rogue and has agreed to join the WIWF. For a number of reasons, he needs to leave the Earth. He has requested you for a manager as well as the following contracted salary and explicit condition of his clandestine impersonation. He believes by hiding in plain sight, he will be invisible. Before glancing at the contract summary and proposal She Devil placed on his unused plate in front of him, Magnus said, "First off honey, whomever this really is, he better have at least been a world champion to be this brazen". To which She Devil gave to Magnus her Raquel Welch like sultry smile, but said not one word. Magnus intrigued, looked at the first page and said, "You can't be serious! Even I know who this. 16 time world champion!" Said Magnus. To which She Devil retorted, "some claim as many as 25 - unofficially". Magnus gave this very brief thought and said to the waiter passing by, "can we have 2 more Jack's on the rocks and a pen please?". Fhanna, four tables over, did not look amused.

From The Ring Of Honor promotion, hailing from Aberdeen, WA. Standing 5'10" and weighing 185 pounds - The American Dragon - Bryan Danielson.

Versus - from Syria, at a height of 5'11 weighing 247 pounds. - The Sheik - however without Abdullah Farouk.
