PWG today officially announced their next show will be on Friday December 16th and this year's BOLA winner Marty Scurll will challenge PWG World Champion Zack Sabre Jr. I am hoping to go, if so it will be a big wrestling weekend for me as I already have a ticket to see NXT the following night at Mandalay Bay on the Strip.

That's interesting as I'd seen that Scurll had signed an exclusive contract to ROH.

That's interesting as I'd seen that Scurll had signed an exclusive contract to ROH. ROH exclusive contracts actually do not apply to PWG (other than ROH gets to use their talent first if PWG runs on the same night which PWG typically does not do anyway.) PWG is an exception. ROH briefly banned their signed talent from working PWG after Trevor Lee defeated then ROH World Champion Michael Elgin in a 2nd round match at BOLA 2014. But when Roderick Strong signed his one year contract with ROH last year I was told he made it stipulated he could still work PWG and the Young Bucks also made it a requirement too before they signed their ROH contracts. Afterward, ROH announced on their website all their wrestlers could wrestle for PWG in the future. so Marty Scurll (who just won the ROH World Television Championship this weekend in London from Will Ospreay- who won it the previous night from Bobby Fish) could win the PWG World Championship while still being exclusively signed to ROH It is one of the many reasons that makes PWG so special- you see matches that you often can not see anywhere else.

PWG officially announced today that this show next month will be Mystery Vortex IV. So it looks like except for PWG World Champion Zack Sabre Jr. vs "The Villain" Marty Scurll the other wrestlers and matchups for this show wont be announced in advance. Last year Mystery Vortex III was the only PWG show not to sell out instantaneously so hopefully that will help me get a ticket when they go on sale on Thursday (but I think by announcing Sabre Jr. vs Scurll in advance that this time Mystery Vortex will be another 1 minute sellout for PWG.)

PWG needs to book Bagwell and Scott Norton vs. Jeff Cobb and Brian Cage.

Was this in response to my post? If so, my response is: why not? I mean, the whole argument fans of PWG make for it being great is how much fun the product is. That match would be a ton of fun. tbh I just want a Vicious and Delicious nostalgia run on the indies. Scott Norton's still a big dude, Bagwell can (maybe?) still hit the blockbuster. Throw 'em in the ring with some hossy type guys and let 'em go.

Yeah, I was responding to you. No offense intended; that just struck me as a very specific and unusual match wish.
