The one "house" rule I use is, that a guy on defense can't tag out immediately after a reversal. He has to hit at least one successful move before he makes it to the corner. I do this too. Good house rule, IMO.

The one "house" rule I use is, that a guy on defense can't tag out immediately after a reversal. He has to hit at least one successful move before he makes it to the corner. I do this too. Good house rule, IMO. Yeah, do as well. I also make it three moves before someone on offense can tag out, unless they roll a (tag) on one of the offensive moves. Also, I have a house rule on tagging out on defense. Never thought it made sense for it to be a flat 2-6 esp since a wrestler would probably be more groggy after a down - 3. If there is a (tag) after a dazed - 1, the tag is successful on a roll of 2-6. If there is a (tag) after a hurt - 2, the tag is successful on a roll of 2-5 If there is a (tag) after a down - 3, the tag is successful on a roll of 2-4 These are for official teams. If they aren't official, the number drops one (dazed 2-5, hurt 2-4, down 2-3). Too much tagging out (when its 2-6) hurts the flow of the game. I also allow one "hot tag" for each match, no matter what level of defense. It's successful on a roll of 2-7 Also, I don't assume since the guy who made the tag, his partner automatically comes in on offense (unless it's the "hot tag"). I roll one die if the (tag) is successful. EVEN - the partner takes over on offense. ODD - the opponent attacks the partner as he enters the ring. This seems to make the game a bit more realistic.

in my fed, when i do tag matches, for the most pasrt I play it by ear, dave for one House rule I always use-when the wretler on defense rolls a (tag) option I.e dazed-1,hurt-2,or down-3, he has to get 7 or better on two dice. After that, there is a roll for control (1 dice-higher number wins) this usually represents the fresh partner either coming in on a head of steam to attack the opponet or, the opponent is waiting on the tagged wrestler and will simply keep beating on a different wrestler
