Four and a half years too long my friend, welcome back to the LOW boards! Thanks also for getting us some great cards through your signings and also your work on statting the cards as well, it is greatly appreciated.
That first show was killer and the Royal Rumble is really shaping up to be a good one, especially with the antics of the "Million $ Man" Ted Dibiase. That was a cold shot with the briefcase on Lou Thesz. You always have a knack for making great pairings and I really like seeing Bobby Heenan reunited with Harley Race and Malia Hosaka as the choice to manage Randy Savage. I would have never thought it would be Hosaka. I am already looking forward to the next show.

What a show!
The Rumble is shaping up nicely.
I can only imagine that Thesz will be looking to inflict some painful revenge on DiBiase, as well.

I have really missed playing LOW and reading your fed results made me miss LOW even more. So with the transition of LOW to color, I started a spinoff from my previous LOW fed and my goal in 2017 (no matter how busy I get) is to play and post 1 LOW show per week and also play and post at least 1 Indy fed show per week. Thanks again for reading my fed results and Happy New Years to you!

Vegas Wrestling Entertainment (VWE) RAW #2 January 2, Year 1
commentators: Matt Stryker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: The Taylors defeated Frank Dalton and Wild Bill White
- Dalton and White put up a good fight but lost when Tugboat Taylor pinned Dalton via a powerslam.
Promo: VWE Tag Team Championship Tournament is an 8 tag team tournament and begins the RAW after the Royal Rumble!
Match #2: Cowboy Scott Casey defeated Greg Valentine (accompanied by Brutus Beefcake) in a Royal Rumble qualifying match
- for this match, Valentine was accompanied by Beefcake who was his tag team partner in the Dream Team in Major League Wrestling (MLW) where they together once held the EAWA Tag Team Championship
- Valentine dominated most of this match but lost when he attempted a deathjump which missed to allow Casey to score a pinfall attempt. Valentine kicked out but Casey immediately followed with a BULLDOG to score the victory.
- as a result, Casey wins a spot in the Royal Rumble and has a chance to become the first-ever VWE Champion!
- afterward, an enraged Valentine and Beefcake together double teamed Casey in a post-match attack until the Road Warriors arrived to make the save!
Backstage: Gorgeous George is asked about his post match attack on Jimmy Snuka last week on RAW after Snuka defeated George to win a spot in the Royal Rumble. George says Snuka should thank him because Snuka is a savage and George was just trying to improve his (Snuka's) looks.
Match #3: Trish Stratus defeated Rock Riddle by countout in a Royal Rumble qualifying match
- as this match began, Stryker on commentary mentioned that Stratus is here in the VWE to take on its roster of otherwise only male wrestlers because Stratus wants to demonstrate that women can achieve just as much as men and thus serve as an inspiration to women around the world.
- this match ended when the action spilled outside of the ring where Riddle, upset and embarrassed at how Stratus earlier was dominating him in their intergender match, chased Stratus around the ring. Stratus however managed to roll back into the ring right before the referee completed the 10 count with Riddle still outside of the ring to win the match.
- as a result, Stratus wins a spot in the Royal Rumble and thus has a chance to become the first-ever VWE Champion!
{Promoter's Note: I use the women's conversion chart in my LOW fed.}
DiBiase's Office: VWE Chairman of the Board DiBiase is talking to Buddy Rogers.
- Rogers asks DiBiase to bring back the World Championship because Rogers believes as the last World Champion when MLW closed he would automatically be World Champion again. DiBiase says he is not inclined to do anything for Rogers since Rogers failed last week to keep Lou Thesz from winning a spot in the Royal Rumble. DiBiase says he is going to give Rogers a chance to redeem himself next week in a Royal Rumble qualifying match against Curt Henning as DiBiase makes it clear he does not want Hennig, who feuded with DiBiase and even won the EAWA Championship from DiBiase back in MLW at Wrestlemania 3, in the Rumble.
Match #4: Pampero Firpo defeated The Destroyer in a Royal Rumble qualifying match
- a great match as both competitors demonstrated they both wanted to earn a spot in the Royal Rumble, Firpo got the victory via EL GARFIO to earn a spot in the Royal Rumble.
Royal Rumble- this month on RAW! entrants 1. Lou Thesz 2. Ted DiBiase 3. Randy Savage 4. Bruiser Brody 5. Harley Race 6. Jimmy Snuka 7. Road Warrior Hawk 8. Road Warrior Animal 9. Rob Van Dam 10.
