That’s cool Zeke. If his move set has really changed and his appearance has quite a bit too, it’s much better. Wondering if he’s a (3) now? Maybe a reduction like Gresham got but not as drastic. Expected a Cobb card before him and would’ve liked a Taven one more than either, but updates that are needed are always good.

I like PJ Black a lot. He's an exciting wrestler. It's always a bit less exciting to get a card for someone we've gotten in the game before but it sounds like this will be a significant update. The art certainly looks different. Looks really good but... minor quibble, comparing the artwork to the original photo... his weird fur headband in the original photo looks like his hair in the artwork.

In terms of PJ Black's moveset I think there are only about 4 moves that are the same as his previous card and one of them, the 450 SPLASH, is now called the PLACEBO EFFECT as heard on ROH. PJ Black has an advance degree in sports science and his siganture moves are health related- i.e. PLACEBO EFFECT, Bad Habits (a crucifix driver,) Wellness Policy, etc. I actually came up with one of the signature move names for his card as I told PJ Black one of the moves I was planning to put on his card was the Pendulum Swing as I had seen him doing it both recently in ROH and on Lucha Underground's previous season. PJ Black told me he was actually trying to come up with a signature name for the Pendulum Swing and he asked me if I had any ideas that would fit with his health theme for his other signatures. I had to think about it- Pendulum Swing and health- and I suggested Mood Swing and he told me he liked that idea and from now on he is calling that move the Mood Swing. So the Mood Swing is on his card.  That's so cool! |

PJ Black is awesome! Glad we have a ROH card of him. Can't wait to see the new stats from Zeke on the card as well.

This entire set is a MUST HAVE to me. And that ROH version of PJ Black is off the hook. I have been using the EVOLVE one for quite sometime and look forward to the upgrade. My ROH fed is super hot right now and I am getting ready for this set to come in the mail. Can wait!

Very pleased w the ROH cards. Funny thing is, I was wondering if Ian would get a card when I was watching ROH the other day. Taven card is excellent, and much needed. And Luchasauras,.... ⛪️🕌🕍💩!!! Great Job Zeke & crew

Yeah, Ian is really excited to be in our game as he has said this card will he the first piece of merch he has ever had. I think Tournament Master did a good job writing the chart on the back of Ian’s card.
I signed Ian at Sam’s Town in March when ROH was here in Las Vegas for their Anniversary PPV weekend. After the PPV that Friday night, Ian and Todd Sinclair were standing in line in front of me and Will at the entrance for TGIF. Will asked Todd Sinclair to sign his copy of his card and Ian told Will he would like to have a card too so I reached into my bag to get a release form and signed him.
I hope you guys like the mechanic I wrote on the back of Taven’s card, it is based on things he did when he had his purple belt. I showed the mechanic to Chad Olson when he was in town for the CAC and Chad told me he liked it.
