The match was on the short side, but it was one of those that makes the hair stand up on your arms.

Very glad it was enjoyable. Just finished Banner/Martel, a very good match. Will be posting soon.

Round 4 - Match 22 Results:

Penny Banner (0-0,0) vs Sherri Martel (0-0,0)

Jim Solies fiancée Penny Banner limbered up inside the ring and did stretches whilst holding onto the ropes for balance and support as she awaited her opponent. Martels entrance into the arena started off with "There She Is...Ms America", blasting over the surround sound p.a. system as she made her way to ringside, blowing kisses to all of the booing fans while stepping on the freshly dropped rose pedals dropped before her by two male models all the way up to the ring steps. Banner looked at Torin Caelem, who returned her incredulous glance with a shrug.

When the match finally started, Martel had the initial upper hand, but it wasnt long until Banner countered with a near perfect Sunset Flip that had Martel for a count of 2 & 1/2. Banner was all business in the ring and dominated Martel resulting in three near falls courtesy of Banners two Sunset Flips as well as a Top Rope Splash. Martel kicked out of all three but was in trouble. Banner mounted the top rope for a Deathjump of some sort but at this point Martel started to mount a comeback. As Banner was flying through the air, Martel grabbed her and executed a gravity assisted Powerslam that definitely stunned Banner. Martel quickly followed this up with a Leg Drop and cover for a 2 count. Martel striking while the iron was hot, quickly mounted the top rope and executed her finisher Top Rope Splash. But when she landed on Banner, it appeared Banner may have gotten a knee up just prior, which went into Martels ribs. Martel, wincing in pain from the impact, hooked the leg for the cover, but this time for a 2 & 1/2 count. Both ladies were in lying on the mat in pain, one of Martels knees had caught Banner in the solar plexus. Martel was the first to get up and rolled Banner up in a Small Package for the victory.

Jim Solie was disgusted with Martels entrance and commented, "This is just so unnecessary". Gorilla Ventura, thinking he was on the same wavelength as his co-announcer chimed in, "I know what you mean...she really should have gotten Playboy Playmates drop the rose pedals".

Nick Bockwinkel vs Godsend

The winner faces The Whole Fn Show - Rob Van Dam to become Catch 32's first ever resurrected wrestler in a no count out - no disqualification match.

Sitting in the front row tonight was a wrestler from Wince McCants World Wide Empire federation - Brock Lesnar. Wince sent him there to get a feel for the fed. He said due to certain "revelations", he will be wrestling there very soon, and is about to become a very rich man.

Note: The part of Brock Lesnar, in Catch 32, is being played by GWFZ wrestler Death Clutch and his card will be used for Lesnars matches.

Shayne and Endgame tore it up... Looks like Endgame was lucky to survive the Real Ordeal's underhanded tactics... But, once he decided that enough was enough - Look out! Brutal ending...

Sherri Martel's entrance was entertaining... Lots of grit shown by both women in that matchup...

Question re. the imminent arrival of Lesnar... Don't you have a copy of the WWE bootleg set that Swarm put out? Or you're just not using bootlegs?

Shayne & Endgame were determined to win, thats for sure.

In this fed, I see Endgame as the ultimate competitor, but not a monster. He will pin the body first, but then will be the first one to try to reattach the head.

Glad you enjoyed The Sensational Ones entrance, it was a great unpredictable match for sure.

You know re: Lesnars imminent arrival, Ive decided to try to limit bootlegs. Although I have used and will still use a few more sporadic NAWC "Krazy Kards", (Azrael, Sammael, Brinson Faust, The Skurge), for Wince's wrestlers, Im going to use primarily their GWFZ counter parts. There will be one or two exceptions.
