In B-Mack's always excellent mini legends, we have been talking about the Rougeaus and it got me to thinking about the guys who were nearly in the game but are not for whatever reason.
So what wrestler who has a family member in the game or who verbally agreed but never signed an actual contract do you wish was in the game?
My answer is Steve Armstrong but I'm sure a lot will say Barry Windham. Who else?

Bret Hart was a big rumor for a while. There's also pictures of Tom with Mick Foley so I thought for sure he'd be in at some point.
I've always wanted to see Warren Bockwinkel and Helen Hild in the game too though. Hild would probably be pretty tough to put a moveset together for but I'd still love to see it happen someday.
