Coven Black is one bad dude. Hes going to be tearing things up in this fed for sure.

RVD was great. I like Hack a lot, but Van Dam put it to him and got it done.

The next Tourney match was pretty good, the one after that should be interesting too. Steen vs Bockwinkel.

That Black/Snuka match ruled - no two ways about it.

Im glad you are digging Sinful/Valentine. We are just at the very tip of the iceberg with that side story. There's a lot more that needs to be told.

Round 4 - Match 14 Results:

Rikidozan vs Godsend:

Knowing full well whats at stake with this tournament, these two wasted no time and locked up collar and elbow in the middle of Lord Alfred Okerlunds introductions. Rikidozan stunned Godsend early with Overhead Chops that level Godsend, allowing Rikidozan a fairly quick first pin attempt of the match. After Godsend kicked out at the 1 & 1/2 count, the devil knew he had to slow the match down. He trapped Rikidozan and worked him over like a spider does a fly. 2 Hells Thresholds and 3 Speak Of The Devils wore down Rikidozans body and started to warp his mind. But still, with the focus and determination of a samurai, Rikidozan kept making it to the ropes and mostly convinced himself enough that Godsends unholy whispers were not reality. Godsend hit his Demon Bomb and that was it for Rikidozan, Godsend rolled him up for the three count, Rikidozan refused to tap out.

Godsend advances along with Greg Valentine and Rob Van Dam to the second of three tournament rounds. The final match of the first round sees the technical wrestling genius - Nick Bockwinkel against a very unstable power brawler - Kevin Steen

Oddly enough, Antonio Inoki thought to himself from his front row seat, he hopes this Godsend wins the tournament and is reinstated into the singles division. Because Inoki would like nothing better than to be the one who knocks him out of it for good. You can only get one reinstatement, per division

I'd like to see an Aethran matchup for women......Thrash vs Strafe/Alpha Female sometime

Tag Teams.....besides Gladiators and Titans, I was always partial to the Mercenaries and Theater of Pain.

Singles wrestlers....too many to count. But I wouldn't mind seeing more Z guys, including Powermonger (as I consider his creator a good COTG friend as I do you and Pariah and several others)

Well, Alpha Female and Thrash are both on my replacement list, sounds like a good idea to work them both in around the same time.

And coincidentally there are a number of the Z wrestlers (male and female) on their way as well via a specific story line. (More to follow).

Round 4 - Match 15 Results:

The Aethran Overmaster (1-1,-30) vs Mr. X (0-0,0)

As The Overmaster had just finished his pre match routine, he focused on his upcoming match and decided he would have some fun with this nobody from the LWF, no quick decision. But as he made his way to the ring, just at the entrance to the arena, he heard something that made him stop in his tracks, "it a height at 6 foot 6 inches, weighing in at 311 pounds, from parts unknown...Mr X". The Overmaster had saw one picture of the wrestler from Earth named Mr X. He was pear shaped and weak. He was wearing the same white mask, but he was in ridiculous shape.

As The Overmaster and Mr. X clashed in the ring, Overmaster controlled at least the first half of the match replying on his arsenal of power moves, in particular his Overmaster Overhead Toss did the most damage, but Mr X kept getting back up. Even after the Overmaster hit Mr. X with his secondary finisher multiple times - Dominance - an amazing Deadlift Powerbomb and subsequent cover, Mr. X still kept kicking out, getting up, and going after the Overmaster. When Mr. X finally took control, he made short work of Overmaster. He was still a big man, but smaller than The Overmaster. However it took only a Super Brain Buster, which set up a Super Pump Handle Exploder Suplex for Mr. X to score the three count.

Aethran Overmaster (1-2,-64)

Mr. X (1-0,+34)

Hours after the match, Overmaster saw additional pictures of Mr. X from the LWF. Whoever this man was, he was in peak physical condition, and as strong as Brute, at least. Although anybody could get stronger, nobody, through the most extreme workout and weightlifter program possible, could get 7-8 inches taller. Someone is going to pay for this deception thought the Overmastwr, and pay...very...deeply.

Looks like a little bit of funny business going on behind closed doors... And the perpetrators better be careful because Overmaster and his loyal Aethrans are more likely to smash that door off its hinges than to politely knock... Snap!
